Joe Igbokwe and Lauretta Onochie should top the list of some of the most foolish people in government. This is not good news to the average Igbo man whom these two adult children have targeted at and attacked in the past. Do they not realise that they are being used and psychologically manipulated and abused by the same people who empower and encourage them to go after their own kith and kin? They have been turned into ‘House Niggas’ with a few arsenals to fight their kith and kin. Their day of reckoning would come and I pray the seas and mountains become to hot and boiling for them to hide. When did Joe Igbokwe become Col Sagir Musa who normally would be responsible for disseminating this sort of news? Has he not learnt from his mistakes of posting wrong and misleading photos? What’s his source of news? If someone has been feeding him these stories and photos, does he not realise that sometimes it’d be intended to make a fool of him? Same goes to Lauretta Onochie, she most times comes out with the most reprehensible news. These are fed to them to distract attention from the usual people. What’s their gain in all these...little pocket money every now and then, director of sewage and publicity. Thank heavens I don’t have the power. If I did, Joe Igbokwe, Lauretta Onochie with people like Rochas Okorocha would be locked in a room with very tiny window. I’d contract a James Nwafor kind of person to flog them morning afternoon and evening till their skins detach from their bones. |
okpalaAnambra:I dont know who you are but your behaviour online is very rude. Show some respect and maturity. You and Abia1stson need to reflect and act right. It’s too early to be showing off negative energies. |
okpalaAnambra:The threat to leave PDP and possibly decamp to APC if the presidency was not zoned to the South East is senseless in my opinion. Would decamping to APC guarantee their request? APC isn’t going to field a candidate from the South East. The Ebonyi law makers are not serious. I think that they are displaying political immaturity by issuing this threat because PDP will call their bluffs...then what??....Umahi and his lieutenants find reason to cause fractions on PDP...joins APC... Osibanjo is the Aguero and even if Umahi becomes Jesus who is no 2 on the pecking order, he will never be seen as the messiah infact he lacks the Sterling quality to even displace Jagaban. |
DamZik:Define and explain what you mean by ‘Revolution’. What has Buhari got to do with criminals running around attacking people and destroying private businesses? |
What’s happening in Edo state at the moment isn’t an EndSars protest. The objectives of the EndSars protest have been compromised. Criminals, hoodlums and riffraffs are running amok causing troubles and breaking of law and order. They have deviated from the reasons and targets of the protest to cause misery to individuals and businesses. I support an immediate deployment of the military to the streets to restore sanity, sadly we might hear more horrific tales of how the law enforcement abused their power. |
ellapius:Bibian Anekwe |
mikmash:According to arrewa, the EndSars protest in Kaduna should be disregarded. That was a fake one. His protest is the ‘real’ and genuine protest in the north. What a fellow! There are different types of madness. |
ProfAmaben:Arrewa is a bigot and a hypocrite. Honour should be given to whom it is due. Credit should be given to the patriots and all concerned citizens of Nigeria genuinely protesting the numerous evil going on in Nigeria. To Runtown and Falz, these guys earned my respect. Arrewa has denounced EndSars and disrespected the efforts, sweats, tears and blood of those who protested and still protest. Before now, Arrewa would be on here scouting IPOB/Igbo news to lament on or he would be on a propaganda posting photos of strategic places from the north, they tried vigorously but without success to stifle the millions of voices of Nigerians...now he and his mates have keyed into the struggle mobilising and promoting similar effort in the north but he has failed to acknowledge the fact that ENDSARS gave him and his likes the platform to make their voices heard. ..however, calling the north ‘dull’ based on his hypocrisy is as bad and you are no better than him. It’s not a competition between the North and South. |
