for the first time since his appointment, Mr Emiefele has finally summoned the courage to do something useful in his job role as CBN governor. those who are complaining about this move either do not have a complete knowledge of how these BDCs operate or are just plain mischievious and stupid. this is a good move and should be commended and i never saw this coming truth be told. |
meanwhile, the same british are totally against Nigeria disintegrating. the same british lobbied to install buhari into power. bear in mind that the same british carved up Nigeria to keep Fulanis in power till perpetuity knowing they were the least educated and most conservative of the major tribes. i cannot help but laugh and feel sad at the same time at the hypocrisy of the british. their two facedness knows no bounds. for any one who is reading this and may be wondering, the british are not your friends, they are in bed with the buhari administration and like all former colonial powers they have little to no concern for the suffering actual people of their former colonies most especially when said people are black. |
as much as i despise the man who is deji adeyanju, a glorified middleman who benefits massively one way or the other from this corrupt nigerian system, he is on the money with his assessment of tinubu. in the nigerian scene, tinubu is a skilled politician i'll give him as much. but there is a clear difference between a political maestro and a leader who has the interests of his people at heart. when i look at the man tinubu, all i see is a man who long lost his soul and essence and who will stop at nothing in his quest for absolute power. he is a man to be feared for all the wrong reasons. give him nigeria and indeed with lagos in mind (abundant evidence of 22 years) it is clear what he will do. unfortunately he will not attempt to restructure nigeria, if he manages to serve for 8 years, the first 4 will be to try and gain favours with the hope that he garners support for the subsequent 4. our politicians continue to take all of for fools because that is what the majority of this country are precisely: fools. until we unite for our own common good and for the good of our generation unborn, expect more fulani politiking and manuevring at the expense of the rest of us. |
igboho, kanu and sowore are not the ones disguised as soldiers kidnapping, plundering, looting and stealing. they are not killer herdsmen, they are not corrupt politicians, they are not bandits, they are not boko haram. the country is already incited, the polity is already heated up, without the actions of these men, people can see the agenda the fulani have and it is to the detriment of the entire country. virtually all the politicians you implicitly defend have foreign citizenship or residencies, infact they spend more time outside of the country than inside it. so please keep your stupid, half baked comments to yourself. Ibkhaleel: |
are you trying your divide and conquer? it's dead on arrival here stupid. go bark elsewhere. Moferere: |
ok you raise a fair point even though i honestly doubt tompolo would do such. my point is as a freedom fighter challenging government, Chief Igboho should have had a more sophisticated and a well thought out escape plan. Kandeed: |
anyone with half a brain knows that the growth index referred to in the letter includes amongst other things, revenue generated a.k.a money. do the church have a right to fire him? certainly they do. did he have a right to air it on social media? well there's no particular right or wrong with this, it is his choice really. i am indifferent. we can pretend it does not, we can call it whatever we want but in the end we all know the truth deep down. today's modern day churches are businesses and in my view they ought to be taxed for their non-church ventures and the administrators of these churches should stop using the church name as an umbrella to evade taxes, it is criminal and it is against what the good book preaches. |
truth be told, i am thoroughly disappointed in the likes of Sunday Igboho and Nnamdi Kanu. As much as i applaud their courage and their stance, they have shown to be amateruish in their planning and execution. Anyone with half a brain knows that if you are located in the SW, the easiest place to escape through is Benin republic. Why did'nt igboho contact Chief Tompolo to help him escape through the waters to Gabon, Angola or Cameroun and then from there via road to another african country where he could lay low for a while then attempt to fly. Or simply stay put in Nigeria. Does he not have safe houses that no one knows about aside him? This would have been the common sensical approach. I am thoroughly disappointed but there's no use crying over split milk. He should lawyer up and face the Federal Government fair and square. They do not have much of a case against him, of that i am sure. |
there is a difference between working for someone and working in parallel with someone. Ever heard of the popular saying, the enemy of my enemy is my friend. The igbos were never a threat nor a mortal enemy to we Yorubas, but the Fulani have always and will ever be forget the facades of humility and the garment of deceit they always adorn, they are a marauding, scavenging dangerous tribe. Awo had a choice between a long term common sensical solution and a short term meaningless one. In hindsight, I believe we now know what he chose and why he chose. One of our greatest failing as a people has been to always ignore the enemy at the gate whilst we squabble amongst ourselves over seemingly irrelevant things. It was how we lost ilorin, it is what we are still doing till date. And you dare not tell me that a person will continue to do the same thing over and over again whilst yet expecting a change. 7lives: |
