Exactly!

suremanpatriot: False story or not I have seen the viciousness of such lecturers back in the days as an undergrad. Most of these lecturers have dark souls don't feel anything for moral values, because of the evil philosophy that drives them. And worse when they are desperate for some exceptionally pretty and vulnerable girls, they want to devour them at all cost and make them lose sense of dignity . If this platform provides the means to stop these cannibals the better. So let's bring in more strategies to curb this menace. In fact, the issue is a deadly quiet storm that has lingered to bcom a norm dt must be stopped, because it affects d quality of female graduates entering the labour market .
What a wrong way of solving a problem! Do u understand the implication of posting false stories about an institution online? Do u think only Nigerians read this trash? No wonder nigerian universities keep ranking abysmally among world universities. Based on my experience in the university,i can boldly tell you that most of these girls that complain about s.exual harassment are some bunch of lazy as5es who are getting exactly what they asked for. No lecturer dares harass a brilliant student who doesn't go to seduce him in his office but always studies hard to pass her exams. The op goofed full time to have posted this fallacy here.

muzeze77: You are right. its Bull S*** story
According to the story, the lecturer started pestering the girl for s.ex three weeks b4 ASUU strike while the same story said that the lecturer had purportedly failed the girl 3 times. The question is when did those 3 exams hold? This is how false stories spread in Nigeria. Somebody would read this trash here and start spreading it thereby further damaging the image of Nigerian universities.

We waste our youth on unimportant things. Do u want 2 b in ur 40's & u're busy changing diapers? People sef. It's ok 2 have a bf with whom u do only God knows what but 2 get husband na wahala.

Op,what do u stand to gain for posting this fallacy in a public forum like this? Do u know the damages you are causing not just UNIBEN but Nigerian universities in general? And the fact that some people believed the story shows how gullible people can be. From the begining of your story u said that the whole thing started three weeks b4 ASUU strike, so when did the girl write your imaginary exams and failed on four ocassions since ASUU strike is still on. People! pls don't believe this story it's not true!

There's nothing wrong in a girl getting married at 19 or even at 18 provided the hussy truly loves her and is capable of supporting her to fully mature into womanhood. Infact the ripe age for girls to get married is between 18 and 25 and i know that nowadays some girls even finish school b4 21, so why wait till menopause b4 gettn married? People should know what they want and go for it,period. If you desire to get married,do that as early as you possible. We know there are some ladies that don't want to be married and i think those ones should be spared their lonely lives. I also know that there are those that desire getting married but couldn't due to no fault of theirs and those are the ones that need help.

delishpot: Ok after all said and done, howmany of you will sit down and watch your beauriful daughter give a man money, sex ,love and all while she claims that he makes her happy but cannot provide much for himself talkless if for her and be happy with her? I have heard a lot of guys brag about how they dated a girl without spending a dime, how it is them that girls spend for and after all the nice and kind gesture from these girls, the guys dump them months or years later. girls have learnt not to trust guys through the years cos of these situations happening when girls were naive and innocent. Now its scratch my back I scratch yours in every relationship.
Haba, give women a break na. A fine babe looking sweet and clean well dressed comes into your life, you are poor and broke and the little she has she shares with you in time, she starts looking like the shadow of her former self and her small change goes to feed two mouths. Please o no lie lets say the truth and put the devil to shame. Howmany men will see their daughter in this situation and clap for her?
I am not saying a rich girl cant date a poor guy o. If its the life and path she has chossen then its all well and good cos she understands what she is doing. Even though I believe with time she may get bored and leave. But, just as men have a right to strictly go after tall, dark, light skined, big boobs, rich etc girls, and other women dont cry foul and say why dont you want us? So is a woman free to choose if she wants poor, rich, tall, dark, blind etc and men should also not complain.
Money is important in every situation yes you may not be dangote but have enough to care for a sick child, have enough to pay school fees, have enough to feed and clothe family. Haba, we are all fighting to say bye bye to porverty why should I now run to hug and embrace it na with my eyes wide open? If a guy gets broke after meeting a girl its a diff story they can remember old times and strugle to return to days of glory but, to open eye jump enter well? Hian guys you are asking for plenty o. Woman don surfer sha.
No body is saying u should marry a never-do-well. There's difference between a layabout and a guy who is just working hard to make wealth either because he wasn't born with a silver spoon in his mouth or that he lost the silver spoon. Anyway we are in a free world and you are free to date/marry whoever you choose to,however,if i'm to advise,i will say that girls should go for guys with whom they can build wealth because that way she will have a say in the man's life. Why do you think the estranged first lady of enugu state was disgraced out of government house the way she was and had little sympathy from the public? It's because everybody her as an opportunist who wanted to reap from where she didn't sow. I'm sure if the same thing happened to the governor's first wife, everybody would have stood by her. You can go ahead and hunt for the Dangotes,u might even be lucky to find one who might probably be nice and loving, but woe betide u if the reverse is the case. Don't come here and start opening threads like ''He treats me like rag'' ,''All men are evil'', ''i cheat because my husband doesn't care about me''. U wont have my sympathy if u do.