Jakumo:Out of respect for the name Jakumo, I had to delete my initial response after seeing the name. Your comments on here are gold but I think you erred big time and I totally disagree with you on this issue. I’m with this ‘self important man’. What he is fighting and resisting isn’t just for him alone. Lots of people are facing same scenario in different forms. Covid shouldn’t be used as an excuse to hide the Oriental woman’s motives. Shame on her. First of all, if she was concerned about being in such a space with other people, she should wear a face covering...that’s the first step, then she should’ve stepped off the elevator if she was worried about getting any infections off the man....this man was also without face mask and was speaking directly to her...with possible emission of some aerosol(saliva)...how long does the lift take to descend to the floor level where they were supposed to get off?.....and how long was this man speaking and recording this video for? If this man was Covid +ve and infectious, the length of time the annoying woman was delaying their journey is more than enough to infect her multiple times compared to the duration on time the elevator would have taken to descend...yes I know the door was open with possible ventilation compared to when the door shuts but she would’ve been infected quicker when this man was complaining. I’m careful about stereotyping people or using the word racism and I wouldn’t apply it here just yet however the woman’s action should be condemned and I hope she’s queried for this. |
SmartProf:James Nwafor said the same: “Nothing would happen”. Like El Rufai snr, Saddam Hussein said the same...”They would end up in body bags”. We know how he ended up. El Rufai Senior is normally an intelligent man but with a tendency to make foolish and unguarded utterances. His sons have inherited that foolish tendency to spew nonsense, sadly they are not as intelligent as their old man. Their lack of intelligence would be their nemesis when oga Nasir is gone. |
anago40:He is actually right and you are wrong. The spelling should be Okuzu though it’s spelt ‘AWKUZU’. |
Miracle2020:Whoever was responsible for acting on that report...whether Obi or Obiano but attempted to stifle it deserves to be stoned but of all the posts concerning the incident, your biased mind only picked the childish and dumb comment by one Ogbu101 and tagged all Igbos! Shame on you mister. |
Miracle2020:This is what comes out from a fellow human beings thoughts. |
omenka:Oga stop hyperventilating, IPOB and Kanu shouted themselves hoarse, they protested everywhere with photos of missing people, Amnesty int. were involved but as usual... you and your friends here mocked not just Kanu and IPOB but the rest of Igbos like you’ve always done and still doing now. It’s sacrilege and horrible to say that nothing was done back then. Every concerned and reasonable persons condemned the murder and polluting the Ezu River with dead bodies... the horror story itself became source of joy and entertainment to you and your friends here on Nairaland. Like the shooting at St. Patrick’s Emene, there were people who celebrated the shootings and killings of youths after all, they are Igbos. A few years from now, something might spring up about that and you’d still be here blaming and cursing on Igbos. Ezu River murder was protested on and it led to more killings...Nairaland resident anti Igbos celebrated and were joyful. You really are disturbed by bad adrenaline and you should check it. |
dadavivo:Coming out to protest with such vehicles, they obviously thought it was some sort of jamboree. |
Buratai is unrivalled when it comes to incompetency. This man is the worst army officer. He is an embarrassment to the military profession and he epitomises the rot, cluelessness and incompetency that bedevils Nigeria. |
Emotionss:That silly boy is a hypocrite, tribalist, bigot and very dumb. He must find a way to make his ethnic chauvinistic self to feel good by screaming Ipob on every post. There are mentally unbalanced people here. He is on the edge. |
StacyO:Damn |
StacyO:“Even her DAD is not spared from the temptation “ Did I read you right?? If there’s any demonic thing in your original write up, it has to be the above. Sister, mind your dressing and stop being alone with men. All those attempts are warning signs. I’m really disgusted by your dad. |
Why would he say that it was the first time this happened to him after using so many laundry companies?? Isn’t it possible this is the first and only time he has forgotten some money in his pockets or...has he been testing those other companies by leaving some cash in his pockets? While this is good for the laundry man’s business, this makes oga pastor look like a careless person...if he has a habit of testing his laundry men or just outright carelessness, he need to wake up...one day he might leave an important document in his pockets and they will come out soaked, crumpled and permanently deformed. |
