Yeah, I have done all the internal wall pipes. Wire has not been put to avoid possible removal as witnessed in some site around. Hopefully, it might be the last thing or penultimate thing

Pleas your advise. I want to construct a brick tank stand such that it looks like a room. it will be 6ft x 6ft. for the columns, can 12mm iron be adequate to take the weight of a 2000 litres tank? the height of the stand is proposed to be a total of 16 courses.

this is misleading 50bags won't do anything sir even though he doing just plain design.. to be on the safe side client shiould get 80 bags first. And by the way prices of these items are not stable.

Charges per sqm varies, it depend on design and how good the installer is

8 litres of vegetable oil.

8 bars of ivory or Eva soap.

While others were within the same range

Measurement was carried out by myself and i am 100% sure of the accuracy.

How much is POP bags now and your location? what about the cost of sponge and other expenses.

Do that water stand now!!! make that one commot for ground and buy the pumping machine keep. It will not get cheaper. By June, July and even August prices of building materials no go funny.

I have done 40ft water tower just few years back for 470k. Today it is over one million. So for me, anything that can be completely achieve with available funds, I achieve it straight away and get that off the spreadsheet.

ANGLE IRON BEARS KE ? it could be a mistake. May be he mean [ H ] Chanelle, or 3'' 5mm thick wall black round pipe, 3'' 5mm thick wall galvanized pipe is better if you have low budget, because of its corrosion resistant.

all the iron tank stand around na angle bars o. but they are 3" and very thick, usually 5mm. Round pipe for me is a No No.

I'm not sure of your location, but to me personally, with 450k on ground, I will completely achieve the home water supply, make that one commot for ground. So water tower, pumping machine, bore hole (location determinant). Every other thing on that list you can do "small small" but you will struggle to do water tower small small.

As per the water, the borehole has been dug and all equipments and materials to install the borehole have been bought. i am just skeptical about installing the pumping machine when i am not ready to move in. also the welder is telling me that it will cost 280k to do iron tank stand (using 3" 5mm thick angle bars) of 15ft height (for two tanks - up and down). na that one fear me o.

Thieves can still enter through the ceiling and remove all the cables . With the pictures uploaded the area is not fully developed .

You can pull the cables if the POP contractor are fully mobilized to site. Price of cable is very high in the market now. I received a call recently from a customers that I supplied cables in Warri last December. He told me all the cables bought worth 735k have been stolen and he's planning place order for another one.

Think twice before you go ahead for the Cabling aspect
