i shocked and surprised at chelsea hater. What ever ur beef is, i have got no idea. No one disses another fella for choosing 2 support a club so why insult chelsea supporters. Immaturity and inferiority complex cos u are scared the of loosing, u are scared chelsea's got the money, stars, coach and support they need. They are now a force to recorn with.
Chelsea haters, deal with it, u cant always win. If u are such a sport lover, u should know what a sportmanship is all about.

depends on what u do, what u use ur laptop for and ur budget for a laptop. I would advise u 2 go for a Toshiba, IBM or sony laptop. I've used them all and never had problems with them.
A toshiba laptop gives u utmost value for ur money.
An IBM is a rugged laptop, has a long battery life span and durable.
As for sony, buy it if u aint got nothin 2 do wit ur money cos it's the same as a toshiba as far as i'm concerned.

MY dad is a Maj Gen in the army, my husband was just promoted to a Major in Sept. I can tell u 4 one that it's a respectful job, but depending on ur goals, dreams and achievements in life, joini the nigerian armed forces can be frustratin.

I have never come across someone who is so lazy and shameless in my life than the poster of this thread. What is the discrimination about wanting someone who has got the brains and no "skills" as you call it? Such self inflicted distractions would bring you 3rd class/2.2
This should be a lesson to those who are lucky to still be in school.

IAH sorry ooh. I've bn a victim of Nigerian scammers thru ebay several times. U'll have emails 4m them telling u of their daughter who is an SS and asked them to buy a phone for them or they are on a business trip to Nigeria and want u to post the item there etc.
I have learnt my lessons though. When next u are listing an item on ebay, there's a place where u'll be asked for "buyer's preferences", click on that and choose the options that best suit u. My options though are buyer's with less than 5 feedbacks cannot bid on my item, if they try, ebay will block their bid. there are so many options for u to choose from.

I think u should leave the girl and move on with ur life due to the following reasons. Marriage in Africa is btw 2 families not btw 2 persons like it is in the western world. U cannot be an islander. besides ur kids cannot stay without knowing their grandparents, uncles, aunties and most of all cousins.
the second point is u are a christian while ur fiancee a muslem. The bible says be not unequally yoked with unbelievers. i do not think it is wise for a christian to marry a muslem. There are times when tribulations in marriage come and u'll need 2 stand as one ie u and ur wife to pray but ur wife would not join u because she does not believe in ur religion. Disagreements and frustrations comes in and then a divorce because either party says u met me a christian/muslem.
If u were both of the same religion, then u could pray things through but not anymore.
the 3rd point is this: God forbid u die, ur wife is in for a tough time. It's better one of either parents disapprove of the marriage than both parents.
I think it's time u both face reality. It's a hard decision but u both have to accept the bitter truth, u might not live a happy life together.
Move on with ur life and accept ur parents stand on this one cos i think they are right

there are disadvantages in marrying from another tribe and it affects the woman in particular. Not everyone will accept u as a member of the family. You no longer have a hold in ur immediate family when u marry in2 another tribe.
for instance; an Ijaw girl marries a hausa man. At home she's told to keep quiet because she only has a say in her husband's house in the same vein, her inlaws still see her as that ijaw girl who married their son.
