Retire life indeed, thanks for the tips brother. The setback is always the issue with newly open up areas. I remember Lekki express when the road expansion started, many people that bought along the setback loss a lot of money in the process. They keep coming up with all kinds of modifying designs that still on going in some areas of the road till date. These are always my concern with newly open up areas. I hope you are enjoying your retirement lifestyle. In my opinion, the project you are handling, doesn't seem to me that you are retired because you still wake up to supervise the project once in a while. It is well though.

Man, I don't like staying in my own house... it makes me feel trapped. I have never been in jail before, staying in my house makes me feel like I am in prison, metal door, burglary proofs everywhere

Could you imagine living in a house like this (picture..below)....

Enjoying your environment, soaking up all that views etc... those natural lights , sitting out , telling your kids, grandkids , niece, nephews, cousins about your war stories how this all started, reminiscing some glory days...
