obviously the president needs to step down because his condition is a national embarasement. Lets forget about sentiment the is sick and that position is meant for those who are healty.
Indeed, not just an embarrasment to himself but to the nation at large. This is the man who represents our country in International assignments. Guess the Senate is just waiting for him to fall before they say anything.

When I see his wife, I wonder if she really loves her husband because the first person that should take note of his looks is his wife but she is intoxicated with the name first lady and she is not ready to allow her husband take time out. Don't be surprised if she is dreaming a second term as first lady.
Music/Radio › Re: Reuben Abati Vs Banky W: A Must Read! by Meldrick(m): 11:56am On Jun 25, 2009
It's quite unfortunate what the media has been turned into. For a man of Reuben Abati's personality to hurriedly choose a topic and cannot carry out an extensive research to buttress his point explains the kind of lazy media practioners we have.
A young hip hop artiste who I'm sure a lot regarded as a street urchin could take his time out of his busy schedule to create a brilliant piece also goes a long way to show how hard working the present youths are. It also shows the dugged approach of youths in getting money. This could be understood with the music written and composed by these youths. They have chosen to stay awake while a lot sleep. So for someone from a failed generation to critisize such hardworking youth who has chosen not to steal (just like our eminent leaders do with funds meant for 140 million Nigerians) is absurd. THEY HAVE ALSO CHOSEN NOT TO PAINT A BAD IMAGE OF THE COUNTRY JUST LIKE THE GUARDIAN NEWSPAPER DOES, instead they are known all over the world as individuals who are proud to be Nigerians that explains their slogan 9ja 4 life.

There is no one in this world without a mistake, he has made his so why is it hard to forgive him if you cant forget? There are lots of artistes worst than him. Soul E married someone older than him and claimed it was not for money, later on they got divorced. OJB HAS LIKE 2 OR 3 WIVES, WHY DONT YOU TAKE HIS LIFE AS A TOPIC, WHY MUST IT ONLY BE TU FACE. NOW YOU CAN SEE IT IS NOTHING BUT HATRED BECAUSE HE IS A WELL KNOWN STAR ALL OVER THE WORLD. YOU ARE ALL LOOKING FOR HIS DOWNFALL WHICH WILL NEVER HAPPEN.

FELA WENT TO SCHOOL ABROAD, OBASANJO WENT TO SCHOOL, EVEN SOME NAIRA LANDER MEMBERS WENT TO SCHOOL ABROAD BUT THEY ARE WORSE THAN TUFACE.
SO WHO TOLD THEM THAT ANYONE WHO HAS AN EDUCATION LIVES UPRIGHTLY?

A LOT OF GIRLS WHO CRUCIFY TUFACE WILL JUMP AT ANY OPPORTUNITY TO HAVE HIM. I KNOW A FRIEND( A GIRL) WHO SAYS TUFACE IS TOO POMPOUS BUT THE DAY SHE TOLD THE TRUTH, I LAUGHED AT HER. SHE MET TU FACE IN THE CLUB AND TRIED ALL THE HI HI TECHNIQUES BUT TUBABA DIDN'T NOTICE HER AND HEADED STRAIGHT TO THE VIP LOUNGE. SHE WAS EMBARRASED AND SINCE THEN SHE SPEAKS NEGATIVE ABOUT HIM.

This country called Nigeria don tire me. Are we going to ever come out from this dungeon.  A revolution most take place. Those who want to die should die and those who wanna live will live. Everything is annoying. Must leadership evolve round a set of people.? This country belongs to us all. angry angry

In civilized climes, Mohammed would be hiding his face in shame but since this is Nigeria where impunity thrives, he can afford to get into the fray, join the ruling party, distribute his ill gotten wealth, truly the beautiful ones are not yet born.

I was flipping through the pages of the Guardian newspaper today. I was amazed when I saw the president in the midst of his counterparts. He was looking dried. I found it difficult to believe this is the man that was sworn in as president in May 2009. His wife is not helping issues. She is getting rounder and Mr President is drying up. She cannot advise him to go for leave and treat himself. Somebody please advise him not to think of running for second term.

Every man has his time so what's the big deal on him fading away. Thank God u said he is fading, he has not faded. The great king of pop (Micheal Jackson) enjoyed fame and faded away, in Nigeria, King Sunny Ade made his mark and faded away so what's the big deal, but to all you bad belle people, REMOVE THE LOG IN YOUR EYES BEFORE REMOVING THE WOOL IN TUFACE EYES. A LOT OF YOU GIRLS HAVE KILLED INNOCENT CHILDREN THROUGH ABORTION AND YOU OPEN YOUR DIRTY MOUTH TO BE A JUDGE IN TU FACE CASE. IS HE NOT BETTER THAT YOU GUYS AND GIRLS THAT CONSPIRED TO ABORT INNOCENT BABIES. YOU CAN JUDGE TU FACE ON EARTH BUT YOUR JUDGEMENT IS IN HELL.

I do not agree that a couple Must always overlook things. For a successful marriage, over looking things always is not the best. If a party feels something is not right, then he or she has the right to tell the other person so that a matter of such will not reoccur. Always overlooking things will eventually lead to both becoming intimate strangers. That's why building solid friendship before marriage is advised.
True talk.
Dealing with an issue immediately that annoys any of the parties is very important. This solidifies marriage.

Marriage has a lot of complexities. 10 years might not be enough because you keep learning everyday. My friend talked of his uncle and his wife that were married for 24 years and they broke-up even after having six children. It complex.

Marriage is a complicated issue. The Devil is behind all break-ups. If the Devil can try so hard to destroy the union made by the creator himself(THE UNION OF ADAM AND EVE), all must be careful and allow God take over your marriages. It goes beyond understanding your spouse. The devil deceived Eve and Eve later persuaded Adam to eat the fruit. Nowadays that alone could lead to a broken home because when the man remembers the luxury in the Garden of Eden, he will never forgive his wife for allowing him miss all the comfort and peace. So we must allow God take perfect control and heed to his word. that is the key to a happy home.

To all Nigerians out there, a sucessful marriage often times has nothing to do with religion. Most conversations I have with Nigerians they more than always want to involve religion when discussing issues related to marriage.
Any kind of success in this world, has to do with self.
Hmmm Religion is one key factor. When u get married to someone of a different religious ideology, am afraid that marriage has started on a shaky groung and is doomed to fail.
How will u feel when ur wife goes to the mosque, you go to the church. Already the division sets in and they will both want to impose their religion on the children.

What a question!!
U must be a kid
People like u who claim to be adults in the game and prove to know everything about marriages end up hitting the rock. May thay not be your portion. Say AMEN
luxoire:
i completely agree with the above - most ppl treat it as some sort of trial and error thing - thinking aftre all if t doesnt work out - i am not jailed there i can leave!! so the least uncomfortable thing - they leave

where as if you knew that you could not leave - you would do your best to make your stay in matrimony as happy as can be
This is part of what civilization or copying the so-called western culture has caused. Ladies nowadays feel so comfortable been single parents and they see no big deal about it. They feel free walking in and out of any marriage the way they like. No xtra commitment.

my mom who is trying to pressure me into marriage thinks that I should marry an ugly-looking person because they will be nice and over time ill will turn to like them,

Me im thinking HELL NO, if Im not attracted from day one, i dont have the time or patience to develop feelings its annoying and too stressful.
This is part of the reasons for the many break-ups in Africa. At this age and time why will one be pressurised into getting married. Our problem in Africa is that we consider age and that's why we hear people complaining, Age is no longer on our side. The parents start putting pressure and he/she is bound to marry anybody that comes his/her way and the inevitable occurs.
