He broke his bail conditions? Bail is the exclusive business of the courts and nobody else. It is not for anybody to judge if Kanu breached his conditions, only the courts can make that judgement


He insulted people? There is no crime in the constitution known as the crime of "insult". Kanu is free to insult whomever he likes.

He threatened war? This one is truly laughable. How can unarmed man pose a war threat? Is Kanu going to fight the war with air?Only someone that is armed can threaten war.

What Kanu wanted is referendum, not war

There was jubilation in the Muslim community in Kano state after welcoming a new and foreign convert. A Chinese man simply identified as Mr. Leo converted to Islam from Christianity earlier today.

After the conversion, he was given a Muslim name, Aliyu - to his delight and that of others.

Last year, a Chinese man converted to Islam in order to wed his young Muslim Nigerian lady in Plateau state.

The Chinese man came to Nigeria with a close family member for the wedding, accepted Islam and changed his name to Samir before getting married to his partner.

I saw a thread on the front page where Buhari is pushing for Lawal and Femi Gbajabiamila as Senate President and the Speaker respectively.

We all know that APC is a sectional party who see it as a taboo to run an inclusive government that's why they have excluded the two regions they see as threat in their National Assembly Leadership despite contributing little to their success.

My question is, what happened to religious tolerance and accommodation ?
How can we live in a country that is 50/50 Christians and Muslims yet Muslims want to take it all.. ?
Nobody should call me a bigot because if it's the other way round, Prof Akintola of MURIC who speaks for Nigerian Muslims would have released a press statement by threatening people up and down like he does..

A President... Muslim
Chief Justice of Federation... Muslim
Proposed Senate President... Muslim
Proposed Speaker of Reps.. Muslim

Is Nigeria an Islamic country or is Islamization of Nigeria in progress ? (Always remember a country called Turkey)

And to those Christians that voted for APC, is this the type of government that you want to see in this country ?
SE and SS people that voted for APC, is this the promise they made to you during campaign ?

After 2015 election, the presidency told us that the reason why SE or SS could not produce a Senate President or Speaker was because there was no ranking senator from those two regions (Even when we had some ranking reps in APC then but they were not loud )... What happened now we have ranking APC senators from these two regions ?

APC should not be too confident because If care is not taken, What happened in June 2015 might repeat itself again (Saraki and Dogara factor) ...

The presidency should stop provoking people unnecessarily with this their archaic style of leadership.
Buhari should not start what he cannot finish.

Igbos have slaved for that party since 1999 and by 2023, that will be 24 years. If a boy is under apprenticeship for 24 years, is it not good that his masters give him Freedom to display what he can do? Are Igbos just good enough to be used and dumped in PDP?

To APC, what they mean by Politics of one basket is that they are indirectly telling you that they are against democracy.. Meaning that there should be no opposition in Nigerian politics . Everybody must vote and follow APC in order to be seen as people that are politically matured.. Lolz.
I can remember in 2015 when Adesina came out and said that the reason APC didn't zone the SP to SE is because there was no ranking senator from SE even from SS.
Chris Ngige came to Awka and started insulting people of Anambra Central why they didn't vote for him, that if they had voted for him again like they did in 2011 hé would have become the Senate President.
Ngige said all sorts of unprintable things I can't type here all because of politics.
Fast forward to 2019 , SE has 2 APC ranking Senators (One Ebonyi man and Orji Uzo Kalu from Abia state .. Yes Kalu could be seen as ranking Senator because he has spent time in House of Reps before ..Both chambers are called NASS)

Now, the same APC is giving another reason why SE should not be given the SP because they didn't vote for Buhari.. Like seriously ?
PDP zoned the the position of the speaker of Reps to SW in 2011 despite not being the stronghold of the party. (Though Tinibu had to sabotage it and willingly gave it to Tabuwai with his conspirators in order to justify his marginalisation wailing and his hatred for Jonathan ) What happened that day is still still fresh on our minds.

In as much as many Nigerians including those on nairaland won't be benefiting or will benefit from this NASS leadership brouhaha, but at least it's good to do something that is right for prosterity sake.. Internet never forgets. Most of all these activities will turn back and hunt those that orchestrated it. May all of us be alive to witness such.

Meanwhile, APC should not be confident about NASS leadership victory come June 2019.

Igbodefender, Abagworo and other APC Igbo clowns on this forum should hide their face in the sand.

So what about the actual good pastors, missionaries and evangelists that are really working for God, this will affect them gravely, just for your information, IT IS NOT EVERY PASTOR THAT ARE RICH MEN, there are very very poor pastors but still preach the word of God.
This will make things difficult for the good ones not to mention that they can disenfranchise these pastors whether good or bad from getting licenses.
