Jesus Christ for certain did not ask anyone to build your churches in His name and He never asked anyone to sit in any church in worship of Him either. He said that He will build His Church- by His own hands - so what difference do you think your sitting in on those gatherings you call churches - gathering built and ordered by the hands of the men who run those businesses - will make to your life?

Jesus Christ also warned His followers to stay clear away from the doctrines and traditions of men(and their churches), lies , which He explained where meant to decieve people away from following the Truth of God - Matthew 15 vs 1 - 14 and Mark 7 vs 1 - 13, so what difference do you expect more of the same vain worship will make to your relationship or lack with God?

I think you have an issue and the issue is with Pastors. If this is not addressed it brings in bitterness to anything called church. Stop generalising also. All churches are not the same.

Also, do not forsake the gathering of believers were the instructions from the Bible.

It is our over religious style that makes us come up with many things just to set confusion. Fine, what makes the church is not the building but the individuals. This does not in anyway suggests that the gathering is cancelled.

Now, you are never God to know who worship in vain. So, please stop every bitterness and focus on what God wants from us.

When God says seek me and you will find Me, was He joking about this? Of course you can seek Him anytime or any place but from the Biblical view, If you seek Him at your place of worship at the last day of the year, are you saying one won't find Him? Are you saying if we find Him, it won't make any difference?

Many put the year before God in prayers. Are you saying praying to God is wrong and God won't answer or such prayers make no difference? So, what happens to several instructions of Christ on praying, coming unto Him and many that has to do with calling upon Him?

We just post anything just to give our opinion which in every sense has no Biblical backing. Thereby, making many to be led astray in the name of being overzealous for God.

Toyin Adegbola is the Toyin Tomato in the movie. I was even surprised back then that the same name was used in the movie as Shola Sobowale in Super Story.

So, please stop acting like you know it all. I have proven to you that the name is right by the person herself and the movie. You presented another person's view as evidence to me.

Sola Sobowale was called Toyin Tomato in a Super Story series back then with Soara.

While this is partially true, going on a field trip to see the construction is not a bad idea too. This is practised in the UK with field trips. I even saw one where the students were involved in the construction process.

Always understand the reason behind every field trip. It is for a purpose and not for just any visit. I hope you know that the visit is to see how a bridge is being constructed and not just the flexible pavement.

Let's learn to always celebrate the reason behind the gesture. Rather than sound as if we are perfect whereas we are also struggling with our deficiencies.

If you follow news updates from Lagos State, you will know that both road and health care is something the government is really working on presently. Didn't you read of the many hospitals that government is constructing at a go? Don't you know of the recently commissioned roads by this government? I also read of Sanwo Olu increasing the senior model colleges in Lagos. Please, stop being bitter.

His act of kindness in a festive season was in response to request from citizens who needed this. His positive response to this deserves praises not because he is the governor but because he didn't just pass a message but practised the message.

N.B: I am not a supporter of Sanwo Olu neither do I belong to his party but I have learnt to appreciate an act of kindness irrespective of whoever it comes from.

This action of the governor raises a lot of questions that may appear like kill-joy but it is worth asking.

Are these gifts given from his pocket or the state is responsible? Can the governor go beyond this lottery style of giving and give Lagosians a general gift? Will he be kind enough to carry out his duties efficiently and also protect the lives of citizens?

The truth is we have reduced life to one of luck and this makes sense if it concerns two or more individuals but it is different where it concerns the governor and the people of the state. Government are not meant to give gifts but create a conducive environment for individuals to thrive.

This is truly a kill joy comment. The Governor didn't leave his responsibilities as the governor of the state only to give gifts on Christmas. Understand the message behind the kindness shown by him to those who asked. Besides, this was done in response to request by citizens. The Governor (not government) is an individual who thought it wise to show love during this festive season.

If I may ask, have you shown any kindness during this season? We mustn't always criticise everything just to sound as if we are perfect.

Summary of the post is that there is judgement given from Supreme Court during Military era where Lagos State government is to allocate land to the members of Magodo Landlord Associations who went to court. Part of these members accepted the offer from Lagos State but one Chief Adeyiga has proven stubborn despite offer for land in Badagry and even Ibeju Lekki.

The same Chief got an unknown injunction to evacuate residence at Magodo thereby manipulating the police to carry out his intentions.

Lagos State on the other hand wants to prosecute anybody found guilty after due investigation into what happened at Magodo.

Lagos State government is working in the interest of the residence of Magodo and also, in line with the supreme Court judgment. Please, always read it will do you good and save you prayer points.
