Former Tottenham and Chelsea Manager, Jose Mourinho has agreed a Three-year contract deal to Join AS Roma as Head Coach ahead of the 2021/2022 Season.

Jose Mourinho, Who recently signed a contract deal with talkSPORT and SunSport last week; was sacked by Tottenham despite qualifying the for the EFL Cup Final this season, which Tottenham lose 0-1 Manchester City.

On his speech after signing the new deal with AS Roma, Jose Mourinho says ” I am very happy and I appreciate the Friedkin Family for accepting me to lead this wonderful club and to be part of their vision”. He further wishes Paulo Fonseca all the best and hope the media will appreciate he will only speak further in due course.

A statement from AS Roma President, Dan Friedkin and Vice President Ryan Friedkin says ” We are delighted and happy to welcome Jose Mourinho into the Roma Family. A great Champion who have won every Trophies at every level, Jose will provide tremendous leadership and experience to our ambitious project.

Now this is the kind of project Jose needs at this point....a next to the top sleeping giant that he will trigger to success...alot of people have written him off as a top coach because of his stint at Man U and Tottenham, but if he can propel Roma to the scudeto title it will be a great achievement. I doubt that very much though

Would be an absolute failure and disgrace if the federal government cannot secure this critical national infrastrures even with the warning and obvious signs. We pray it doesn't get to get level though.

lived all my.life in lagos till.2014.Abuja since then...but thinking about Jos.
I'm 36, IT professional n married with 2 kids...wife not really working. i currently work in an ingo that also gas field offices includin Jos...but my salary isnt that interesting to make me that comfortable in abuja considering the bills on my neck.
we stay in a 1BR apartment in one of the villages (chika precisely) in abuja and pays abt 370 yearly.

ive visited Jos more than 5 times and i keep loving it more in each visit...Rayfield and surroundings to be precise...calm, weather friendly, fresh n affordable food, my salary wud get me a comfortable 2BR flat... navigation to/from abuja is jst 4hrs..so i feel i can apply for a relocation to our field office in jos..or at worst work from abuja and travel weekends.

i dont intend living anywhere outside Jos south/Rayfield environs

as a family man...i find it most suitable to relocate there..most esp for the sanity n good environment for my children's growth -stressfree of going to school in abuja, the hot sun, bad electricity, havin to wake up to fan my.kids at night (ofcos i have Generator)..i stay in a noisy compound that dosnt befit me..many fake foods n fruits in abuja, ..i wonder if its the same Nigeria...but Jos looks like a greener pasture for me.

Dude, that will the best decision you take. I knew someone who was in the same shoe about 3yrs ago. For him, it was a decision of whether to keep his new young family in Jos and live comfortably or remain in abuja and be struggling with the same amount he'd spend in Jos....he ended up staying around Rayfield (nice 2bedroom).

If you want to remain chaste and not be feeling the way you do then there must be sacrifices by you. Try as much as possible to abstain from being in a place or position where you will be alone with the opposite sex. Be determined. For me, these clubs meant well. Look at EPL top six, Totheham, Arsenal and maybe Liverpool or Chelsea will not be in Champions league next season, do you know how much that will cost them? Arsenal Fans are complaining that they don't buy players but do you know that Arsenal borrowed 120m. pounds just to pay salaries? Where will they get the money to buy quality players? whereas to a them like Leicester, being in Champions league is a dream, no plans to keep coming. If Chelsea don't make Champions league every season, they make losses. Barca is in massive debt just to keep Messi and the likes. These guys deserves more money and protection from UEFA. You can't expect club owners to be using personal wealth to fund clubs, that is not viable economically. Football is not a charity organization.
