Please, I need your advice as I am confused at the moment.

I am to choose between the job of 130k on the mainland or job of 330k on the island. Pls note that I started the 130k few months ago and I spend 600naira daily on transport (about 13k on transport for a month). It is on the mainland and not far from my area. No traffic or whatsoever. My colleagues are amazing people, and the workplace is super convenient. I didn't apply for the job, but the CEO gave it to me when I messaged him that I needed job, so he decided to help me by giving me the job. He is a good man who cares about people. I can say that he motivates me a lot.

I am to start the 330k soon, but it is on the island, and I am to spend about 4k on transportation (about 90k). I will still have the balance of 240k left on me after removing transportation.
I am confused because I don't know how to discuss it with the CEO who assisted me. I am thinking that he will feel bad, and our relationship will be affected. Sincerely, he is a good man, and he motivates me a lot, but the pay is small compared to the new offer I got.
Both jobs are secured and safe.

Please, Advise me.
Which one should I go for and why?

If you are a very busy person, Sim data subscription is more better, cos I don’t think you can spend 6hrs watching TV in a day rather DSTV sub is running without being in use.

I know you mentioned that he wants 3-Bedroom Flat and wants to move in as early as February. Do not allow yourself to be manipulated. ASk him to be patient because you have a better plan for him.

Do some research on your State Capital or your Husband's Capital and and convince your husband to help out too because this is an opportunity to own a little more real real estate. Buy cheap land at the sub-urban that could be useful for you or your kids in the future and build a 3-Bedroom bungalow which he will move him and when he translates, the house is yours.

Ignore the idea of rent if you can afford to build a simple 3-Bedroom and tell him you are building a house for him, the news will restore his pride and yours and shut the lips of the naysayers and also buy him sometime to enjoy the village.

As for his Electric Pole business, it is a good idea, but he can start with Block Making business after the house is complete, there is a chance he can get back on his feet with it.

I hope this my post gets to the FP, so I can get insights from a wider audience; even I know some might not make sense, but one thing I've learnt from the short time I joined this platform, is that - sense dey inside nonsense.

Pardon me, my write fit dey a bit lengthy.

I currently work with a multi-national startup coy. My net pay is a bit above 400k naira (this's at the moment), I've worked for about 2 years. I'm married with two kids and expecting the third.

Now my dilemma is that, I've not been able to save up funds, I feel like my living condition doesn't reflect what I earn. Shingbai like this, I no get for account. The last I could remember, I go deep hand for forex, e nearly give me hypertension (I lost about 2m). I still dey pay debt wey I incur as a result.

Now where I need assistance is, looking at the amount I'm earning, how do I spend? Please for those that will be kind enough to give suggestions, let it practically explained, as in help me break am down to the amount wey I suppose spend, how I suppose spend am, and wetin I suppose save.

I believe say many family people dey here wey get better experiences.

For some days now I have been on a serious dilemma whether to resign from my federal government job that pays me above N200k for my current position and migrate to the UK or stay in naija and set up a business to augment my salary.
