PoliticsRe: “I Don’t Want To Be Disturbed With Any Probe”, Buhari Tells Tinubu In London by lawani(m): 11:55pm On Jun 27, 2023
Buhari killed over 2000 promising young people including inec adhoc staff, youth corpers, Shiites, ipob and etc by ordering they be shot by security personnel and by deceiving his followers that he is an honest man rigged out by Jonathan. He killed them both directly and indirectly and he is a dollar billionaire, I think he is a major shareholder of Julius Berger and has over thirty thousand cattle. The very least thing is that he should be stripped of everything and his victims compensated but let us wait and see what will happen
Christianity EtcAkin Lawanson Versus Enoch Adeboye by lawani(op): 10:02pm On Jun 27, 2023
Enoch Adeboye was caught red handed in 2009 using Tola Ekunsanmi to submit edited character assassination videos of myself depicting me as a paedophile, rapists and etc to the Nigerian DSS to frustrate my social reform activism on social media, he accused the CIA of setting him up not knowing that the CIA has put him on surveillance since 1988 when he started using human beings for rituals, when he accused the CIA, they compensated him with money and he gave his girlfriend Rihanna who edited the videos twenty million dollars and gave Tola Ekunsanmi a total of twenty million naira half of which was impounded by the London metropolitan police. He refused to restitute with me and Steve Jobs died and left a fortune for me in his will in 2011, he objected and the power to approve the execution of the will was handed over to him by the US government. Up till now he is afraid of releasing the will because it will mean the end of his career of serial murdering and mass manipulation. He killed Bola Ige and Sanni Abacha as well as John Audu who was my friend during NYSC whom he personally axed to death. Before social media he had assured my parents he would make me fall in line as a born again by force and that was in 2000 when I was an undergraduate. He also harvested my fishpond to bankrupt me when I was in Ile Ife etc etc and used my family members to severally lock me up in the psychiatry, starting from 2012 when I publicly accused him, the hierarchy of the church has been aware of my plight since 2012, eleven years ago and that he is using the church's resources to trample on my fundamental human rights. This is a formal notification that as soon as I meet Barbara Bush who was married to me by her family in 2000 and properly free my hands, then I am going to take Enoch Adeboye and his church to court to claim all their real estate across the world as compensation for the twenty three year long assault. Then I will be okay. This is a formal public notification. Enoch has murdered a total of seven people, raped all his donkeys, raped his kids and raped a former male employee of mine amongst others.

The major consumers of chocolate are oyibo countries. They determine the demand and the companies behind the industry are theirs. If you restrict export of cocoa, they move to Indonesia and Ghana. Also Brazil. You don't dictate the price of a commodity as the seller when there are other sellers. Your buyers determine the price. OPEC is an exception not the norm. Also, crude oil has more uses, buyers and deriatives than cocoa.

Regarding trade agreements, Nigeria has not signed any trade agreement as an individual country with any rich country. In fact, the lack of any signed agreement do us more harm than good.
Very soon tomato farmers will say Restaurants are exploiting them. A lot of money goes into cocoa development into chocolate and the only thing you can do is have your own chocolate industry for your local market but to starve foreign companies of cocoa seeds is not fair trade as they have their own chocolate market and their companies have workers and CEOs but if cost of living lowers in the west, farmers across the world will have a much better deal and that is what everybody should be praying for.

South east is developing though not at the rate it ought to. Basically due to issues like sit-at-home, insecurity. then FG marginalization to some extent. Ones these are fixed development will spring up. The fact is that most able Igbos will now rather buy lands and develop them in the east than in Lagos..Speaking from first-hand knowledge and experience. I was marveled at the cost of a plot of land in my own village (mind you its like London compared to some places in Lagos). Also if FG would open up Port-harcourt port or develop Ibom sea port, most Igbos will move their businesses in droves out of Lagos.
Millions of non Igbos live in the old Eastern region just like Igbos live in the other regions. Yorubas in PH maybe more than Igbos. I had a Yoruba friend in the university whose parents stay in Enugu. An Igbo woman once told me there maybe more Hausas in Enugu than Igbos. The economy of the south east is at least double that of Lagos if everything is equalized. The only problem is that it can be more difficult to collect tax because the economy is more informal, however it can be done with ingenious leadership. There is money anywhere people are living. To raise 5 billion naira tax every day in the whole of the southeast is something that can be done given the population and that money in the hands of responsible leadership can go a long way in developing the economy and development of economy is not building of houses but more production of goods and services for consumption and export starting from food.

Yes definitely. Nobody does anything alone but every nation is under the leadership of the dominant culture. There are Nigerians in the USA helping build the USA and that have contributed a lot in science and tech, research, business and etc but they can't say they built the USA as that would be an insult on the people who own that culture.

