madnesscom:You are Yoruba from Odogbolu, I’m Igbo from Anambra and also 100% 042. I wish to say that anyone believing in the Jibril El Sudaini conspiracy theory or believe that Buhari is dead and isn’t the man in Aso Rock has serious mental issues. The so called journalist claiming to have covered the event in my opinion is a liar, an impostor and deluded. I think that Buhari is in Aso Rock and I also think that the man has dementia. I think he doesn’t make crucial decisions as he lacks the capacity to do that due to ill health and the required competency required for such an exalted position. Many times he has forgotten names of his colleagues etc. Buhari is still the president. Buhari is alive but Buhari of 2020 isn’t the Buhari that we used to know. He might not recognise a good photo of Tunde Idiagbon, even if he does, he might not pronounce his name correctly. |
Fear not Dino...They are coming to possess their possessions. Show them your flashy cars, gold coloured sofas, jewelleries and expensive watches. I hope they strip him naked. |
Misleading title. He was not shot at. Police just didn’t want cause further problem. |
Daddysidhan:It is photoshopped. Where are the cane/koboko marks on their bodies? There’s no proof those were real people ![]() |
Kenplay:COFFEE |
SUCKCESSFUL:Except he was ‘palliating’ for his son, he doesn’t look hungry and doesn’t need those palliatives...In fact this man would survive 7 famines without food or water and still look well fed. |
Fuckingmallam45:Don’t blame anyone...you don’t plan and execute this sort of event like that. Tensions, emotions, negatives thoughts, frustrations and acrimony were high. Everyone was feeling the heat and we only need just that trigger to set off. It doesn’t matter what sort of trigger, the strength of the ignition or where it’s coming from....Nigeria masses just needed that little spark to explode. Don’t blame anyone bro. I still give mad props and respect to Falz and Runtown...the likes of Aisha just cashed in and out. The true heroes are Falz, Runtown and everyone that genuinely came out to protest. The villains are not just SARS and the Nigeria police. The villains include the military, our corrupt politicians, Dino Melaye included and the thieves and looters who infiltrated thw crowd of genuine people to wreck havoc. Shame on them. I have to mention Dino as I personally find him insufferable. He is fake, knows when and how to press our mumu buttons because he enjoys the security that permits him to flaunt his pimped up rides and ostentatiously decorated living rooms while flashing his teeth and laughing his arse on our faces after embezzling public fund. |
For every cow dung deposited and shaped to look like human beings(Lauretta Onochie and Chief house nigga Joe Igbokwe)....there is a true Nwa ada in the person of Ngozi Adichie, a true and a rare gem. She is precious. We take solace in her every time Lauretta throws up her hideous and nauseating biles or every time Joe blows his disgusting snorts. |
NGpatriot:I’m confused here and the response above is a strange and a funny one ![]() Oga NGpatriot, he said...”As many that have chosen to lie against the helpless and the dead”... Have you spoken falsehood against the dead and against the vulnerable? If you did, was this act deliberate? Did you choose to lie against these people? Why are you so concerned about his post? |
adejumobi1451:His negotiating skills were secondary reasons he succeeded with the mob. The main reason is that he wasn’t known as someone who abused the Fegge community. He was not associated with much evil. Okpoko police station DPO wouldn’t have succeeded if he tried that. Okpoko is one of the worst police stations when it comes to extortion and bribe. The police men would arrest tens of okada riders, take them to okpoko police station and force them to pay before there okadas are released. Enugu state police commissioner is one of the idiots who should be stripped and flogged till his fat tummy disappears. He is a liar and a corrupt man. |
becky39000:Damage control. No one died. They are only trying to install fear on the youths who turned the palace upside down. What about the one wearing the shoes? I bet they’d say that his feet and legs have been afflicted with elephantiasis. |
Reinaldo:You are the one that lacks intelligence and conscience. Yes I support the deployment of military and those thieves breaking, entering and looting shops and vandalising banks should be roasted alive. What nonsense. Are the banks the headquarters of SARS? Are banks offices of politicians and evil people holding Nigeria hostages? Do you know what that shop owner went through to acquire and grow his stock? He probably doesn’t have any insurance against those goods, he probably might still be owing individuals or banks. Looters and thieves don’t deserve to be shot. They should be roasted and yes roasted alive. Rubbish. |
