ValCon888:This is a very wrong and bad conclusion. Who told you school knowledge is needed to create things. If this was true then, Nigeria would have been better with respect to the many Nigerians who have Ph.D but nothing to show for it. Even the road side mechanic is better than many mechanical engineers with Ph.D Please, read history before typing things like this. What would you say of Thomas Edison, Henry Ford, Bill Gates, Mark Zuckerberg and several others? You would have said Thomas Edison requires physics or engineering knowledge before he embarked on his discoveries. Do you know that what he achieved was through great risk to his own life based on the knowledge you talk about? Yet, he achieved this as a drop out. Please, learn not to be insensitive by bringing up nonsense in defence. |
This could be the cow for feeding on camp. I don't understand how else the cow must have gotten there as I once had my orientation in that camp. The camp is fenced with a gate and also, it is a standard camp and not a make shift arrangement. Just saying. |
budaatum:They are not owners but Government gave them license which is for a period of time. In all of this, government is still a decider why do you think there is a government parastatal called PPRA? Government owns all. Make findings rather than take sides with the government. Have you also heard of NLNG? |
budaatum:Not the government who will solve local gas? Did you just type this? Maybe I should ask you who own all Natural gas found within the country. Citizens? It seems to me that you probably want to be on the side of the government deliberately. Natural gas, mineral resources and crude oil are all owned by the government. So, tell me again if the government isn't the problem. |
budaatum:Why didn't the government solve the problem of local production first? We have gas in excess but they lack the knowledge on how this can be readily available for the citizens. You should have asked the question on why there are imported LPG when we have it in abundance? Would you have coal in abundance and readily available here and still go to the neighbouring west African country to look for this? Gas is now more expensive that it used to be thanks to the government whose aim is to inflict hardship on the masses. |
illicit:As in, you just wonder why some people will sell their conscience just for FG recognition. He has all of a sudden turned to the Chief of Army staff or the Nigerian Army PRO. |
Hangmnk:Did they steal from you or you received a debit alert stating that the money went to them? Should I ask you if anyone came out to say these people stole from them? I just wonder why people come up with all sorts. If you don't like these men, why not concentrate on your matter first. |
FutureIsFemale:But women do, right? Mtcheeew..... I just wonder why people reason this way. |
joyairemiya:There is nothing belittling in this. Aare Ona Kakanfo is just an honorary position in this age too. |
We know the truth. |
He wants to trend. The church he has today was built with stones? I don't like media pastors. Focus on the Bible, teach them what God says and move on. Stop preaching for media attention. Many future have been secured through giving. I am a living witness and I know what God did to me. While I won't use my experience as a yardstick for this, I will love that he focuses on the Bible than speaking for media attention. Here is the thing, many need to focus on their future but in never stops giving if led by God to do so. Let's teach the balanced truth than dancing to the media. |
Cholls:Being a prayer agent for others does not mean you should forget your own life. |
Mine was from my mother and here are her words 'Be patient and don't allow the pace of others to affect you, they can't achieve your success with theirs. Your success is meant for you achieve' Those words keep ringing in my head after 17 years of hearing these. |
yuping:And also fix the economy. We can't bear the high cost of everything. People can only go out if there is food on the table to eat. Sycophant Adeshina failed to talk about this as if we will survive by bridges. |
Officialgarri:Sometimes, I wonder where Nigeria is heading to with people like you. Tell me if you are happy with the situation of this country and that Nigeria has any pride internationally. |
Tinubuadvocate:It does not make sense. The statement is a reflection of himself and his status. He has just told us why he hasn't succeeded as the president. A man with no academic qualification and claims WAEC certificate is 'in military detention' cannot succeed. Don't be worried about his statement. Just see Buhari in it. |
Folabifreeman:Few crumbs bought his mother a car. How many of our lecturers can boast of giving their mother this kind of gift within few years of lecturing? |
PDP is right on this. The summit is a virtual one with a small in-person attendance due to travel restrictions. Since there is the virtual option, it is wasteful for the president to have gone at a time like this when the money spent could be judiciously used elsewhere. This party called APC is a big scam. They are totally deceptive and never to be trusted. |
Tinubuadvocate:That's all you have to say based on a wasteful president wasting resources at a time like this. |
TarOrfeeek:Wetin happen? Just firewood? E be like say na assorted garri and groundnut so do or na to go construction site go steal wood. Just joking but then, this shows how things have gotten worse in this nation. It's really sad. |
Nonpartisan1:How is Sowore mad when the statement didn't come from him? Sahara reporters only gave a report. When MURIC said nonsense against the other faith, where were you? |
This man has a problem. Always looking for people to blame to the bad governance we experience in Nigeria. There is something for him to say when the government he works for is not working at all. This government keeps making Nigeria go backwards. |
Yeye country. Did they say economic sanction? What other sanction can they come up with after closing borders? Is that not an economic one? Didn't Benin survive this? Sick country |
Ibkhaleel:Were you there when they discovered the arms and armunitions? Also, isn't it ridiculous that a government alleged that there was a stockpile and all they could displace were just a few number of guns. Also, can you believe this government that lies all the time just to achieve their aim? Beisdes, is it not legal to not have a search warrant such that all will be done within the law and we can then believe that truly something was found. DSS claimed there was resistance by Igboho's men but what we saw was that they killed at least two of his men with none of the DSS officer killed or sustain gunshot injury that will lead to hospital treatment. What we heard instead was just DSS claim of an injury by just one officer who we can't even verify. You claimed he caused unrest in SW to the Fulanis. How about the unrest caused by Fulanis in the SW? What did the government do about this? NOTHING, ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. Instead whenever they are arrested, there is always order from above for them to be released. So, please, let's look into this objectively. |
valuedammy:Benin authority is trying to verify the claims of the Nigerian government. According to Falana, he gave an insight into the matter. What he said was that interpol placed Sunday Igboho on their watch list based on the Nigerian government. He was then arrested in Benin with the hope that he will be extradited to Nigeria. In fact, it was said that Buratai being a Career ambassador to Benin pressed for this with the government but since Igboho was captured in Benin, they decided to subject him to their law to confirm all allegations against him by the Nigerian government. |
Dhury:When did he become a criminal when it was the DSS or SSS that should be called criminals? Also, can I ask if you will wait in your home after your home is being raided by criminals who were hell bent of getting you dead or alive? |
InvisibleB:Please, stop carrying fake news. There is no forgery allegation against him as what will the FG, Nigeria lawyers be doing in court on case of forgery of Benin passport. BBC Yoruba has done a fact finding on this and the issue of passport has been knocked off as something existing only in the imaginations of people. The case is a case of extradition to Nigeria based on allegations of causing insecurity, division etc. |
Praxis758:You are totally correct. I am amazed as to their legal system and how fast they have gone in the case. The hearing is speedy and no time wasting. It's a big shame that our legal system is a reflection of the government we have. A government that cannot be trusted in every sense. |
Frontail:Please, don't kill me with laughter here. At least, we are producing something including witchcraft ![]() |
Spending123:Bros, we know this will definitely get to front page but then, of all the people you thought of, it was only Buhari you could link death to ![]() Bros fear God o. Buhari y'aff suffer. |
What does he know about this summit or should I say how competent is he in a summit as this? Education is now worse under his tenure. Nigeria isn't just working in every sense. |
Whether it was Federal government or DSS, when has accreditation of press become a normal in trial. Shouldn't all press have access to information on this crucial trial. Is the federal government saying indirectly that press can now be suppressed under this government? I really don't understand this anymore. Press should have free access to information but the government is making it seem like press are another bandits or terrorist. Na wa o. |
