Anyone who thinks Europe discriminate against Muslims probably has not lived there or seen it up close. The turks for one have been in Germany for over five decades and yet most even some second generation refuse to learn the language, why would you be in a place you hate their way of life and language?

This Nigerian mentality of treating the foreigner better than your fellow should not be applied here, the Indians, Lebanese, Pakistanis, etc live way better in Nigeria than even their home countries which is why some of us might feel the need for Europeans to do the same.

If you love your way of life so much that you feel you don't need to change it, maybe you should remain in your home land.

Where did Jesus ask for money to spread the Word? Your life style can turn people to or away from God, most of your giving seems based or hinged on the "expected return" which is a Wall street philosophy because our God does not follow the "quid pro quo" standards thank you very much.

Despite the "agents' " best effort to beat down, call people like Kunle, Nuclear boy, etc names, most Christians that visit NL with open minds are actually learning more about the Scriptures and developing Berean qualities in the process.

It is even WORSE to name call the few who have the guts to point out the errors. The guys listed here appear to be sound BUSINESS MEN, My God is not a bling bling one is all I have to say to this piece.

There is nowhere in the Bible Christians admonished to SHOUT their prayers to God, Jesus Christ even gave us the GUIDELINES of prayer that today's "word/spirit of faith" movement deem not enough. "You must now will" all your needs and if you have FAITH, God will answer your prayers now" . Where is God's will in that kind of prayer?

It is hard to explain this to most of our Christian brethren these days that being a Christian doesn't mean you will be WEALTHY because they've been given this "SUCCESS" cool aid to drink far too many times.

I have to believe that most of the so called "MOGs" (the ones we tend to hear the most from usually) are actually working for the "other side", they are playing "away games" on the home turf.

That is the reason Jesus Christ admonished his believers to be "wise as Serpents and gentle as Doves"

Anyone that has given their life to Christ and live by/for/in HIS Word is a man/woman of God, some Pastors merit the title too if they follow Christ. Some of our people are still stuck in the pagan mentality, I remember a friend in the US who traveled home one time and according to his then wife returned home with some "holy water" from a "prophet" that he kept sprinkling around the house. It eventually led to problems between him and his "akata" and before you know it, separation and to cut a long story short, bobo ended up being deported.

I couldn't see him last time I was home and would have asked him if he got a refund from the so called "prophet"

Our people need to KNOW that Jesus Christ has already interceded for us thereby removing the "middle ware" between God and man. No one can help you but your self, live according to God's will and way and you will see your own prayers answered.

I have been thinking about this topic lately with the way most of our "brainwashed" brethren carry on about their particular "MOG" and "touch not my anointed" (forgetting that every true Christian is indeed an "MOG" and equally anointed), so here are two viewpoints.

1. man of God---this applies to any man who is truly saved, men truly dedicated to God, godly, humble & saintly men, etc. A sub-meaning of this term could be applied to a prophet or a clergyman (who has totally committed his life to working strictly for God). I feel that if one goes beyond these meanings of that of a true prophet or “godly clergyman”, we then fall into the 2nd main meaning, which is:

2. Man of God---this is the definition the COG holds, and it is a definition that can escalate to cultic rather quickly. This definition sees the supposed “Man of God” as being a prophet, and that he has special God-given discernment and anointing, knows the “mind of God”, etc. His authority is not to be questioned, and his interpretation of scripture is infallible. Such “power” given by the people to one man, and/or taken by the man becomes dangerously cultic--but yet, this is how COG members see their “man of God”, with those same idolized ministers cementing this authority for themselves by continued pressure and threats from the pulpit. COG members often think they are honouring a “man of God”, when it is actually a “Man of God” they are referring to. They are unable to see the distinctions because of the idolatrous mind-set and the brainwashed mess they are entangled in.

I am not sure H$LBroker had the time to view the entire video before his comments above, if Nigerian Pastors everywhere and most of them in "spirit of faith movement" preach PURE UNADULTERATED messages, more than half their congregation would vanish which would be considered bad business.

One has to really look very very well these days before casting their lot with a particular place of fellowship/worship because MOST of them are in it for the money. What has a Christian Church got to do with financing a bank, having ATM machines/restaurants in a place of worship?