Lagos is rated high cos of d activities taking place there that make it a commercial state, n we all know d people behind these commercial activities are not those who claim ownership but d igbos n other tribes around made it so. If u folo up well, u see how Lagos IGR reduced during the election period due to d hostile attitude been displayed by d so-called owners. I can bet even d supposed owners don't even contribute upto 30% of Lagos IGR. Know dis n know gratitude
IGR contribution will be roughly equivalent to proportion of population if not because of the informal economy. Majority of LASG revenue is now PAYE, I guess followed by landuse tax. Workers in Large businesses are the main contributors.

Organisation and investment in production with help from foreigners with know how is the way. Trading is low level economic activity. A farmer is more productive, more important because farming is actual production. Anybody can buy and sell though there is no work without its own skills but if you base on trade, then you will be attracted to cities where there are lot of people massed, you may or may not make money and if you are a minority in the city, you are dealing yourself a bad hand. Igbos should join hands together and invest money at home not on mansions but in real production. 5 million dollars invested in one spot can yield 500,000 after salaries per annum and hundreds can work there. They will need schools, traders and etc and the population will further increase as a result. That is how a city grows but Igbos are not used to growing cities and living in cities is what civilization is all about. A well planned city of three million is a living thing already with its own power and more and more people will continue to flock there. Depleting Igbo villages of human resources to go and live in cities controlled by non Igbos is never going to be in the overall interest of Igbos in the long term.

You can as well say Japan, Germany, South Korea etc were colonized because what is the difference?. Germany was only allowed to reunite in the 90s. There are well respected leaders with integrity from Africa. Many of them. Aminu Kano, Obafemi Awolowo are as popular among their followers as Chairman Mao in China or Lee Kuan Yew in Singapore. The way the Japanese and Germans are different is that they are aligned behind their leadership. There is no ethnic rivalry or people trying to rule people they hate. Can you blame the US or Britain or China or Russia for that?. Then you can't lump all Africa together. Most African countries are like Eastern Europe and Eastern Europe is only better mainly because of a lower dependency ratio. Nigeria in Africa is the outlier and a breakup of the country is the best solution. If you don't break up the country, then the country will have to continue struggling to find its feet and it will be as an English speaking country with local languages at risk of being eradicated.

Forget am, Nigerians dey spend dollar like it is pure water.
We are saying the same thing. Any dollar spent was part of what flowed in. All countries have forex inflow. If not from manufactured goods then from junk. Also from remittances, farm produce like cocoa, coffee etc. Oil I believe can't be up to thirty percent of forex inflow. Remittances should be more than oil. Even Nollywood maybe more than. No data. Does government have the right to control all?. Of course not because it is not their money. Can the Japanese government be dictating to Toyota how much to change their forex?. No they have power only over the yen

Lol. U talking about official retail channels. That one na market? Lemme give you just one example. All the foreign companies operating in Nigeria approach cbn to repatriate their profit back home through the IE window. We talking about billions of $$. Black market cannot handle that.

All the abokis put together cannot raise the funds microsoft Nigeria needs to repatriate their profit back to Yankee.
Foreign companies operate in other countries too. The big problem is the attempt by government to control all forex and that is unfair. They should not even control all oil forex. Share the dollars to states so that a large chunk of forex will no longer be controlled by one institution. Government does not control forex in any efficient nation. The central bank only deal in the local currency. If there are many sellers, then the bottle neck will be removed. They don't need to black list anything. The control by government is the problem, then the power they have to print naira anyhow.

They'll monitor, control and manipulate your finance.

If any agenda comes e.g LGBTQ and you dare kick against it, they'll cut you off economically till u forcefully bow to them else they'll make life so miserable and unbearable for you or such people.
Crypto is a virtual currency and it is the worst option. No cash crypto. The only problem with the current system is government induced inflation. No other problem apart from that and some nations don't have that problem. They got around it.
Foreign AffairsRe: IMF Backs A Global Central Bank-backed Digital Currency Network by lawani(m): 9:37am On Jun 21, 2023
Giving government total control over money may back fire. The only advantage is that there will be no more bank robberies. Cash has its own advantages too. Then crypto is not money. Something that can rapidly increase in value is not money. It is somehow greedy and foolish to invest in cryptos or any kind of investment promising impossibly high yield within a few hours. Money needs to be stable. Then if you can't pay your tax with it, it is not money enough.
BusinessRe: Naira Appreciates To N756.61/$ On Investors & Exporters' FX Window by lawani(m): 8:53am On Jun 21, 2023
They will continue to devalue the naira so far they have majority dollar revenue and majority naira expenditure and they will do it more when there is a drop in the price of oil. That should be expected. Apart from having dollar revenue and naira expenditure, all countries with low revenue per Capita because of no income tax always inflate their currency faster than those with high revenue per Capita and that is also normal. What is bad that must stop is how government sells dollar at a much lower rate to sone people inside the same economy!. Let everybody buy at the same rate. No matter that rate. Then they have no right to restrict people's access to their own forex. More than seventy percent of forex is not oil money but the government is trying to control everything. If you let people control their dollars, withdraw cash and etc, the price will drop unless they inflate the naira again.

