Khaleell001:Okay you're right, he was a CHRISTIAN terrorist. I'm sure hearing this makes you and several others feel much better. |
TooMuchStuff:Kaiii.. Nigeria truly has a long way to go; Nigeria is truly a shithole country because we have so many persons with this sort of sick mentality. |
Kaiii... that was an extremely powerful response, 'immoral and amoral allowances!!' Would have been nice to see Ben's response to this. The Nigerian parliament is the largest single gathering of immoral unpatriotic rogues. Not a single one of those fellows should try speaking about patriotism. People like Mr Bruce will try to exonerate himself though cos he will claim he at least spoke publicly agains the crazy allowances. |
How can a first time junior senator be president? |
ollah2:Okay sorry for trying to have a reasonable conversation with you. I agree with you, Christian terrorists attacked the mosque. And of course, you now have a brilliant justification to support the actions of those attacking churches regularly... Bye! |
Khaleell001:What does it matter if he's a Christian?... reading through the reports on this matter, the man never claimed he did what he did because of his religion. The man never even claimed to be from any religion but it seems you're just insistent on proving that he's a Christian so you can enjoy the pointless 'pleasure' of declaring that "there are also Christian terrorists". At the end of the day, all you're trying to do here is to justify needless killings and heinous crimes committed by some terrible persons by proving that not only members of your religion do it. So I ask again, what does it matter if he's a Christian?... How does that change the fact that there are a lot of terrible people out there killing innocent people and ascribing it to your religion?... Instead of focussing on how to fight the people tarnishing the image of your religion by committing senselessly inhumane acts and ascribing it to religion, you're spending all your time and energy desperately trying to prove that Christians do it too. |
ollah2:Your problem is that you're actually attacking the wrong enemy. A fact that you have to acknowledge is that a fair number of Muslims have tarnished and are tarnishing the image of your religion by committing heinous acts and ascribing it to your religion. Those are the people you should be worried about and attacking, not a person like me who simply is reacting to these trends by being scared. I am a Nigerian living in the UK; if I meet a person who directly or indirectly stereotypes me as a 419ner or 'African Prince', I don't spend my time being angry with the person or arguing that fraudsters exist everywhere (yes we all know that fraudsters exist in every nationality but the prevalence amongst Nigerians is disturbing)... rather than doing that, I shake my head in shame for my brothers who bring shame to my nationality. I am not attacking or mocking you or your religion, I am simply afraid because certain persons who profess your religion are disgusted by my very existence and see my existence as a threat which needs to be eliminated. Your focus should be on those who are spoiling the name of your religion, but instead of doing that, you are unknowingly defending the horrible people by trying to prove that terrorists do not only exist amongst people of your religion. Of course everyone knows that terrorism does not only exist amongst people who are Muslims; heck! the world has seen devilish terrorists like Adolph Hitler who killed over 6 million innocent people. But instead of facing these terrorists tarnishing the image of your religion, you spend more of your time and resource trying to prove that there are also Christians who commit acts of terrorism. cc: Khaleell001 |
Nadheer15:Anybody can be a terrorist; that isn't a new thing... But then, I understand your desperation to use the phrase 'Christian terrorist' because you believe you're in a competition with Christians. |
ollah2:I see a puerile desperation on your part to turn this to a Muslim vs Christian contest. This isn't a competition, and neither am I willing to engage in any needless exchange of words over this. I was only pointing out a factual observation that the perpetrators of the act did not declare anywhere that they were Christians or of any other religion, and neither did they declare anywhere that they were carrying out the killings for God, or for God's blessings (as is usually the case when some terrorists carry out attacks). There aren't only 2 religions in the world, and there are many people in the world who don't even belong to any religion. So it is silly and shallow-minded to automatically conclude that anyone who attacks Muslims is a Christian; same way in which it is silly to assume that anyone who attacks a Church is a Muslim. This sort of toxic mindset is the reason why an unknown Danish person who is an atheist can commit a blasphemy in far away Denmark, and then idiots in the streets of Kaduna Nigeria begin to run amok, burning Churches and killing individuals they perceive to be Christians. |
Muyuba:The perpetrators never said they were of any religion, neither did they declare that they were fighting for any particular religion. So it's not clear how you came to the conclusion that they were Christians or Christian extremists. |
moscobabs:Anyone can be a terrorist. But anyway, I couldn't find it anywhere where it was said the perpetrators had any particular religion or where it was said that they were doing it for or on behalf of any religion. |
