I have to say the write up is spot on and in as much as i would prefer AC to the PDP 100 times more , the danger of ACN is the benefactor himself which is Tinubu.

Above is the link to the rigging manual of GEJ and anyone claiming it is forged has no basis for it. There is no smoke without fire and this manual seems true to me. This is the kind of stuff al PDP politicians are capable of. Even Atiku used some of this tactics in 1999 and 2003.

Abiola was muslim yeah but he had more than 4 wives unfortunately. Four was islamically legal (proper aqd nikkah) and the others were concubines turned wife, the were mrs Abiola.

The case that was raised here is valid but the lawyers did not argue the woman was not his wife , Abiola said he was not sure of the paternity of the children and the judge ordered DNA which only one of 4 kids passed. That is the main reason Abiola inserted the DNA clause in his will.

Oh yeah i get what you mean. The qualification of who is innocent or guilty is by a court and not on impulse. Caliph Umar once peeped through the window and found some people drinking alcohol but he was handicapped in dishing out punishment. This was because firstly, he broke the law himself by peeping through the window and invading into their privacy.

Umar could not act on impulse as this is not our faith, there is a due process which we have to follow and Umar had to even provide other witnesses to butress his prosecution.

If you go to earlier pages on this thread you would see i clarified the position on this when IFY asked a question about permissibility of killings in islam.

I would try to dig out the page and paste it again but in the mean time. Killing is permitted as a capital punishment after conviciton by a court. By a court i mean full judicial process and if the suspect is found guilty then he his no longer innocent and capital punsihment is permissible if that is the punishment for the crime e.g murder.

Killing is also inevitable during war and by war i dont mean bombings of innocents on the train etc. I mean real war.

No one is allowed to take laws into his hands in islam and even if your family was murdered you cannot go on a killing spree there has to be conviction by a court before punishment could be meted out to the murderer. Islam does not permit us to act on impulse.

Sister, I am a lagosman to the core my self I only started to post against GEJ here on NL probably in the last week as i have kept silent all the while evaluating this guy. The last straw for me was his statement of asking us to pray so that terrorist should confess is a big shame. The sharing of $1 billion on new years eve , the leaked GEJ campaign strategy detailing how Inec officials would be bribed and how policemen would be taken to Ghana to compromise them before the elections.

GEJ seems not to have a clue, PDP is a disaster we need a change and probably Buhari, Ribadu or Utomi would be the alternative but not PDP and definately not GEG my sister.

He cant do anything to get my support because i have come to the conclusion he doesnt have the qualities to be a leader and that is why the SNG that suppported him to be president have lost all faith in him.

You are right we need some specifics but this does not validate GEJ´s budget in any way. Every layman will know a budget where 1.7 million naira is spent on catering DAILY is a budget signed into law only by a GEJ.
