They are truly the China of not just our country, Nigeria, but the entire Africa.
Some day, we shall overcome all the obstacles of hate, tribe, religion, politics and live as brothers.
cc: verygudbadguy With folks like you who see tribe instead of innovation, it will take us a very long time. China didn't become China by boasting that they're the America of Asia. They just did their thing. |

Charly68: Benin is the headquarters of Ogboni and other idolatrous powers in Nigeria. Bishop Idahosa fought hard to change the order of things in the land but today things have returned back to dark age. Only God knows what to do . You can see physical display of Ayelala & Ogun here & there. How is Benin the HQ of Ogboni? You know what you're saying so? |

He brought Modernization, prosperity and development to Benin.
With what i have seen so far, I hope this Oba will not take Benin back to its dark ages. Honestly, this one seems far less reform-minded than his father. |

NgeneUkwenu: My Only Disappointment is that DSS didnt follow up with more arrests Yesterday....
STATE OF EMERGENCY ON THE JUDICIARY BY NBA? YES, I AGREE. BUT TOO LATE IN COMING.
THE STATE OF EMERGENCY SHOULD HAVE BEEN DECLARED WHEN:
* A JUDGE GRANTED PERPETUAL INJUNCTION ON EX-GOV. ODILI'S CORRUPTION CASE
* WHEN EX-GOV. LUCKY IGBINEDON RECEIVED A PAT ON THE BACK ON CONVICTION AND TOLD TO PAY BACK JUST N3m AS FINE. THE MONEY HE ALREADY HAD IN HIS CAR BOOTH
*WHEN THE PENSION MEGA THIEF RECEIVED A SCANDALOUS PADDY PADDY SENTENCE
*WHEN JUDGES RANDOMLY GRANT INTERLOCUTORY INJUNCTION ON CRIMINAL MATTER. ACCORDING TO THE ERUDITE RADICAL PROF. BIODUN JEYIFO, NIGERIA IS THE ONLY COUNTRY IN THE WORLD THAT THIS PRACTICE IS DONE. NOBODY HAS DISPUTED THIS.
*WHEN SOME LAWYERS PARTICULARLY SANs WOULD FLAGRANTLY ABUSE COURT PROCESS, FILE FRIVOLOUS APPLICATIONS TO DELAY, FRUSTRATE TO NO END CORRUPTION CASES INVOLVING HIGH PROFILE PUBLIC THIEVES
*WHEN SOME LAWYERS WOULD TELL THEIR RICH CLIENTS TO HIDE IN THEIR CARS, CONTINUE TO HIDE IN THE CREEKS/DESRRT/ABROAD, OR DELIBERATELY ABSENT FROM COURT. AND THE COUNSELS WOULD COME OUT WITHOUT SHAME TO TELL US THAT IT IS NOT THEIR JOB TO LOOK FOR HIDING SUSPECTS. YET THEY KNOW HOW TO COLLECT THEIR LEGAL FEE FROM THE HIDING GHOST SUSPECTS
LAWYER RASCALITY HAS NO OTHER MEANING. CONVENIENTLY FORGETTING THAT AS A LAWYER AND AS AN OFFICER IN THE TEMPLE OF JUSTICE, YOUR PRIMARY DUTY IS TO SEE THAT JUSTICE IS SERVED FAIRLY & SPEEDILY.
*THE NBA SHOULD HAVE DECLARED A STATE OF EMERGENCY BEYOND RHETORICS WHEN CORRUPTION CASES INVOLVING HIGH PROFILE PUBLIC OFFICERS LAST FOREVER IN THE NATION'S COURTS
*WHEN IT IS NOW A COMMON PRACTICE BY MANY LAWYERS TO HIRE ARMED THUGS TO SECURE POSSESSION OF LANDED PROPERTY AFTER A HIGH COURT RULING IN ORDER TO PREVENT THE OTHER PARTY FROM APPEALING THE CASE. THIS TERRIBLE SELF HELP PRACTICE HAS MADE MANY LAWYERS MORE POPULAR IN MOTOR PARKS WITH THE "TUALE" BOYS THAN EVEN IN NBA CIRCLE.
A NOBLE PROFESSION CANNOT JUST BE NOBLE BY NAME OR HEREDITARY. BUT BY CONSISTENT NOBLE CONDUCT, ENNOBLING ETHICS AND PRACTICE DISCIPLINE IN ORDER TO REGULARLY WEED OUT ROTTEN EGGS.
LAWYERS AND JUDGES WITHOUT SOCIAL CONSCIENCE ARE WORSE THAN ARMED ROBBERS
YES, THERE ARE A LOT OF GOOD LAWYERS & JUDGES IN NIGERIA WHO WILL NEVER BE DESPERATE TO BE SUPER RICH BY ALL MEANS NECRDSARY INCLUDING SACRIFICING THE NOBILITY OF THE WELL RESPECTED PROFESSION.
IF YOUR HOUSE IS STINKING WITH LOADS OF DEBRIS AND YOU DO NOT SERIOUSLY BOTHER TO CLEAN IT, BLAME NOBODY BUT YOURSELF IF AND WHEN "WOLE WOLE" POUNCE ON YOU.
LAWYERS & JUDICIARY PLEASE HEAL THYSELF FIRST.
May God Bless Muhammadu Buhari! Thank you. |

