fatimj200: I came to the US to have my child, my stay expires in one month how do i get all my baby's paper on time so i can travel back with him? Does anybody have any advice for me. Another question, will I be able to travel back to the US after that?

I am still waiting for your reply. If he starts counting on the 28days today or tomorrow the 28days will mature the 13th of August i guess. My question is can he print the statement the following day and apply online do you think he will make it on time school opens the 5th of Sept.

I need your advice please, I'm a final year student here in Lagos and just returned my second trip from the UK today, My 6month visa expires July 19th and ill be done with school in September. I will like to apply for a 2year visa before i graduate coz its the only tie i can prove to the consular that im a student n my parents financial support (as stated in my 6months application) since NYSC is not considered as a tie. Please advice when can i reapply?

In order to be able to make a decision on wether or not to grant you entry clearance in this category I have taken into account your stated circumstances in Nigeria, the reasons for your visit and your proposed travel arrangements. You have declared that you are a student; supported by family members and that you have no family commitments or children to support. You also state that you propose to travel alont to visit your aunt in the uk and that you are relying on her to finance your visit. Given the statements you have made and the documentary evidence you have presented to support your application I am not satisfied that ur circumstances in Nigeria,coupled with your reasons for wishing to travel to the uk, are such that you have shown you have shown your intentions are as stated or that you intend to leave the UK at the end of your proposed visit. I am therefore not satisfied that your application meets the requirement of paragraph 41(i) and (ii) of the immigration rules.

This is all I submitted....

**Invitation letter from my auntie(auntie) in UK clearly stating his home address and
telephone number, nature of relationship to applicant, purpose of the
visit, etc.
**Coloured copy of sponsor's biodata passport page.
*Utility bills of the sponsor or applicants
*Mortgage deeds of sponsor
*Six months payslips of sponsor
**letter from my sch stating that I'm a student
**my own 6months bank statement
**pictures taken with the sponsor during her last visit to nigeria.
**emails shared btw myself and the sponsor from 2001 till date
**other documents like sch reciepts, id cards,etc
*sponsor's account statement

I have couple of questions to ask

1. My school will resume by September and I am yet to apply for my Visa due to the fact that I just get the funds which was to be lodge for 28days.
I just got 2m out of 4.3m. Hopefully to get the rest before the end of the week. I want to know if it wont be too late for my visa application?

2. Can the funds be lodge into my account by anyone?

3. If the funds complete before the week runs out, will they start counting from the day the funds complete ? Or from today that 2m was lodge into my account?

4. I hope it wont be too late for my visa application because of the 28days funds lodgement as I am to resume by September?

Is there anyway of finding out whats going on with my appeal, I called last week and they refused to discuss anything with me as they are only dealing with cases submitted before 11/6/2013.
I hate the way an ECO can lie to make a decision and then make u wait or reapply only for them to either waste your time or refuse again.

I so much desire a one-yr masters degree in d UK in a computer course dat wil quench all dat thirst but the truth is I don't av enuf cash for dat. I was thinking if I culd raise d money for d tuition I culd maneuver my living expenses like some of my frnds did. Presently my dad is willing to giv me abt 2m but dat's not close to wat I need.
The other option is to consider short courses in the core areas of my need which dat money shuld b able to cater for. But I don't know how visible dat culd be as I can't even find people here who r goin for professional courses.

My CAS states that I av bn assessed based on my statement of result nd transcript do I av 2 submit both statement of result and transcripts or the transcript alone wud do?
And also I heard all docs av 2 be stamped but my transcripts is not stamped , it ahs jst d registrar's signature alone ...will it be a problem? And also I av nt received my degree cert , I only av "to whom it may concern"...thnks

Please I applied for a student visa in 2007 and used another name with my finger prints. I was refused based on that I didn't use original waec certificate and didn't specify how many persons my sponsor is responsible to. I didn't re-apply since then. Now I've gotten a good job here and my company is planing to send me to a training in UK early next year ... [b]My question is that is true that Uk embassy usually delete unsuccessful applications from their data-base every 5 yrs [/b]Pls is it possible for me to apply with my real names now via my company with my finger prints... Captain001: JUSTWISE... Please my enquiry bothers on sponsorship. I have received a CAS letter to do masters in the UK and its left for me to apply for visa. I do not want to make any mistakes. A company is sponsoring me to the UK for the program but this came after I have filled self sponsorship during application for admission and hence my CAS does not contain sponsorship details. The company can't pay the money into my account 28 days before Visa application. Please what documents do I need to obtain from the company to aid my Visa application?

janeg123: No the waec result was not forged all verification was made and the HNO of weac board have forwarded a letter to the embassy.
