When that dressing comes off, and the tiny drain-pipe is extracted, there will still be some minor swelling that will subside completely in another week or so, at which point this minor medical condition that has inconvenienced you for so long, will cease to be a part of your life, forever.

Once again, do NOT pick an doctor whose reputation cannot be thoroughly investigated, because the are are risks of nerve damage or even infection that can ONLY be minimized by putting yourself in the hands of the most highly qualified and experienced surgeon one can afford.

All the best, my brother, and remember, don't allow anyone to steer you into hormonal treatment. That chit is really bad news to the human body. Surgery is your ONLY viable and SAFE option, if handled by the right doctor.

My recommendation for such small amounts as capital is usually to take the path of least resistance.

You're actually the one doing him a favour by parting with your money to buy off his business,therefore, it has no connection to why he should take advantage.