Copied from Facebook"Our DSS have not been trained to accord respect to our lordships. Uncivilised people. The most civilised thing to do was to write to the judges, . Your lordships, we have received reports, most likely from frustrated politicians, that you have been receiving bribes from them. That you don't bank these monies for fear of raising eyebrows, but keep cash in your houses. The monies they allege are in different denominations, $, €, ¥, £, Yuan even Indian Rupees! . Could you, at your convenience, come to our office to clarify. If after waiting indefinitely without any response from you, we shall apply to your courts for a search warrant. Please do the needful to avoid embarrassment."....This is what the DSS is to do as being propounded by some NIGERIANS...!!!!! .....Look, my brother; it's about time we asked the Police and military personnel to write to armed robbers and rapists; even the Boko sect guys, that they should report for arrest with their loot, rape victim and bombs respectively..... By so doing, we would have complied with 'due process'..... ....Nonsense and ingredients....!!!!! In fact I say it is more than nonsense and ingredient but NANSENSE! When corruption is being fought, where do high profile cases land In front of JUDGES! They can make or break the case! So cleansing must begin from the TOP! |

Health › Re: Help Before I Kill Myself. Body Odour Has Turned Me To A Recluse. by JuanDeDios: 8:54pm On Oct 07, 2016 |
mikemikoo2: Hello all. I had to create a new account for this just so I wont get laughed at. Ive been battling with body odour for about 2 years now. It has defied all physical measures such as hygiene and deodorants. Ive tried damn near all deodorants I can find in the store. Ive also tried things like lime, lemon, vinegar, baking soda and the likes. I dont even perspire much but when I put on any anti perspirant, I get smelly in no time without sweating. I think the culprit is my underarm but I shave all the time and wash up properly. I went to the hospital and took blood tests and everything came out normal.
I have decided to try traditional means such as iya alagbon and the likes as I hear some of them are very good. Please help recommend any solution apart from hygiene and shaving. Please I beg, this thing has put my life on a stand still as I cant mingle and move about freely without people rubbing their noses and making faces at me. It has made me suicidal. Who wouldve thought id end up with such issues?
Also please if u know any good traditional specialist in things like this, kindly let me know. Im in lagos.
Lalasticlala kindly move this to the front page so I can get varied suggestions please or else I just might end up as the next rip on social media. These days I am sad all the time and find it very hard to go out. Thanks for ur help Have you tried the dietary approach? If not, I could tell you what to do. |

beetle24: Ofada rice tastes yummy bro...try parboil it first, then rinse thoroughly d stones would ve settled off during this process.... good luck and make sure u eat it with ayamase(ofadasauce) OIC. Well, it sure tastes nice. But from what you're saying, stones are a feature of ofada rice and one has to "parboil" and hope they "settle" to the bottom and he manages to find them. Then why do they write "stone and dirt free" on the pack if they're not 419ers? Not for me, then. Goodbye, ofada rice. It was good doing business with you. I'd eat it if someone prepares it and gets the stones out but me I don't have the time and energy to chase stones. |
