If a woman is not patient to hold on for his husband, she can leave to marry another man.
At the end, money most be made. Marriage without money will be full of disrespect from your wife and in-laws and will eventually crumble.

Only married men can understand my point.

Na woman wey wan cheat go cheat abeg

Recently I was promised some monies after attending an online conference. My problem is that I have never received money in pounds. Though I have a Payoneer account that has been dormant. I also have a PayPal account but have never used it. To make it worst, I have just read online that Nigerians can only send not receive from the latter. The prior is also a problem because of the age mismatch.
Folks, how can I receive money from abroad aside from this method? I have also tried opening Geegpay but to no avail.
Once more, how can I receive money from abroad since they don't want a proxy to receive it for me?

Wise

Having used both over the years, I'd pick Upwork to some extent.

Upwork is premium website where you use money (connect buying) to make money ( send proposal) which isn't sure for newbies.

Fiverr is a free website that you hope on algorithm to rank your gig which isn't sure for beginners and you can also apply for a gig for free using buyer request.

Upwork has potential of ongoing job (long term client)

Fiverr is mostly one-off project.

Upwork is expensive for beginners.

Fiverr is not expensive for beginners.

Hope these few details helps

Please to everyone esteemed member of this great thread, I have an enquiry to make.

About WES evaluation of your BSc. Engineering transcripts, will the Grade Points of courses like SIWES (200, 300, and 400) be considered or ignored? I have heard rumors that non-course works (like IT) aren't usually considered but I need a clarification. I'll appreciate any contribution. Thanks.

It will all be considered. Mine was.

Hi guys I’ve rescheduled my appointments up to 4 times , I am still yet to get a date for before my start date in January. I want to confirm how many times I can reschedule before the portal prompts me to pay another MRV fee , also if I can seek for EA still after exhausting my cancellation limit

Otilo. You've exhausted your slots. Why can't you be patient and wait for the right date.

It's way more than 1% though. From your monicker, it seems you're in the writing niche. I'll agree that it might be a tasking to break even with a Nigerian account in that niche. But for so many other niches, Nigerians with Nigerian accounts are actually doing very well

You can't be more native English than an English person. Yeah I made some good amount but yet it's not an easy ride. I changed location from Nigeria that's how I was able to pull that.
Nigeria account is hard.

How many Nigerians are really making it, forget all these new Freelancer making noise here. Most haven't even reach their first $1k on Upwork..lol. That's why I said 1%.

N2B2:
No offense, but the "guys" who told you that don't know anything.

Earning potential is determined by the freelancer's ability, not the account itself. There are many Top Rated and Top Rated Plus Nigerian freelancers living in Nigeria who are currently earning thousands of dollars every month from Upwork alone.

Hmmmn, say 1% of Nigerians using Nigeria account get ahead. I bet they faced hell.

Sisib15:
Just be patient, you will definitely get a date. Hope you picked regular instead of previously denied.

Yes Regular

Sisib15:
Call the lagos embassy so they can review it for you and you have funding. It will be easier for you

Thanks. I've called them 3 times but they kept saying that I'd need to wait till it get approved, that the customer service can't FasTrack it or do anything about it.
Now, I'm patiently waiting for them.

I will get date soon.

Sisib15:
@olawrites.Trust you are doing well and I hope you have gotten a date now

Thanks. I've not gotten a date.

Lagos has been difficult with their review & approval for second timer and Abuja on the other hand has been stingy releasing new dates.

It is well.

That's my situation right now.

Emmymajesty:
Can I change from the Abuja embassy to the Lagos embassy, since my D-160 is showing Abuja.

Lastly, I was earlier refused under section 214b (within the last 6 months) and now no dates or calendar is showing in my account for weeks now for re-appointment purpose.

Please, how can I get appointment date before August 15th.

Lagos has refused to approve date for second timer as it can even take you weeks to get reviewed and approved (if possible). Just stick with Abuja if they release date anytime soon you grab yours.
Hopefully they release soon

Ok but I no fit ooh

Please advise, he intends to do it tomorrow

No, only someone in the US can do that for you.

Where are the income you earned in the last 10 yrs while working? You didn't save?

Did you come online to help anyone?

You even lucky you had job for 10 yrs.

What about those of us that don't even have job for the past 7 yrs after graduation, and we have wife and kid to take care of.

This is Nigeria, look for legit hustle that can give you job security and stop crying like a baby online.

Job this ,job that just dey play