Yes it's not a funny situation, but the little girl's reaction to the situation is golden; it cheers me up every single time I watch it. ![]() |

3 rogues that ruined Abia state... |
correctyourself:Lol... There's nothing in that story that suggests that they arent married. Married people also refer to their spouses as 'my woman' or 'my man'. |
Katier00:If he thinks her dressing is provocative, and he reasons with her to tone it down but she refuses, that is clearly disrespectful and such marriage definitely cannot last because this isnt where it will end. |
This is damn scary. The crash reminds one of the Bellview incident. Not a single piece of the plane can be seen; this was definitely a nosedive. ![]() |
It only makes common sense that the Nigerian government leads by example. If I were to be in charge of the central government, I would make sure all the vehicles used by every single govt office, ministry, agency, parastatal etc must be made in Nigeria or at least assembled in Nigeria. When there's a policy forcing govt offices to patronise only locally produced or assembled vehicles, there would be a mad rush by businessmen and investors to start investing their idle funds in this sector. Companies like PAN would be yanked back to life and every govt official would be forced to use PAN or innoson vehicles as much as they can meet the demand. Policies like this would force large auto makers like Toyota, Nissan, Honda etc to also set up at least assembly lines in Nigeria. These are the sort of policies counties like China embraced in the 90's and look where they are today; China even went to the extent of strictly restricting the Hollywood movies thwy allow to air in their cinemas. But do our leaders really give a damn?... If you check well, even Anambra govt may not be buying IVM. |
Why exactly would the results of a STATE ELECTION that ended 2 days ago still be pending? Nigeria na wa! Meanwhile the political gladiators in the Imo election all have one thing in common; Araraume (APGA), Ohakim (Accord), Nwosu (AA), Uzodimma (APC), Ihedioha (PDP), they all started from PDP. |
victorazyvictor:For argument's sake, I give it to you. They ordered, not bought. |
anochuko01:Air peace ordered 10 brand new pieces of this same bird some months ago. cc: victorazyvictor |
Kaii.... and AIR PEACE just ordered 10 brand new pieces of this bird. |
Timisamd:It's actually shocking how people think these sort of arguments make any sense. |
Haha.. omo this one na definitely film trick... ![]() |
Mowoe:If I can afford N5million a year for my child's school fees abroad, I may be termed a rich man by all Nigerian standards. But because I can afford say N5million or N10million a year for my children's school fees (higher priority), that does not necessarily mean I can automatically cough out N27million cash to buy a nomination form. How exactly can anyone who boasts of common sense not know this? Tufiakwa for Nigerians! |
fordunit:Hahaha.... I read through what the Op posted, and then through some of the first comments on the thread. At first I was going to comment with some better examples of laws which arent practical today (cos I didnt think the slavery one was even very good), but then I saw how the Op responded ferociously and abusively to the guy who made that comment. And then it dawned on me the Op was a desperate religious fraudster. May God save us gullible believers from false preachers. |
dollytino4real:But even real girls these days with blood flowing through their veins dont cook and wash any more... |
This is a difficult one to predict. |
Na wa! Nigeria has no redemption |
Excaperx:Amazing how even educated people swallow and continue to peddle these fake beer parlour economic analysis which is based purely on false figures. Why exactly is it impossible for many Nigerians to study and confirm info? Nigerians economy was growing very well because oil prices were very high and the inflow of oil dollars helped to boost all economic indices. The moment oil prices crashed, all of that crashed, and it happened well before even GEJ left office. Nigeria's GDP growth was in the real of 6% and it was PREDICTED to hit over 7% in 2014/2015, making Nigeria the third fastest growing economy in the world (it was a prediction, not yet reality). But what happened in reality?... Oil prices crashed from mid-2014 and that 6% growth began an inevitable decline quarter after quarter and had already hit 2% before GEJ left office (I'm guessing you dont know this). The factor precipitating that decline was purely oil prices and as oil prices continued to crash, the GDP fell even further into the negative realm (recession). But of course, both educated and uneducated alike chose to believe that change of leadership was solely responsible. If GEJ had continued in office, the recession would have still inevitably happened, and that's cos Nigeria is overdependent on oil. If GEJ and the great professors and economists could not stop a GDP rate decline from 6% to 2% when oil still sold above $65, how exactly was an illiterate Buhari meant to magically prevent the falling train from dropping a further 2 points into recession even when oil prices fell further to $28?... |
hisgrace090: dallyemmy:One thing you should know is that it wouldnt come down for now. It's been intentionally maintained at N360 to prevent Nigerians from falling back to cheap imports, it's been held at that level to encourage people to locally produce and export. |
AutoJoshNG:@AutojoshNG, there are 3 flyovers in Warri alone. Where did you get this statistics from? |
