PrecisionFx: ""It seems like you guys have no clue what legal contracts are.""
Stop acting confused n re-read what I wrote. Doesn’t change anything sir. Ruiz signed a contract. Joshua signed a contract. Both are legally constrained to operate to the norms of the contract. Unless the contract assigns the choice of venue to Ruiz, he cannot dictate that on Twitter. It doesn’t happen that way. |
Sports › Re: Andy Ruiz Jr Rules Out UK Rematch With Anthony Joshua; Says It's A Trap by madridsta007(m): 12:42am On Jul 26, 2019 |
PrecisionFx: Ruiz can only insist he won't fight in the U.K if it is legal for him to decline from doing so. Ruiz cannot insist anything outside the contract he has signed. It seems like you guys have no clue what legal contracts are. Ruiz is only making noise on Twitter to try and influence things. The decision-maker according to the contract is Joshua. Not even Hearn. If Joshau says Cardiff, then it is Cardiff. There is nothing Ruiz can do unless he wants to back out of the contract. He will be stripped of the belts, fined and then banned from boxing for a while. Lets see if he wants to take this juicy route to oblivion. |
Sports › Re: Andy Ruiz Jr Rules Out UK Rematch With Anthony Joshua; Says It's A Trap by madridsta007(m): 11:36pm On Jul 25, 2019 |
Jabila: That's a lie, he is contractually obliged to fight AJ again because of the rematch clause but he is not bound to fight anywhere they chose. The venue will have to be agreed by both teams. If he says he doesn't want to fight in UK, nobody can force him to Chief, it depends on what was on the contract. Remember, the contract was drawn up by AJ and Matchroom's lawyers; that contract will have (1) the period in which the rematch must be taken up (which AJ did within the 2 weeks period) (2) The possible venues and (3) the decision-makers for the venues. Amongst all other things. Remember, it was Ruiz that was pleading to fight AJ. It simply means he must have signed off whatever was given to him. You CANNOT back out from what has been contractually agreed, no matter your feelings and emotions at the moment. If you do, it heads to court. And boy oh boy, that will be the end of Ruiz. I suspect he knows this anyway. All this noise is for the gram and fight PR. |

Ijeleigbo: Very wrong! Ruiz is the champion, the holder of the belts and have the right to determine where the rematch would be suitable for him.... He once mentioned Mexico or the US.... Joshua earlier said he would love to redeem his image at US where he fell.... Why UK all of a sudden I strongly support Ruiz, its a trap!!! In my own opinion, the US where the first fight was held is the best location for the rematch.... No Sir. That is not how contracts work, at least in the West. When you sign, you are LOCKED in. That is why if you take out an 18 months phone contract and you ditch the provider for a new one after 6 months, you will be obliged to pay up the remaining 12 months and they will send a debt-collecting agency after you. If you don't, it affects your credit score. It does not automatically get wiped away. Ruiz, having lived in the USA, knows how contracts work anyway. So he wont be stupid. There is no need to be emotional over what is contractual and in black and white; he is not the first person in boxing to sign a rematch contract and he wont be the last. |

Destroe: He's the champion, he dictates the terms. Anthony Joshua has no option but to abide by his terms if he wants to get his belts back Story. He is contractually obliged to fight anywhere AJ's team chooses. The last HW who refused to oblige with contractual terms was stripped of his belts and banned from fighting and fined as well. Ruiz will fall faster than Nebuchadnezzar if this heads to the courts. What will be his defence? "I was high on Snickers when I signed the contract?" |

The same person who Boko Haram identfied as one of their spokesperson to negotiate with the government back then. What do you expect? That he will magically become something else? Why do Nigerians like decieving themselves? The only surprising thing about Beau Harry is the preference he is giving to aliens who are Fulanis over full-blooded Nigerians, IN Nigeria. I broke up with her due to her cunning and cheating nature but the problem here is that whenever any one ask her of me she replies them with anger and people have been telling she is really bitter towards me.
Someone came to my house and told me she said she will never forgive me that when I was sick she was there for me but she has forgotten I was also there for her and my own sacrifices I made towards her, well am not move by such manipulation.
My problem now is that some people are telling me to beg her for forgiveness even if we won't be together but for the sake of peace and to forget the past BUT that is against my principle because doing that will give her a kind of victory and feeling that I miss her.
My Intuition is telling me to ignore her that a time will come when she will realise her mistakes and be the one to call me up, I just have this deep conviction in me to just allow her be and keep hating for all I care.
Please I would like your advice concerning this issue. Thanks. Ignore her. Women find it harder to move on when compared to guys. But when they move, they move. She will move on. Ignore her. |

