Someone who lives in Lagos, Abuja, Benin city, PH etc might have less accents compared to someone who lives in Owerri, Enugu, Onitsha, Oshogo, Ado Ekiti, Ijebu ode, Birnin Kebbi, Gusau etc.

We all know that most Igbos speak central Igbo and have little interaction with people from other Nigerian languages except when they go outside Igboland, so Mercy Ekeh having an accent is understandable.

This is not about tribes, my friend! I'm Igbo but I must tell you that the attitude of most of us Igbos concerning the issue of fake drug dealers in Igboland is tiring.

The way those guys at bridgehead market brazenly import and sell fake drugs ehn. A lot of quackery is going on in that market because they are not being regulated.

Illiterates and evil men who are only concerned about making money from their fake drugs without minding the lives they're wasting all over Nigeria. Yet the foolish leaders we have show less political will to thoroughly regulate them. Thank God that NAFDAC even managed this time to enter the market!

This is how some of you misconstrue facts and leave in fool's paradise while expecting miracles to happen.

No man is intimidated by your being independent. It's your attitude towards being independent that drives men away.

The blunt truth is that once a typical Nigerian lady feels she's financially OK i.e independent, she sees any man coming her way as a parasite who wants to leach on her even when such men come with the noblest of intension.

The society is not fair on any gender! Men go through worse situations in the society! I'm a single guy who's due for marriage by Nigerian standards but yet to marry due to some tangible reasons. I know the pressure I face from family, peers and colleagues. It is not easy but I've resolved not to be pushed into unprepared marriage on account of pressures.

Just like other problems men face, y'all refuse to see the pressures when it concerns men but once it's about women, you rant about it. It's clear that women get things easy in the society while men are left to sweat it out. But you still make it appear like the society is fairer to men than women whilst the reverse is the case.
