I had an Anger management problem.  I had to go to counseling to learn how to deal with it.  You are correct, Anger is when someone fails to meet your expectations.  I had to learn how to adjust my expectations.  The key to change is to understand the human behaviour and the body.

Just remember there are four parts of us:  behaviour-thoughts-biology(hormones)-emotion.

All parts are interconnected and have an effect on each other.  Most therapist will approach the thoughts and it will adjust the other parts of you.

My suggestion would be to get some help with a trained person.  If that is not in your means, get some books on Anger management.

My wife decided not to have children. She admits she, one reason is that she said it might change her figure. Another is that she said it would be hard for her to commit to a child. Another she would be jealous. We have considered adopting and we could send the child to a boarding school. I told her we would be better off just giving to children through charity, she agrees.

I do not feel the need to have children either. I have many nephews and nieces.

In the U.S.A 65% of black women are single. Can't find suiters for them. Black men here can have any woman they want. We are sought after by all. Black women, sadly are less wanted. Black women here have to have more to offer to hook a black man or any man. It is just the way it is.

Some women are just incompatible in intimate relationships. Many times domestic violence is a generational problem. I have had one close relationship, and it was intense. She was very jealous and would tell me I wanted every women that walked by. We got into it one day, she ended up scratching my arms with her nails. She was begging for a fight and I threw her across the room. She kept egging me on, and I could see in her eyes she was passionate. We broke up and I said never again. She always had problems with men.

My lesson, stay away from crazy biotches. Myself, I moved on and learned to stay away from crazy women.

I was born and raised in the U.S.A.  still live here.  I  identify with being black( unlike tiger woods).  My mother married my father, she told me he reminded her of Malcom X.  He is most likely mixed as well.  My mother is not from Japan she is from California.  In California, it was against the law for Whites to marry outside their race other than hispanics, until 1967.  The blacks and asians were all lumped together and allowed to marry.

My father is from Lousiana,  the law states that if your 1/32 black you are considered all black.  We call this the 1 drop rule.  This was challenged in the Supreme court and upheld, so the law still exist.  Many blacks in the U.S.A are mixed, but the origins of the mix were never from a loving relationship.  They were usually from a heritage of Slave owners, sxully exploiting their slaves(creoles), many of the mixed blacks are not proud of their white heritage, due to the nature of their origins.  By the way, many of the creoles(very light skinned blacks) were sold into prostitution by the French or were made into house slaves.  Masters would also sell their own children.

I want to change my last name,  It is understood many blacks here have slave names.  Many blacks discard their names for that reason.  No sense honoring their slave owners.

What my therapist recommended for me is to learn to enjoy being alone for a while. I would start off by doing things ALONE!!! Go see a movie alone. Go out dancing alone. Go Bowling. Just learn it. Than start social interaction with a Group of common interest, maybe a sport or something, but do it without a partner.

After all this for a while, you will learn to really find someone for love and not INSECURITY!!! Worked for me.

Tell him get tested cause he can get some help to live a normal life. Other wise he will die if he does not take care of his possible condition.