Daboomb: Stop saying this nonsesne again, abeg.
Who stood by Jonathan in 2009, when Yar Ardua died and his wife Turai and her "cabals" prevented Jonathan from even sitting on the seat of the President, so that Turai can keep acting as President? Was it not Yorubas like Obasanjo, Wole Soyinka, etc? If not for these Yorubas that emboldened Jonathan, do you ever think he would assume that position of President in 2009? Where were the "brave" Igbos back them?
Again, in 2011, Who did the Yorubas vote for, when Jonathan won the Presidential election or was it the minuscle Igbo vote that made him President? Did the Yorubas not vote for him em-masse, before he now turned against them when he was "christened" an Igbo President"?
Basically, Yorubas installed Jonathan in 2009 and then elected him again in 2011 for another four years. But Jonathan was a disappointment and a disaster of a different kind. Imagine if Jonathan has performed, how will anyone think of voting for Buhari, someone they had all rejected THREE TIMES in the past!
It takes a very, very woeful Jonathan performance, to make Buhari a VIABLE alternative, a very, very bad alternative that was till better than the disaster that was Jonathan. While Buhari is a feudalist, Fulani bigot and nepotistic disaster, Jonathan was an unparalleled economic disaster, an "ATM that does not require a PIN", with a klptomaniac for a wife.
BTW: Igbos hate themselves more than any other person hates them...otherwise they would have voted for Kingsley Moghalu, an Igbo son contesting in the same Presidential election that they all lined-up behind and voted for a Fulani (Atiku). If you IGBOS cant vote for such an "Igbo son" who is very educated, exposed and articulate, not to mention his younger age, you have no business accusing other of not voting for an Igbo contestant. It is called HYPOCRICy and Double-talk LOL. Like I wrote above, you can continue dipping your head in the sand if that, as it seems, will help grant you temporary reprieve from your current guilt. Thankfully, the South West have started to enjoy the awesome benefits from the Fulani feudalists from Mali, The Gambia, Niger and Cemtral African Republic. I heard those Fulani terrorists now have an ID card, a residence permit |

BuyACar: Seriously a bad time to be known as a Nigerian.
At least we used to boast of a good economy in Nigeria, now we can't Boss of anything.
Really wrong time to be a Nigerian The South West helped install a Military Dictator because of their hate of GEJ whom they perceived as being “Igbo”. They are smart enough to know the consequences of installing a military dictator in a democracy, let alone a known feudalist. Just because of their hate of Igbo and anything that appears to be Igbo. They deployed their intelligentsia and media assets and that was it. GEJ was regime-changed and Buhari, a sworn feudalist became President of a multiethnic country. Whatever Nigeria becomes in the next 3 years should be blamed solely on them, not even the North. The North isn’t to be blamed— they rejected Buhari thrice and warned that he isn’t fit for President. The “beautiful” thing about the impending Somalisation of Nigeria (God forbid) is that it will also swallow the South West. Perhaps that’s the lesson they need to help them stop with the Igbo hate. |

IamHeWrites: A group of People Democratic Party (PDP) known as PDP Rebirth Mandate (PRM) has condemned the recent attacks on innocent Nigerians by members of the Ibrahim El-Zakzaky-led Islamic Movement in Nigeria, IMN, Igbere TV reports.
The group condemn the attack in its reaction on the Monday’s attack by the Shiite on NEMA and innocent citizens leading to deaths.
Earlier today, it was reported that the police and members of the Islamic Movement in Nigeria (IMN), also known as Shiites, have clashed again in Abuja.
The Shiites were said to have set a sub-station of the National Emergency Management Agency (NEMA) at the federal secretariat, Abuja, on fire, after the police disrupted their protest on Monday, Igbere TV reports.
Two vehicles of the agency were also set ablaze.
The protest, which began from NITEL junction at Wuse 2, was disrupted by armed policemen who have cordoned the road leading to the National Assembly and three arms zone.
The policemen shot at the protesters who were advancing towards the Eagle Square.

You reabsorb these so called repentant killers back into the society and the military and they serve as insiders giving information to their brothers in sambisa
This then leads to more deaths and defeat of the Nigerian Army.
Why are we even reabsorbing these terrorist when a lot of them could be foreign bandits from neighbouring countries??
Are we so stupid that we now absorb foreigner terrorists back into our society, when we haven't even finished taking care of our own citizens?? LOL. Is it that you don’t know that the Buhari regime is keen on using Boko Haram as its agent in islamising Nigeria or you are simply pretending, trying to be politically correct? They are doing what Governments around the world have always done: use terrorists and criminal gangs in order to achieve a particular political aim. The Sudanese government of Bashir Omar used the Sudanese ganjaweed militia (basically bunch of Fulani herdsmen terrorists) against the Sudanese in Southern Sudan. The Americans have used Al Quaeda a number of times. This is only normal. |

Despirado121: Igbere TV just obtained the photos of Army Colonel who was killed by in recent ambush Boko Haram terrorists.
Col. Kinsgsley E. Elemele, according to reports gathered by Igbere TV, who happens to be the Chief of Staff to 29 Task force Brigade lost his life in recent line of battle with Boko Haram in Borno state.
It was earlier reported on Thursday that a Nigerian army colonel including five other gallant soldiers were killed in an ambush by rebel fighters in northeast Nigeria's Borno state.
According to the reports, heavily armed fighters from the Islamic State West Africa Province (ISWAP) group on Wednesday, opened fire on a patrol vehicle of soldiers who were on their way to Maiduguri from Damaturu, the capital of neighbouring Yobe state, when the rebels attacked them around 16:20 GMT, near Jakana, 30km from the state capital Maiduguri, killing all the soldiers on board.
The attack was repelled by soldiers at the base, with ISWAP fighters abandoning weapons and one vehicle as they fled.
Igbere TV gathers that the attacks came hours after a military chief in the northeast warned "terrorists" in the region to disarm or be destroyed.
So many soldiers and civilians have been lost within the course of the war and the battle is beginning to seem like one which will end in a Pyrrhic victory for the nation.
