I don't think it was a problem of cheap contractors. It is rather a problem of lack of vision. That bridge was built over 40years ago. It was not envisaged that it would support so much traffic not to mention such heavy duty vehicles. It was meant to provide basic access to rural communities via motorcycles, cars and light trucks and buses.
If only d builders have vision..........

my sister, I don't really support flogging as a punishment. But I must admit that nothing seems to quickly reset d brain of an average African child the way flogging does.

i use diamond for large breed puppy.
but it is very expensive. spending 13k plus on a dog for a month is not funny especially if u have more than one dog. I might experiment with this fish feed when I start my fish farming next year. How do u prepare it?
