I can’t stress this enough but drinking enough water makes you feel more energized , especially when you wake up in the morning. So start drinking more water today.

4 TRY MEDITATION
Meditation is simply the act of being extremely conscious of your breath. Find a quiet place , relax your muscles , close your eyes and start breathing in and out slowly but consciously as well. Do this for at least for 10 minutes each day. Meditation is key for mental clarity , it makes you feel refreshed. It also helps you be in a relaxed zone.

5 FORGIVE YOURSELF
Learn to forgive yourself , for all the times you’ve belittled yourself , for all the times you wrote yourself off , for all the times you missed out on opportunities cause you felt inferior. Forgive yourself for it all and start doing better.

The army university is a blend of both military personnels and civilians willing to get a degree, tho there’s no guarantee one could become a military officer after completing their degrees from there , except they (civilians) apply for direct short service commission (dssc). Which commissions them into military officers after a training of 6 to 9 months respective of their chosen or preferred arm forces. There’s also Air Force institute of technology in kaduna. Offering various courses to both military and civilians.
