There are also some misconceptions about the deadline, the deadline date does not mean that, you will not be able to do your BVN registration after that date, BVN have come to stay, it is now a requirement for opening a new bank account in Nigeria, see it as the requirement of obtaining a driver's license before operating a motor vehicle. The deadline just means, there will be certain restrictions on transactions after that date for non-BVN account holders, no one knows what those restrictions will be, but we know for sure, you will not be able to open a new bank account without it after October 31.

The Talibans are integral part of Afghanistan, you cannot get ride of them, yes there bad elements among them, but they are part owners of the state. The only viable solution is to make them part of the government, and that is what the U.S. is trying to achieve..they are doing the same with the homs tribe in Syria, the same exact people Russian is bombing.