This is why i don't pity some Nigerian ladies when they get desperate about marriage after clocking 30. I don't pity them at all because no one eats his/her cake and still has it. You don't expect to get married to that loving and caring hubby when you wasted your youthful age getting used and dumped by play boys who make you believe they are rich even when in reality some of them are just 'packaging' or when they are truly rich, just wanna play. I know some fooolish ladies reading this post would think that i'm a broke and lonely guy, but the wise ones will definitely get the gist of my post which is that they should stick to that not so rich guy who has got character and prospect, and shouldn't be misguided by the OP and stuff they watch in movies. Note that i have got my beautiful Onyinye so let nobody think i'm here to hunt for girls and all that.

@Op eeh,if girls are to date only rich dudes like you advised, i'am sure Patience Jonathan wouldn't have been first lady today, because we all know that GEJ wasn't rich when he married her. Sometimes good women spur their men to greatness and instances abound. What i can make of your post is that people should block their hearts from falling in love because they haven't got millions in their accounts. Personally, i don't bloody care because i know that i wasn't borne with any girl neither will i be buried with one. Like i have always said if i work hard to make money it's not because i want to marry Kim Kardashian, rather it's because i want to bequeath a fortune to my generations.

adino: Bad Belle people, hatred for GEJ will kill you all. Senate President David Mark was the one that asked for the postponement so that both chambers will harmonise their positions. Immediately David Mark informed The President the useless Nigerian press went to town with this fake news.
It is obvious the press is a bigger opposition to G.E.J than apc.
what do you expect when the press is dominated by some bunch of APC propagandists? The Nigerian press is already biased and i wonder where that's going to lead the nation to. I thought press freedom was about unbiased journalism but what's happening in Nigeria presently is that the press has been hijacked by APC such that they feed the public with wrong information about GEJ administration so as to score cheap political points. It's quite unfortunate and i think it's high time the presidency clamped down on any media organisation that publishes FALSE news about GEJ's administration.

funshint: If what is hpning nw in Anambra had happened in any of d SW state; nairaland would hv been bombarded by diff. rants 4rm our noisy chest-beating neighbours. What is hpning in Anambra is really shameful and a big slap on that Agulu party(APGA). A party with no form of morals or principle. People were initially saying that Ngige/APC were only making baseless rants; but nw hvn't they been justified?! Life is all about u "doing d needful"; there's a time 2 be silent and also a time to voice-out especially when injustice is being meted out. A situation where d number of desenfranchised duly registered voters is far more than the total votes casted is nothing short of an embarrassment. To those applauding what is going-on just pray God runs your life like Anambra election. We say no to any form of electoral malpractise. This will serve as a lesson to others; "Electoral malpractise can be expensive". We've only seen d begining; we don't know what the end would look like. I just hope what is hpning nw in Anambra does not lead to a catastrophe. God help us!
keep ranting like a mad dog while the people of Anambra are already jubiliating with their governor-elect. Ngige can go ahead and sponsor more market women from his village to come a stage dramatic protests,it wont change the wish of the majority of Anambrarians. Obiano has won in 16 out of 21 lgas and considering the margin with which he won in those lgas, one doesn't need a sooth sayer to know that he will still win in the remaining 65 wards. It still beats my imagination why some poeple think that APC can win an election in the south east.

jadelord: Dey there.... igbos will do wat dey are known for sell their mandate to d north as always... do u think that APGA has d clout to contest for presidency? At least APC has presence in d north, where else does APGA have apart from Anambra ryt now. honestly tell me, which igbo man do u think u have confindence in for presidency and can sway d nation. in as much as d igbos dont trust d SW, their only ally remain d North, d north dat have killed ur broda in thousands n will not hesitate to do it.... just imagine this the north has ruled, so has d SW, and wen u guys shd get ur chance it goes to a clueless broda of mine, from d SS... wen there was someone clearly better, but d north wanted a push over and they got him. Be happy all u want, but in the estimation of all these, igbos dont know politixs n in the long will always have d short end of d stick.... no hard feelings... objectivity at work
We are not hoping on APGA to clinch the presidency because we are aware that it hasn't got the wider acceptance required to win presidential election being a regional party like APC. The SE would rather vie for the presidency under a national party like PDP than be tricked by an Awo party. In nigerian political history, it's on record that the SW has never been in accord with the SE politically an d it'll be the height of naivety for anybody to think the status quo can change. As for Igbo presidential hopefuls, don't worry about that, when the time comes you will know them. For now we are OK with GEJ and it'll remain so till 2019 when he serves out his second tenure.

