I'm a graphics designer, I read, studied and admire the designs of product packages.

its the process of items shrinking in size or quantity, or even sometimes reformulating or reducing quality, while their prices remain the same or increase.

If they don't reduce quality and quantity with this present economic reality those companies will fold up.

The cost of doing business is so high and most companies are just managing to float. Another thing you will even notice is that even packaging too nowadays is nothing to write home about.

Most of the PET bottles nowadays is nothing to write home about. Especially that Cway water. If it falls down it may just burst open unlike before when PET bottle used to be very solid.

Companies are just doing everything to minimise cost so that they can continue in business.

Increasing prices is understandable, reducing quantity and quality with increment in price It's unethical to me.

I ran out of a particular product I routinely used 2 days ago, I stepped out to buy it. To my greatest surprise, the product size was reduced and there was N200 price increment.
I was marvelled, I decided to buy and when I got home and made use of it... The worse happened, the quality was also drastically reduced. (I read the nutritional value of the previous package and the new one)

I was really pissed and angry, how can company reduce quantity and quality and still increase price? Isn't this dubious?

The previous product was 170g, while the new one they wrote 160g, but that's a fat lie. If you compare the both package you'll know the new one is way below 160g.
I don't have a scale, but I used tape-rule to measured the both packages. 2.5 inches was reduced from the height and 1.5inches was reduced from the width of the new package.

I've observed this with so many other products and I think it's insanity to reduce product quality and quantity, then still go ahead to increase price.

Is this right? Economics students abi economy professionals please explain this to me.

In a terrain such as The one those brave soldiers were fighting in that video it is very difficult for an aerial reconnaissance to take place because of poor visibility attributed to scattered trees forming obstructing canopy over the terrain. So the use of drone to garner real time information will be a challenge.

The shootout is also a close quarter one making it impossible for aerial assault to take place. You talked about soldiers lacking defence armor and again I fault your point because those soldiers were giving defence armor as part of full gear but some of them would rather prefer to drop them behind to avoid being slowed down due to the heavy armor. If you look well you can still sight some soldiers on protective helmet and bullet proof.
Those soldiers are men like you, can you show bravery in the capacity they are showing bravery? I doubt it.

Dude I've seen hundreds of videos of American soldiers encounter with terrorist in the middle ease. The tactics is as close as what you see in the movies.
Even this Isreal-Hamas war, I've seen the video of Israelis soldiers on rescue mission and their encounter with Hamas terrorists, they were extremely coordinated almost like a movie.

Nigeria army is not equipping our soldiers, even with billions being budgeted yearly.

They're clearly sending these boys to their death. How many in this video do you even see with common helmet? Some don't even have bulletproof vest.

My brother I'm telling you and the school fees no be here. As at that time.(2014) the kg pupils we're paying 90k per term and parents were willing to pay just to dump their wards and be off to work. Some even do after school because they work on the island and don't get back until 8pm due to the VI and third mainland traffic jam and they pay extra. I don't know how much the school is charging now though but people are still taking their children there.

I agree that at 2 a child is too young to be in school but I don`t agree that you have no time to bond with them if they, for example, are in a creche. Many kids enjoy playing in small groups with other kids and learn a lot by doing so, not in terms of formal education, but social skills and they have a lot of fun there. Being at home all day long can be boring.

I understand social bonding, all of that can be done at home during the first 3 years.

Let me play with other neighbors kids in the hood, just draft time they can spend outside.

My first child, a son, started with "Baby class" when he was around 2 years because of how busy we the parents were at work. That really helped his IQ and made him a fast learner because when he gets home, he began to recite ABC and 123 that he was hearing from the older children class. Today, he is very brilliant and sharp.

I know most parents these dumps their kids in school early because they're busy making money.

Your child would have still been able to recite those things you listed there at home, you teach him/her

Best is home school them. Parents nowadays prioritize money over their kids. Imagine a child of 1 year is already a burden they have to dump in school. No time to bond with them