pardoned? please what exactly is his offence? OritoJasi: |
Well, as much as i would like to believe Prof Akintoye as a casual observer of Nigeria's history, i would note that it is funny Awo said this. In my view, as much as i hold Awo in high regard for a lot of things he did, the man was far from perfect and had his failings as any normal human being. I have often criticised his role in the Biafra war particularly the policy of starvation against Biafra. Some may argue it is all fair in love and war but that was extreme and alot of innocents who played no role in the coup died for no reason. However, the worst for me was the 20 pound rule and the economic isolation policy that Nigeria, under Awo's leadership (take note Awo was Coordinating Minister of Economy under Gowon and the 2nd most powerful man in that administration). Now according to rumours, Awo was promised the North's support for presidency whenever democracy was restored. This same Northern elements truncated his ambition using other Yoruba men (Obasanjo and Abiola). So i guess baba finally realised in 1984 what he knew all along to be true since the 1950s, that the Hausa-Fulani were not good faith actors and they always hated his guts. And i guess in hindsight, we all can see Ojukwu was right for wanting to seceed at the time, never mind his ulterior motives. And the craziest part of this is Awo was always for regional government, states built around sub-ethnic groups and so forth, why not throw his full weight behind Ojukwu, at that point he had nothing to lose. Well, i guess baba took the shortcut and in his latter years he must have realised just how treacherous and devious these northern elements were. |
I hope the neega Buhari does not mistake Sound Sultan for the Sultan of Sokoto. Cos if it ain't a fulani, nothing concern that neega. |

I don't even know how i got to this thread talk less of how i managed to read through the rubbish write-up by a clearly demented person. Some people are just stupid and this social media era has indeed given a lot of such people space to air their stupidity. |
The British and US have shown exactly who they want in charge of Nigeria's affairs. For all of you thinking, hoping, praying and believing that somehow the British and Americans would support the splitting up of Nigeria, I guess you now have your answer. I have long reasoned that the UK and USA's foreign policy affairs are the worst form of white supremacy known to mankind. You can never look to your oppressor to free you from oppression. The UK and USA lobbied heavily to have Buhari installed in power. If you think they are not aware of Fulani's plan to dominate the entire country, think again. Not only are they aware but they implicitly support this agenda. Look at their media for coverage of such affairs if you think I am lying, BBC is always blatantly pro-fulani whenever they cover anything related to herdsmen criminal activities. It is not a coincidence, these are well orchestrated machinations behind the scenes. If you think they will support you because you and they are Christian, hahahahahaha, think again. From their own data, they know what ethnic groups tend to do well within their society. They know if given the chance with the enabling environment, Southern Nigeria has the human resource and intellectual ability to lead themselves and by extension the rest of Africa, out of the madness that has characterised our collective existence on this continent. But these overlords would rather have the black people remain as we are in disarray, whilst continuing to perpetuate racial stereotypes about blacks being lazy, drug dealers and criminals. We, in Southern Nigeria, had better start looking to ourselves in this fight against fulani domination, which is an extension of British and American domination. Anything short of this is delaying the inevitable. |
But nothing changed after the European raiders left Africa. Only the skin colour and facial features of the oppressors varied. Colonialism by aliens gave way for colonialism by natives; black-on-black oppression. In Nigeria’s case, the worst form of colonialism steeped in prebendalism, carnivory, nepotism, tribalism, corruption and predation took root. Nigeria’s political class are a hybridised version of the European colonial masters. Nothing could be further from the truth. Whilst reading through our history, I have long pondered that the way these so-called leaders in Nigeria have misruled the country from its inception, it was as if they were jealous of the colonial masters and sought to become them. To start with, perhaps the agitation for an independent republic was nothing more than a power grab by these colonial natives. Perhaps the various movements for democratic rule against the military was nothing more than a bunch of thirsty and gluttonous bastards who simply wanted nothing more than to access state treasuries for themselves. I guess the results speak for itself and its a sad, sad sight to behold. Whatever we could be as a collective is now firmly a thing of the past, whatever we can salvage we must salvage but individually in our own enclave. Nigeria was meant to fail, Nigeria has failed. Similar to how rain is wet or the sky is blue on a sunny day. The earlier we wake up from this nightmare, the better for us all! |