I don't think there is any other person in the country with savings up to 200 million. I mean most people will have to sell property to raise that amount and if a billionaire is owing billions of dollars with his companies, that billionaire can not claim to have any savings. Even in the US, you can hardly find anybody with such a huge amount of savings.

what do you mean by this?
Anambra men hardly marry outside southeast. So if at all there are anambra men married to Yorubas, they are so minimal to make any significance. We are talking about Yorubas that migrated to the east in search of greener pasture.
Someone from the east actually told me there are plenty Yoruba women married to Igbo men living in Igbo villages across the East. Economic migrants too would be plenty. They are not traders is why you don't know. Traders are more visible while artisans, professionals, civil servants and etc are less visible and that does not reduce from their population.

Those experiences of yours, in Canada or Nigeria? If any, why did it not work out?
Largely because I did not encourage them for the ladies that came on their own. I did not encourage them as I was busy trying to make money, changed phone numbers frequently and because some other people stopped them in the case of the elderly men. In any case No man can get married to all the ladies that he ever fell in love with or liked. The story of all men is similar. Most ladies will prefer a man at the same education level with them even if the man is not very rich. The man may even be unemployed at the time. Infact in the olden days, men's parents used to assist them to marry. Money is good for marriage but you can also marry without having money.
PoliticsRe: Over 500k Yorubas in Anambra state says Oba of Yoruba community in Anambra (pics by lawani(m): 11:25am On Jun 18, 2023
In west Africa, there is practically no barrier against migration. An Igbo woman I met in Lagos told me there may be more Hausas in Enugu than Igbos. A Maiduguri Arab man in Lagos told me there are more Yorubas in Maiduguri than Igbos. I met a Yoruba man based in Kaduna who was PDP chairman of his LG. The report of 500k Yorubas in Anambra is probably correct. Artisans, bank workers, federal civil servants, produce buyers, professionals and traders will be up to that number. There are some occupations controlled by Yorubas in the east as well as some controlled by Hausas. The same for Igbos in the west. Then there are many Yoruba women married to Igbos living in Anambra. Someone said majority of taxi drivers in Onitsha are Yoruba. I know that in PH, almost half might be Yoruba etc as I have lived in PH. The estimate may therefore be correct.

The number one mistake you made is believing there is true love. That stuff does not exist, especially if the person did grow with you from, say, secondary school. I don't know why many men believe there is true love. Secondly, I am quite shocked many Nigerian ladies are hitting menopause. I thought Ednut said Nigerians in Canada are marrying themselves instead of going to Nigeria to get partners huh Third, e be like say na sex for you dey look for. To make it worse, you wanted osho-free. grin

P.S. Nothing like free sex. You pay at a point.
Most if not all women that have ever shown interest in me did so because of factors radically removed from money. It may be because of an intense conversation that we had or because they see that I normally carry myself carefully. I have also had two occasions where elderly men tried to compel me to marry their daughters. I had no car and was merely a struggling business man with a business facing challenges. It is totally wrong to say true love does not exist. It is not true especially for ladies that did not come from inside poverty.

A somali ethiopian is very distinct from a sub saharan like yoruba... my point is simple, while evolution from diet and climate can lead to small changes, it will not cause a large scale physical changes like we see in racial variations...
All empirical evidence point to the fact it will cause large physical changes. The ancestors of Australian aborigines maybe Europeans as they are more genetically related to Europeans than to any Africans, yet they are black. Cheddar man fossil discovered in Britain was decided to have been pitch black and his verified descendants today are whites. In your own ancestry are white people. All of us on Earth are mixed and your present color is determined mainly by how many generations your family has stayed in a particular habitat.

There are white Tuaregs and black Tuaregs. Black Berbers and white Berbers. What they share is language and culture. The lighter ones have part ancestry that relatively recently arrived from the North. North Africa is similar to Europe than to subsaharan Africa.

Any land or city needs people and is looking for people. They understand this in Europe is why there are never xenophobic attacks there. All residents of a city are assets because they are market and a source of government revenue. They need to explain this to the young man. All Europeans understand this. Nnamdi Kanu is in prison because of the same kind of issue and people should not be encouraged to toe that path. In the near future, all countries will be competing among themselves for people as people are the main resource of any nation. Igbo violence in western Nigeria is mainly online and does not really go beyond the internet. Only verbal violence and there is hardly any Yoruba family nowadays without Igbo inlaws. There are far more Igbos married to Yorubas than Yoruba married to Hausas despite that there are enough Muslims among Yorubas to marry Hausas and despite that Yorubas met Igbos for the first time in the 20th century. Hate speech, incitements and etc should be discouraged since we all know that Nnamdi Kanu is in jail for that reason.
