I can see this topic majors in web design/development. Quick questions:

I love the web world and so far taught myself to code but the problem I am facing is getting a good client base to work, even this freelancing sites aren't helping, so I decided to look inwards. How can one get a target client in this country? I'm not very good at selling myself to strangers

Another thing is that I am kind of scared to source for clients because I feel I am not just ready to step out. Do I need a type of certification in order to step out?

Thirdly, I taught myself HTML, CSS, (still battling with JavaScript) and going deep in Php server side I.e trying out Object Oriented Programming. Do I necessarily need to learn OOP? because it is like conflicting with my knowledge of Php Procedural Programming.

Are you a freelancer or you work with an organization? Can you give me few names of web tech companies in Nigeria one could apply to.

I suggest you make a proper voice recording (without their notice) where you are warning them to stop the act or you'll report them to the madam. After recording, make sure you tell your madam immediately, because they may go behind you and lie to the madam that you are the one stealing her money, and you know how Nigeria is na, most times na who first call police dey win case.

Now this is where the recorded conversation can still help you either way, because if they say you are among, you can bring out the evidence and if they go behind you and tell the madam first (lie against you), you'd still have your evidence.
