I did and would do it again. It's about getting the right school. I'd rather have my child learn about his background and learn Nigerian ways than to have a child who doesn't care about and only thinks about how much fun he can have at any given time. There is a disciplinary atmosphere in the right places in Nigeria that you can never find in western societies because of the rights thingy. It made all the difference in my first child's life and I'll be doing it again. |
I have to admit that it is nothing but FRAUD. Some Americans and Britons decided to be fraudulent and the whole world followed blindly and stupidly. the world is filled with "Mr Follow Follow". . . |
Ok. Women should start having multiple men. I'm sure many of those foreign bred women will be happy with that ![]() |
The posts on this thread says a lot about majority of those here. They'd rather be encouraged to have all forms of unbiblical sex with protection than be given the Biblical truth about abstinence! I suppose loud people usually try to get other people to join their bandwagon, especially when they are not on the right path. |
queenTG:If you have good men in your country, why are you hanging on to a man that you believe will leave you later for a Nigerian woman? Are you simply or daft or what? You will be back on the internet in a few years to tell us about how bad Nigerian men are. When you see the writing on the wall, you claim love, love ko, loaf ni. Silly! |
Courage and bravery are one of the most important credentials to get you into heaven, I'm sure. I'm sure many other people would be feeling sorry for themselves and turn against God. Thats why so many people probably go to hell.Absolutely nonsensical. Where does the Bible make such claim? |
queenTG:are there no men from your own country? |
I'm not a fan of the pope but he did not say anywhere there that condoms increase HIV risk. He's encouraging people to try and practice abstinence (which is the best way to curb the spread of the virus). It's better than encouraging people to have sex and relying on condoms. I have always said that the educated and the internet savvy people are the ones dragging the world into an abyss of doom. What's wrong with the pope expressing a preference for a better option? |
kemisuga:@Kemibitterleaf, if you have a problem reading anything that touches you personally, dont get involved in a public conversation. |
FOR GOODNESS' SAKE, WHY ARE WE REBRANDING? A well known bad product will remain a bad product irrespective of how well you try to rebrand it. Why cant we just recreate Nigeria rather than trying to work on the brand. We need a good product first before we start to think of branding the product. Any lay student of marketing knows that you have to have a good product in order to build a brand. Are these idiots insane? ![]() |
Juanita Bynum is a divorcee. I seem to remember her husband beat her up before they divorced. Dont use her as your example |
@Kemisuga, are you not giving credence to what Dvampire said below with what you are blatantly attributing to me (with no basis)? @justgood. my brother, do take it easy. some people don't know how to present facts. at least now u know why some women are unmarried yet claim that it's their choice to remain unmarried. dem no sabi talk |
kemisuga:response to your post? I think you may be imagining things |
How will the same old dogs who got Nigeria to its present state be allowed to say that they want to re-brand by teaching the people? I'm beginning to think that Nigeria may never progress without shedding the blood of some/most/all of these looters. ![]() |
They should start re-branding by getting rid of idiots in Government |
Iranoladun's question is very valid. Read your post again. Are you unable to find a man closer to your age? Or is the guy very generous? |
Leilah:I am convinced that you are abnormal and I think your husband also has to have mental issues. SO your marriage can be ruined because a TV was damaged accidentally? AND, what has culture got to do with damaging a TV? You are dysfunctional and you are in a dysfunctional marriage! |
@brown, yes. Oyinbos are mainly prone to mental disorders because of their lifestyles and lonesomeness etc. They still have no right to kill any other person. If this act was committed by a Nigerian, this thread would have been about 15 pages full of condemnation for every Nigerian man (dead or alive). |
Mad scammers and their desperate oyinbo online lovers |
@Kemisuga, please tell me when I said you couldn't find a man. I dont think I've ever directed anything at you on NL. |
Thank you o!A statement in reference to what you said Do you think I cared about who said what before I posted what I did? Its not about personalities with me on here and I even sometimes mix some poster up. If you feel that my posts are directed at you, then leave my posts as it shows that you and I operate on completely different wavelengths so why bother responding to anything I post here. You have a man congrats. Whats it to do with me? I'm glad that I am married to a proper lady! |
because she doesn't agree with you, suddenly she needs a man or Love MachineOsisi, you are either unable to read with understanding or you just like to jump in defence of people you know. What exactly refers to her in anything I have posted? The way you carry on, I can only wonder what your man thinks of marriage. Go back and read again if you did not read the posts before commenting. |
spikedcylinder:wetin concern my post with you? na your conscience dey make every finger point in your direction. abeg carry your wahala go find man or Love Machine. |
Make dem no allow gay people begin talk rubbish for naija o. if they want to live in a perverted society, they should go to UK. |
forbidden5:I believe this because I have seen it a few times. The sad thing is that such women never give good advise to younger girls. . .they always try to mislead the younger girls. . . maybe because they believe the more of them there are, the less likely anyone will consider them as failures in relationship terms. |
@debosky, I understand what you're saying but my point is that she does not know what will happen once the guy gets to travel abroad with her. Do you think the young man has actually been grieving her loss all these years? To leave a man who loves you for the reason that you feel something for another man is nothing but courting disaster. Although I have nothing on which to base this feeling but I do feel very strongly that she will regret it later if she leaves her husband for a guy she thinks she loves. If she levaes her husband because of something else, it's a different case. Besides, it seems the appearance of this ex has helped her ignite her dislike for her hubby. |
luvbooks:Are you really 18? You sound much wiser than that age |
chaircover:Great! I think women who have not been as successful as you in find the right man will come up at you with daggers drawn anyway. i'm out. . . |
I think I sense that the word complete is being viewed in different ways here. I dont mean that a woman is incomplete in the absolute sense of the word but. . . |
[quote author=*Hauwa* link=topic=248394.msg3604129#msg3604129 date=1237219800]blame it on Love Machine manufacturer Its them that have the problems because their lives revolve around sex. Perversion as someone puts it |
Neither a man nor a woman can be complete without the other. No matter how much those who have given up hope try to theorise, the truth will find a way to come out eventually. |
Is this nairaland full of lesbians? ![]() |
