I wish I could like this statement 1000 times. New or old does not matter. A scammers is a scammer irrespective of how old or new the account happened to be. In money matter ALWAYS use an escrow, unless they are already known to be people of reliable antecedents.

Judging by the load, I'd recommend they increase the number of solar panels. Also, as you already know, mixing old and new batteries will mostly not end well. As the batteries stand, I think some batteries had failed which had led to the abysmal performance. They would have been better off with just the four new batteries alone than those new ones been in parallel with the older failing (or failed) batteries.

As usual with this type of crime the perpetrators will walk FREE. If the media outrage becomes too loud they'd "parade" the officers and tell us they'd be "disciplined" and wait for another atrocity to take our minds off this one before transferring the murdering cop to another state. A REPEAT will happen in the next days. I've given up on getting JUSTICE from a crooked Nigerian police as their audacity to act that way is by backing from the TOP!
