It is not a question of where the president come from or what tribe. The reality is that so far, only the north had been producing the presidency. The power brokers are in the north, like it or not, your voices and votes don't count. Not because you are cheated but because you (Igbos, Yorubas etc ) are forever disunited. Perhaps they are cursed, perhaps they are greedy. I donno! Check the fact out. They start agitating for powershift armed their youths with guns and cutlasses etc but in the end, a part of them would stab others behind and opt for northerner. Cowards.

The north don't care who rule so long he is one of them. That is why shagari, Yar'adua emerged during their respective era. You can hear people like IBB, Gwarzo, Marwa etc all of them political gladiators stepping down for someone like Yar'adua. But, NO IBO MAN WOULD STEP DOWN FOR EMEKA ANYAOKU, PAT UTOMI etc even though these men are capable.

As for yorubas, I respect their ability to stand up against injustice even from their own folk like OBJ. They are progressive and sometimes very strong. But they are too stubborn to change tactic when they are losing. They also have a greater percentage of greedy AGIP politician who would rather die than shift ground. Needless to say that their stubborness gave Nigeria the democracy we are enjoying today. They haven't produced president yet, everybody know that OBJ 1 AND OBJ 2 are product of the north and not yoruba.

As for others, when they learn to stop selling their vote to the north they would make it.

Generally speaking, the north stabilize Nigeria. They are natural leaders. So far ELECTED OR SELECTED northen presidents, except the Millitary had been selfless and humble. OBJ is a good example of how unpredictable south can be. He has power to help the Igbos, he sold the South, through Odilis false support and then, without warning, he yielded to the north.

Hi, room my neighbour used to say one can contract disease in toilets. She had the habit of using plastic container any time she use the toilet even though the toilet is clean.

Recently, a lady was on a visit and also insist on using plastic bowl to stool. I found this habit disgusting and I didn't hide my feeling. However, I noticed the practice is not un usual as I had observed ladies doing this.

But celtel must learn from Glo by not making the gprs expensive at all. In fact, judging from public response, the cheaper the wap service, the more profit they would make. That is sure.