Desric: Its seriously heartbreaking reading through comment from Igbos in so many forums, some people say Ngige supported the deportation of the Igbos by Fashola and that helped in increasing the hatred from his people. I don't care whether he wins or not but truth be told, with such statements, its quite clear that we Igbos love Mediocrity a lot, why can't we make our zone more lucrative and attractive other than always depending on other zones for survival and livelihood? Ngige was a true Leader that he is and stood his grounds, faced the fact and supported reality. I read in so many quarters that Fashola apologised to the Igbos, I think this is also one of our problems, we hardly read or understand issues, we prefer to think through our sentiments and ego. People should read Fashola's statement again and see how he made a mockery of the Igbos and still we ve not learnt anything, we still prefer Mediocre than face the facts and realities on the ground that sentiments doesn't bring Developments rather hard work and determination does.
and what made u think that Obiano is not a better leader than ngige? The people of anambra has made their choice and that should be respected. FYI ngige is not that fantastic in governance, he's only enjoyn d ppl's sympathy due to his ordeal in d hands of d Ubas.

Nobody has the magic wand to stop the trend until the Nigerian people come to an agreement on how to live as one. The igbos are not more tribalised than the yorubas or hausas. Why do you think more yorubas and hausas are in the Nigerian civil service than the Igbos? Do you think it's because they are more educated? No! The answer to that is tribalism. Even the Nigerian millitary had very few Igbo officers than Yorubas and Hausas until now that GEJ administration is giving us some sense of belonging. Man, if the Igbos are tribalised as alleged then it's because they have learnt from years of marginalization by Yoruba and Hausa master tribalists.

From independence SE and SW have always been like parallel lines that can never cross politically and it will be fooolish of any Igbo man to think the status quo can change.Yoruba people have a cunning attitude of making the rest of the country believe that they are patriotic whereas in reality they are protecting their regional and tribal interests. bestview: As much as I agree with you on some points I also disagree with you on many:

Now most of the people deported to HeadBridge are not Anambrans. Lagos only did drop them off at Headbridge because Onitsha is the gateway city to SE/SS. Its only one person out of 72 persons was from Anambra, most of them are from Enugu, Abia, Imo, Ebonyi and Delta states. Go check your records.

On Anambrans residing in Enugu, lemme tell you there are more Enugu state people residing in Onitsha and Nnewi than there are Anambrans in Enugu state. And the last we checked Anambra has more population residing in it than Enugu state. That can only point to one thing.

On the issue of roads: Chime only repaved few existing routes in the capital only. He has not done any meaningful thing on education, health, rural development, employment generation, etc. It is on record that close to 8years he has not attracted a single investor to the state despite the so called graveyard 'security' you much talked about.

I will suggest you face your front as I was trying to address and tame the lame i.diot that calls himself IGBO-SON.

"As at Monday, this week, only five of them were left in the one-room apartment at the stadium. Their identities were given as:Friday Ndukwe from Ohafia in Abia State; Grace Igbochi who claimed to be a Lagosian, Ugulari Tutua from Warri, Delta State; Chinyere Nocholas from Awomamma,Imo State and Rosemary Nathaniel from Ubakala Umuahia,Abia State."

bestview: Chime's i.diotic otimpku, God will judge you and your family for accusing a good man wrongly. You are already in hell because you do not have peace and you are frustrated as a person. Going round the whole NL spewing bitterness and frustration. What has your clownish womanizer gov achieved to compare to the giant strides Obi has made without borrowing a dime for 8years? Can you compare your useless state to the achievements Obi has got in health, education, employment generation, urban/rural development etc? I think your gov is the clueless one here, who never achieved anything except for repaving few existing roads only in the state capital while the rest of the state is still a thick forest and rot away in poverty and underdevelopment. No wonder there is so much poverty in that your useless state.

May you die in your frustration, envy and bitterness. I place curse on you and your family.
Much as i am not in support of the the so called IGBO SON for his comments on Obi,i must at the same time rebuke you for your unguarded and utterly fallacious comments about Enugu state and Chime's administration. Now let's assume that Chime is a womaniser like he is being accused, does that change the fact that most of our roads in enugu are now motorable? That residents of enugu can now get the best of medicare? That there has been no record of strike in Enugu state civil service since Chime became governor because workers are now paid as and when due? Why do you think Anambrarians find Enugu state a safe heaven to reside? It's because of the availability of basic social amenities in the state. You said that there is poverty in Enugu state as if it's all bed of roses in Anambra state,i guess those destitutes recently 'deported' by Fashola to Anambra state are from Bermuda? And not Anambra? It'll do you alot of good if you can learn to think before you post trash in a public forum next time.
