Dear Men, Local Girl is NOT understanding something and needs your help. Here is the scenario Mr. Man approached her, professed his love and asked to be given a chance. She refused. He persisted, but she stood her ground. 3 months later, Mr.man is now getting married. Local Girl is hurt. She feels like Mr.Man ALMOST used her. How could he have found and engaged a woman within 3 months?! Did she dodge a bullet or missed out? |

Any man that is waiting to judge me by my social media posts and comments, to know if I’m ‘datable’ or ‘marriageable’ is really sitting on a long thing. I’ll always feel free to write whatever I deem fit. I understand that compromises come to play when you’re in love with someone. But it will have nothing to do with whether we will remain in a relationship or not. I see a lot of ladies who do not freely express themselves because a man might be watching. It’s okay if you’re doing it for you. But not because you don’t want a man to form an opinion about you. If you don’t know that most people on social media like myself only show you what we want you to see. Then I cannot help you. |
Every woman is beautiful and unique, but alot of ladies neglect "DRESSING", Yes Dressing tells alot and does alot to your psyche as a woman,it builds your self esteem,it gives you great confidence, it makes you feel uptop of your game,it brings out the hidden beauty in you,it builds respect, most of all it makes your man hungry for you. Dressing attractive at all times as a woman kips your man stuck to you at least to a 60% ,alot of ladies once they get into a relationship or marriage tends to loose their sense of dressing and that has brought issues in relationships and marriages..A woman needs to dress and look beautiful for herself first ,married or not.. Take a look at your dressing today ,that might be the great obstacle behind that man finding you, behind why your husband is having an affair outside, behind why you weren't given that job the other day, behind why you were not given listening ears, nobody is asking you to go to the best boutiques, they are lots of affordable dresses that could make you look beautiful and give you that very satisfaction..Let those who have ears hear |

Five signs you 'may' be dealing with an emotionally unavailable person 1. They have never really had a serious relationship, or their past relationships ended because they feared commitment - so they'd leave when things got 'real' or they'd sabotage when things did. 2. You rarely feel like you're pleasing them because they can always find a flaw in you or your relationship, even when things are going well. Once they find a 'flaw', they use it as a crutch or excuse - because they fear intimacy. 3. Early on they say things like "I don't want to hurt you" / "I'm not sure I ever want to be married" / "I suck at relationships" - even when things between you aren't that serious. This is a warning to you - because they know they're not emotionally prepared or available. 4. They rarely want to have 'deep' conversations, or discussions about their past. Things are generally very surface level with them and when you do ask questions they can be evasive or secretive. 5. Everything seems to revolve around them and they're unwilling to alter their schedule / change their plans / plan in advance to suit you. Their commitment-phobia makes them feel like they need to be in control of all situations and future planning in the relationship. Bonus signs of emotional unavailability: - They struggle to be content and always think there's something 'better' - Even when they're faced with people who care for them, they like to stress that they don't need anyone - They often say they fear losing their independence |

Take your time getting to know people. Rushing or skipping processes is an easy way to miss red flags, make misinformed decisions, or put people on a pedestal they have no business being on. |

7 signs you have a good partner: 1. They handle conflict maturely Name calling, gaslighting, ridiculing, and physical abuse isn’t something you deal with. When you’re in disagreement they don’t put you down or behave aggressively. They talk respectfully, calmly and openly. 2. They celebrate your successes They see your accomplishments as a great thing. They don't dismiss them or seek to make you feel bad when you're doing well. They also don’t behave as if they’re in competition with you. When you're happy, they're happy. 3. You trust them and they trust you You rarely feel anxious when you can’t get in touch with them or when they’re out with friends. You have no reason to doubt them or be worried about their behaviour when you’re not around. They also show you that they trust you too. 4. Talking to them is easy They allow you to be vulnerable and they don’t throw your vulnerabilities in your face or expose your deepest secrets. They listen when you speak – not just to hear, but also to understand. They also encourage you to talk about yourself. 5. You spend time apart and have lives outside your relationship Your life consists of a healthy balance of ‘us’ and ‘me’ time. They want you to have a social life outside of them, and don’t seek to control you. You feel like you’re given room to grow and spend time with others. 6. They’re considerate and willing to compromise Your relationship doesn't revolve around them alone. They understand the meaning of a 'partnership' and that your needs matter too. When compromise may be required, they evaluate all options and not just the ones to suit them. 7. You feel loved They regularly express their love and affection using their own love language. They also try their best to love you how you like to be loved. As a result, you feel appreciated and treated like a priority, not taken for granted and treated like an option. I hope you like my list! I'm sure there are many more signs but I didn't want to make this thread too long (rich coming from me), so please feel free to share more signs below ❤️ |