okpalaAnambra:Aisha Yesufu is an Etsako woman from Edo state. Her husband is also from Edo but she grew up in Kano. People mistake her for a northerner. |
What happens to Kemi Olunloyo who labelled protesters ‘criminals? |
@Gjrich, people like you need to stop this craziness online. The speech made by TB Joshua was made more than 7 years ago....July 2013...Goodluck Jonathan was in power at the time. A lot of things have happened in between this period. Why are you linking it to EndSars? Pls stop this madness. A lot of so called men of God made predictions based on challenging events in Nigeria without being specific. Any amateur political can easily make such predictions. You guys should stop being shallow. |
Francisca Ordega should keep her mouth shut. If she wants to celebrated, she should work hard on the pitch, score goals and win trophies...much is expected of her but she’s been a disappointment. Her hair colours and hair styles comes first and are easily noticeable compared to her efforts during the games....when she is called out for that, she goes hysterical and lash out online at her fans. She and her mates have failed to lift the Super Falcons....Infact she has given Nigerians more heart problems than most of her mates on the pitch with her unintelligent decisions and aimless runs in the pitch |
saheedbadmus:You are being rational. Lots of people don’t think, they simply jump on the bandwagon. Men of SARS would simply remove their uniforms and put on another one. The bad eggs are still in the crate. The whole security apparatus need to be reformed, if not, it doesn’t matter how long the protest lasts...Nigeria security would still be what it is. No change...extortions, framing of innocent citizens, killings etc. The protests should include other forms of ills committed by the govt against its citizens...Bad government and governance should be protested against. |
IjebuWarrior:What has this yeye comment got to do with a Yoruba passenger that declined to pay his fare to the Hausa okada man and the escalation of the problem? The two men should’ve accommodated each other and not involve others. Btw Igbo scatter your typing fingers there. Onye ara. |
AmazingELixir:Ending SARS would achieve nothing without a total overhaul of the Nigeria police force. SARS are part of the police force. Stopping them means reabsorbing them normal policing. It’s only a matter of time before they change appearance and emerge in another form. Police violence and criminality should be protested against not SARS. Those evil men called SARS will still be operating under a different identity. |
seunmsg:You guys should calm down. There will be protest in the South East and strategies are being put in place to make sure that it’s well organised and well executed. South East is a hot area at the moment with tie recent killings by DSS, Police and military from 82 Div Nigeria Army not long ago. It’s easy for the police(SARS) to infiltrate the protest and use that as another excuse to harm innocent people and at the end of the day, IPOB would be blamed giving Nigerians the opportunity to hate on and distance themselves from the group... People are also wary of being branded IPOBS. There will be protests but it will be well coordinated. |
chatinent:Let’s blame this on your Dell laptop...but be very careful. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:Don’t misunderstand me sir. I like Arsenal fc and I’m a fan. I only stated what I felt like seeing. It’s more of a dream. I hate to see them lose but I’m not a fanatic. They can lose or get thrash for all I care. I don’t give a hoot. I am a fan Enugu Rangers and the Nigeria Super Eagles and I’m passionate about the two teams. I’ll wear my Super Eagles shirt with pride and I’ll wear an Enugu Rangers football shirt to the Emirates but sadly, I have not seen any shirt or anywhere to get a Rangers shirt. |
ehix89:Willian is a good buy. He will gel into the squad. |
HIGHESTPOPORI:Liverpool is a very good team but I think this present Arsenal squad can get a point off Liverpool or even beat them at Anfield. As an Arsenal fan, my concerns when the gunners are playing them are not Salah, Van Dijk or Trent Arnold....my biggest fear is Sadio Mane and fringe players like Origi. Remove Mane in the team and Arsenal would scratch them deeply... Thomas Partey going to Arsenal fills me with joy. He is strong and good in the midfield...ever since that Super Eagles team b vs Athletico Madrid match where Nwakali and I think Usman Mohammed scored beautiful goals, I’ve never forgotten how Partey bullied and tormented the Eagles. He is strong and a no nonsense player and I have been his fan ever since. I fantasise seeing Sadio Mane, Origi, Moussa Sisokko, Partey and Traore of Wolves at Arsenal. |
