The amount of negligence and malpractice that happen in our hospitals are scary.
They probably didn’t do their time out, checks and counts after the surgery or they did and couldn’t find it…then ignored the loss.

A simple check with a portable X-ray machine or C arm would’ve shown the scissors lying dangerously in the pelvis.

Our hospitals can afford these machines but bad management, corruption and incompetency are the problem.

Orji Uzo Kanu left government house Umuahia and had been in the senate since, TA Orji, Chimaroke Nnamani, Chime, Rochas etc. None has gone back to their former businesses. We keep hearing how they were rich before venturing into politics….but none has left politics and gone back, left politics to focus on those businesses that brought wealth to them.

I wish Nnamdi Kanu didn’t swear and use offensive words on other people. I wish he started start the Jibril and Buhari is dead conspiracy.
I wish he had focused only on arousing consciousness in the south east. I wish he didn’t enter into unnecessary argument and name calling with Dokubo.

Alert the military and police. They are not trustworthy but that’s the first thing to do, form vigilante, arm yourself, form and get involved in a vigilante group. Guard your terrain day and night. They will send spies to monitor and assess the security situation in your place. Patrol and show your readiness. Watch out for new and suspicious faces.
I don’t know what you do or what brought you there but it’s advisable for some of you to sleep by day and guard by night. 200 of you can be a confusion. Divide yourself in groups of 10 or 20, monitor movements and cover your perimeter area. You can also assess entry points and have people watch them and communicate threats to the heads of each group.

If you don’t have weapons to defend yourself, you’ll need to ask yourself what you are doing there. Leave if you think the threat is real and you can’t do anything about it.
