Travel › Re: Am I The Only One Who Feels This Way? How Do I Stop? by onojaford(m): 4:19pm On Dec 09, 2024 |
Animegirl: I really want to know if I'm the only one who feels this way, and I sincerely need advice on how to stop or go about the way I feel.
I feel like I can be anything, I can do everything. For instance, I want to pursue different career paths such as being a movie director, animator, diving into cyber security, or even becoming a medical doctor, despite currently being a lawyer. I also aspire to become an entrepreneur and own a fashion brand. I'm overwhelmed by all these thoughts in my head, but the only hindrance I face is not having enough money to pursue some of my goals.
I'm tired. How do I let go of all these thoughts? How can I change myself, because I know for a fact I can't pursue everything I mentioned? How can I give myself peace of mind? It's not "identity crisis" as someone named it up there. It is a sign of being a Profoundly Gifted person/child/adult. Do not choose, follow your interests. Choose a few to focus on for reasons of gainful employment, while a handful of other interests would be committed to, as your HOBBIES. Going forward in time (growth), pursuing your divergent intellectual interests would cause Intellectual Sophistication. If you take them serious, you will become a Polymath, and being self-taught, you will be an Autodidactic Polymath. You may wanna skim articles at Wikipedia... on the following subjects: " 1. Autodidactism 2. List of Autodidacts 3. Autodidactic Polymath 4. Polymathy. " You will find that you re not alone. Autodidactic polymaths has made tons and tons of contributions to human civilization. So Anime, follow your interests, manage them even as you manage yourself. You re not alone. And remember, it is a paramount pointer to Intellectual Giftedness.

Nonybb: Look at the first picture. I hate it whenever I see this Indian man called Edwin or Edward or whatever fronting for Dangote. How can Dangote choose this Indian rubbish in total disregard of our people. Indians are racist and they vehemently hate blacks. Why would Dangote still keep this Punjabi/Hyderabad nonsense with him. Oil production and marketing should totally be a local collective effort; using an Indian with no emotional attachment to our people is a risk because Indians lack apathy and humanity. When they import, it is sold between 700 to 800 naira but when Dangote produces it in Nigeria, it sold between 900 to 1200 naira. Nigeria is a crime scene and Dangote is evil Apathy? Please check your dictionary and do the needful afterwards. |

Don't take nonsense from her and always laff with her at her front, but be busy cooking community breakfast for her.
Always ensure to use a condom for your safety and laminate her fuckup and keep it in a safe place.
Me, I don't serve any girl breakfast oh! I only serve them community breakfast. That why you see that after my breakfast dey always attempt killing themselves. The weak among them will always commit suicide.
Remember, make her feel that your huz is her permanent home and u are her last bus stop despite her rubbish. Then serve her community breakfast and see if she can finish it. Could you please explain what a community breakfast means? |

madscientist88: its very impressive that arrests are been made, the question here is,since poverty is often the motivation behind drug abuse and drug dealings, since the removal of fuel subsidy, what structure has been set up to check the hyke of food prices in the market? some people sell old stocks as new stock rates,if there was a "task force" created to follow up the situation things should atleast be fair, yes insecurity has lead to the destruction of farmlands and terror to farmers, still the prices need to be checked to the books , some people are using the fact that petrol is 600 naira per liter to forcefully steal from people, also the country needs to create a certified farming (include irrigation farming)institution in each state using the subsidy money for a collaborative effort in bringing crops to the market, they should have certified markets or outlet's were government crop produce are sold directly to consumers directly to cut this evil sinking the country, they can use empty ship container as temporary infrastructure for their market space, nation wide with the traffic it should take atleast 3 months to set up temporary market sites at densely populated parts of each state in the country, for each state they can should zone out the markets per local government to ease distribution for traders, for food crops government should consider the use of hybrid seedlings for perfect execution of the project. when people are hungry or lack jobs they go into drug dealings, this new farming system if well organized should bring in revenue for the country and cut down pressure on private rural farmers and relief competition, it would also create jobs ,the best way to handle the situation is to be in charge, that way you control the food prices, make use of that subsidy money. the creator help us all. Idealistically excellent. However is the government interested in the welfare of the people? "No," I'd say. |

flexydote: I can relate to this but then I wouldn't burn them because at least I laboured for the cert.
Meanwhile, it is disheartening to see M.Sc. holders and even Ph.d holders doing menial jobs.
I see Nigeria educational system as a virtuous circle - you finish B.Sc., you are told to do your Masters if you must at least rank up for job opportunities and you go ahead to get your M.Sc. after that still no job then you look for a secondary school to teach just to hold body while getting 60k salary for teaching like 3 Subjects.
Some people will then go and marry while some will go and pursue their P.hd just to be aiming to teach at the University level to earn 180k
That is if you know someone who knows someone in the university.
Only few persons get Jobs by GRACE.
then those M.sc holders will teach kids that will now gain admission into the university to now meet the other people who went for their P.hd as their lecturers. The kids then graduate, they are happy as they signout only to continue the virtuous circle again.
I am on the opinion of allowing our children to gain a handwork or after secondary school before even thinking of Tertiary Institution. "Vicious circle" you meant to say. |

We need a IQ test, Anyone whose IQ is below 100 should not be allowed close to governance!!
We can't be living like this in this modern day The average IQ of the Nigerian mass, I'd speculate to be around 78, which is actually a disability. It's evident in our public suffering. |

Oboi! I said the country will get worst, then it shall be later redeemed by force. This validates it. Under Tinubu's reign, we shall suffer a great economic, social and spiritual decline, but since injustice cannot continue indefinitely, there shall be an insurrection along the line - whose outcome shall, without fail, be redemptive.
I wait for time to invalidate my prognosis, or validate it. But, Tinubu on that seat, equals Buhari. |
