If there is a written agreement that no tenant will use his/her gen till day break, then you can confront him but if there is non, pls talk to him in a calm manner. I once lived in Port-Harcourt, ppl in one room will use their gen till the next morning, it wasn't easy for me but I got use to it with time. The data was not manufactured in Abia state okay, if there is effective monitoring and implementation of developmental policies: Abia state is far ahead of many states in Nigeria. VP Osibanjo visited Anambra recently and it was well pronounced but last year alone he was in Abia on 5 different occasions.

What drew my attention in the first place was your comment: "person pass person" and it was because AC Milan lost to Liverpool last night at Amfield.

I enumerated how and why AC Milan is ahead of Liverpool, thank God you didn't deny the number of champions league won and players with world best while in AC Milan to which Liverpool does not match.

I didn't say that Liverpool is not a big team, we all saw what happened at Istanbul and the revenge after 2 years. Liverpool is good and great but in UEFA ranking, AC Milan is still ahead of them. I don't support IPOB but we know that PMB failed woefully both in security and economy and if we believe that IPOB activities caused these, then IPOB is really strong in the affairs of Nigeria and not just South East.