penplus:They were singing nursery rhyme sir. There would’ve been different reactions if the title had been “Army force arsonists and looters to sing nursery rhyme” |
That wasn’t a praise song. That’s a nursery rhyme...The more we are together’. I find that rather humiliating for adults to be singing and clapping to that... Apparently, the soldiers were trying to force the spirit of patriotism down their throats...The note we are together as a nation, the happier we will be as a people ![]() |
Gratefulheart1:No. You are confused ma. You are desperate to defend the phonetic mistakes inadequacies of your Afonja folks. If you claim to hear ope and opefully from your folks, it’s because you are being biased or frustrated and have accepted that since you couldn’t help them. You have tricked your mind and convinced yourself that they pronounce those words correctly. You might also want to visit your ENT doctor to make sure that some thick mass of wax are not blocking your ears.... Afonjas would say ‘hears for ears’. |
Gratefulheart1:Let’s not derail this thread with unnecessary links. You are contradicting yourself. People from the west would pronounce the two words....ope and opefully....that’s the message. Seems you woke up from the wrong side of the bed. Send your links and tag the people who need them. |
Gratefulheart1:H can be silent in words like Honour, Heir, hour, ghost, honest.... You still don’t get it. Do you? Afonjas don’t have any linguistic rule regarding the alphabet h. H isn’t silent in ‘how’ but an Afonja will pronounce it ‘ow’ H isn’t silent in hope but that fake soldier pronounced it ‘ope’ Now h is silent in honour but Afonja would still pronounce the h. Save that link and send it to your English language teacher, ‘opefully’ it might untie his tongue. |
Gratefulheart1:Tell your English language to teach you how to pronounce house. Let’s start from there. Nb...I didn’t say...ow to pronounce ouse...make sure you meet someone who isn’t afflicted with that problem. I’ve heard professors from that side pronounce words like that. |
Emilokoiyawon:Stop acting like a child. |
Emilokoiyawon:Stop being petty. Anyone calling for killing of Sanwo Olu or Tinubu is mad and silly. Kanu or no Kanu, anyone making such inflammatory remark isn’t in their right mind and I can never endorse such. Stop tagging Igbos in your madness and you guys should stop inciting violence and hatred. |
Emilokoiyawon:Where and when did I condone such? What are you on about? |
Emilokoiyawon:Igbos don’t defend Nnamdi Kanu and not every Igbo man is an IPOB. People like me will speak out when youths are oppressed like the Emene shooting and it has nothing to do with IPOB or supporting them. We don’t take instructions from no one and I mean no one. I have condemned Kanu’s speeches against other people here and have been called names but I don’t care. I air my opinion and it is independent. |
Seetto:Like I said, today is Friday. Go in there and hit your forehead as hard as you can. You might get some sense. Thank me later. Coward |
Authority1o1:Did you expect a live broadcast from Buhari?? Do you know how many times they tried to record that broadcast and how long it took before they got that one ‘right’?? That was the best possible broadcast from him, if you expected more than that then that broadcast wouldn’t have been possible. |
Seetto:You are a coward and everywhere you go, cowardice will follow you and finally, you’ll die a coward and be buried like a coward. |
Seetto:You and your arrewa moniker would perish and pay the price of foolishness and hypocrisy one day. Btw, today is Friday. I expect you to enter your mosque and ask your Allah to forgive you and ‘sanitise’ your polluted mind. |
Limitednow:Let him be...He is schizophrenic and very paranoid. |
healthgadgetsng:Shame on you for trying to mislead people here. This man isn’t a policeman and this video probably happened somewhere in the south east. That man was being dragged to the police station. Again...A big shame on you. |
chatinent:He might be innocent. It’s a failure on his part not to have gotten the right info/briefing before making his statement. Same scenario with Ugwuanyi of Enugu state the morning when Fulani mercenaries attacked and murdered some villagers. He called to speak to the president and was ignored. |
OZOnNengiTheory:He is a brave soldier and he has got conscience. His ethnicity or state of origin doesn’t matter. |