"....to punish bandits" To punish bandits with what, more money and more security protection? maybe when Jesus come sha |
Another Northern chieftain and former Secretary General of Arewa Consultative Forum (ACF), Elder Anthony Sani, said the outright ban on open grazing without provision of alternative measures to the plight of herders will spell doom for the country. It is not the business of state governments to provide alternatives for herdsmen. Cattle rearing is a private business, it is not government business. In comparison to other forms of farming, in Nigeria the profits gained from cattle rearing and trading are usually not taxed so I do not understand why government, both at the state and federal level, should provide alternatives for cattle grazing. It is sad that in this day and age where other countries are keenly focused on solving more pressing challenges, this is what our national discourse has been reduced to, no thanks to the cattle rear in chief in aso rock and his stupid followers. |
Kwara though Muslim are majority Yoruba. They are affected by this killer herdsmen crisis as well though they prefer to suffer in silence. Kogi though slightly more Muslim are quite diverse and they also are affected by this killer herdsmen crisis. Both states have a stake in what these Southern Governors are demanding of the Federal Government. I believe Kwara's governor will fall in line, as for the Kogi Governor, possibly one of the most clueless motherforkers on planet earth, I can only wish the people of Kogi well. Agbegbaorogboye: |
I get you bro. Someone7: |
Minority christian ke. Taraba is majority Christian, same as Plateau and Benue. Kwara is majority Muslim but also majority Yoruba. Kogi I am not sure, the igalas have a lot of Muslims but the other two tribes are majorly Christians. But this is not even about Christian states or people, this is about freeing oneself from madness. Buhari in some ways may have been clumsy about his real objectives, however where he has failed, I fear a more astute and coordinated fellow such as El-Rufai Will succeed. We owe it to ourselves, as a people who clearly have a different set of values from the core North, to free ourselves from this hegemony. If we do not do this now, I fear the worst is yet to come. Someone7: |
The Southern Governors just need to convince the governors of the following states (and they don't even need much convincing) and it is over for the core North: Plateau Taraba Kogi Kwara Benue However, having seen the writing on the wall, these governors ought to be pushing for a total restructuring of this country both fiscal, geographical and political. That is the only real way they can be free from interference and oppression from the fulanis. It won't be easy but it is damn sure possible if they stick together. It is sad that it took a tyrant such as the man we presently have as our president for the entire southern leadership to stand as one. Sad but true. |
Tongue in cheek statements that hold no water. Security operatives that don't take orders from you suddenly are to report to you, a bunch of fcu_king jokers taking us all for a ride. No wonder Buhari is so emboldened, he understands that for the people of the South to fight him, they'll need to fight their useless and senseless leaders first. |
Me: "what are you 17 governors doing to curb the insecurity in Southern Nigeria." Governors: ".........................................................." Me: "so you are not doing to do anything about the killings of your own people by foreign invaders and you won't support individuals trying to fight these killer invaders" Governors: "............................................................" Governors: "However, Southern Nigeria must produce next president." |
Igbo protests yet the spearheads of the End Sars movement were mostly of Yoruba extraction. Stop with all these stupid, divisive comments. You can clearly make your point without having to engage in this clear act of my tribe did it better than yours, my tribe get more sense than yours. Nbotee: |
"Na crazeman be dat oh, Animal in crazeman skin oh" |
Until the 17 Southern States have a security outfit (unified or not) to enforce these type of laws, nothing will change in the overall scheme of things and these fulani herdsmen will continue to terrorise people living in these Southern States. |

Nigeria - A country of many countries |
The British government are the enablers of Buhari and his government of cowards. The British and by extension the Americans have never hidden this, I am surprised that people think the British and Americans are good guys in the blackman's quest for his freedom. A lot of things you see wrong with Nigeria today can be traced back to its origin namely colonial rule under the British overlords. A lot of tactics you see deployed by our government was learned from the British colonial masters. The very mapping of Nigeria, Fulani hegemony, its meaningless name and the so-called recognition of successive corrupt and inept governments are all attributable to the British masters. So to answer your question, it is no surprise that the British have sold out Nnamdi Kanu so that Nigeria, under Fulani domination, can neutralise every threat to its existence. So that the fulani ethnic replacement and islamisation may continue. KingKingKing: |
