I know about this one but it's too unstable, you'd have full 4g and it'll still be buffering like there is no data and all of a sudden it skips and it's not in HD, it's soo grainy on my TV and I hate it. The ads are also worrisome but I'd be happy to overlook ads if atleast the quality of what I'm watching was good.

Showmax na frauds, I saw their adverts that's why I subbed for their full version, they advertised WWE and UCL matches but na only Europa dem dey show.

Sorry i couldn't be of much help to you brother. First of all, ShowMax is so fraudulent, i had it free for a month one time when it was tethered to Dstv Premium sub and i didn't enjoy it for one day, and 6.3k is just a crazy price to pay for something so basic IMO.

Anyways, i have basically tried everything for footy viewing especially PL and UCL including apps, but all were either unrealible and unstable, or both, i even tried twitter streaming, that was even the worse 😩😩.

So i just had to go back to DSTV, and mannn, thier price is steep af, especially for UCL footy which is on compact plus for 16.7k/month 😩, so i tether it to the Dstv Stream app.

So the choices are to manage the excess of these unstable apps, or let DSTV barb you kolos every month 😩 or invest in IPTV if you have a strong and "fairly" unlimited bandwidth.

No man. Sorry. Google are very strict with the API and constantly change it, the last mod was in August, and they've have changed it again so that MOD doesn't work anymore. Devs very reluctant to work on the app because of this.

Do let me know, what you hoped to accomplish with the app, let me see if i can find another mod app that offers similar experience.

This movie was total mess. The acting was just awful in this movie. The mother of the girl with cancer was just so deadpan on the news of her daughter's cancer that it was really painful to watch.
The LGBTQIA flag at the end was just so unnecessary, they just wanted to show support for "the cause" since there were no queer folks in the movie that it just felt fake
Bad jokes, weird corny lines, overused camera movements, bad editing, oversaturated story with a twist and emotional moments that didn't hit, this movie is a perfect 2/10

please let me correct your first statement...Yara Sayeh Shahidi cannot act to save her life...very very terrible actress. She actually thought a pretty face, the been card and being Nas's cousin could take her far in the industry with no talent...smh...she is basically the black Kristen Stewart.... extremely lukewarm acting skills.

Her being in that flick was already a huge red flag for me, i didn't even bother with it any further.

If you google Fz mov, google will hit you with a number of fake copies before you can even get to the actual site, but Google NN and the first hit is the actual site!. They are also so bold enough to even own a verified twitter handle where they announce new uploads, that's like an open invitation to get caught. Copyright infringement is kid stuff here compared to what goes on outside of here.

Omo....why DSTV still holds me by the balls is that, ISP here don't have "true unlimited internet" for a reasonable price, either there's a "hidden cap" or they throttle the speed or you have to pay a far higher price for for a bigger bandwidth, so going by this factor, it is cheaper for me to just do the DSTV sub, and sub for an ISP with at least 60GB cap monthly to cover my other media needs, and tbh, i have found out that it is quite enough as movies have become less and less impressive, and i see very fewer of them monthly and i have become quite selective coupled with the fact that i have some store in HDD that can conveniently carry me for years without needing to download. I stream all my music in HiRes Audio and even at that, i use about 10GB for that monthly, then the remaining 50gb or so is mighty fine for me. The last time i consume data like a glutton was the 650gb i used in March of 2020 and that was because it was peak COVID pandemic lockdown and i was bored out of my senses 😩😩 and seeing media was my only escape, but my Data usage pattern has drastically reduce since then.

Last year FBI and co and FIFA really went hard on piracy bruh. Before World Cup started they hunted down many popular football streaming websites off the net, especially _Hezgoal. Probably caught the ppl behind them and I heard ridiculous sums of fines to be paid.

Confusion full everywhere that period. No EPL or UCL streaming. It was darn hard to find where to stream matches without your data magically disappearing. It was after the Tournament and some months into this year before we come dey see alternatives.

The root cause is multiple copyrights infringement strikes and they have built the site over the years to diversify to to other areas other than movie uploads, so they couldn't be bothered with it anymore giving the inherent risk that accompanies it.

I almost never used it for media but i feel for those who really on it solely for thier media consumption, the simplicity attracted most, but like you said they will be fine, these times be like Hydra, i will when kick ass torrent did this kind of thing that year, and i was depressed, only for another set of techies to mimick it, and within days, it was back up and running.


They take this piracy thing serious now o, this year alone, I can't count how many times Google has informed me of copy infringement notice for some specific files in my google drive, but it is a "losing" battle some what. It's a case of block one door , and another one opens. The general consensus here is that these piracy and copyright issh is a Nigerian thing, very far from it, You see Asians,to be specific india and Indonesia? Na there be pirate hub, i am most certain all the media we consume from these sites, stems from the encodes of these guys but dem no dey loud am. Nigerians are unnecessarily loud for no reason. Nobody do fraud reach Russians,Indians and Pakistanis but you no go hear pin from them, that one na talk for another day.


I have basically just depended on DSTV for football needs, and the most annoying part is that, that's the only thing they are good for, now. Almost 17k just dey go to these guys monthly just for me to see 22 men kick a leather around every other Saturday 😭😭

NN has basically just announced that they have stopped doing movie/shows encodes. Maan, i genuinely feel for them, running a pirated site with your IP pinging from Nigeria, is basically career suicide, is like you don't want to make money off the site, as first off, Adsense will make your life a living hell not to talk of the numerous downtime and strikes your site will get. So i completely understand this decision.

Now, why i do not condone Piracy, In an ideal world, it is a despicable thing to do, but we don't live in an "ideal world, do we"?. There are various media outlets with exclusive rights to the various movies or shows we like, So if i want to watch say, GOT, BB, Sex Education, Extraction, CODA and EPL I would have to be subscribed to HBO, AMC+, Netflix and Apple Tv and DSTV!, mind you some of these services aren't even available world wide, it means my entire earnings each month will be for media and enjoyment alone and i still have to pay $400 a year to Adobe to use thier creative cloud suite 😩, who is to say I'm am not gonna be living under a bridge within a year of doing all these with no penny to my name 😭😭 because according to the wise man, Speed Darlington who opined the famous words, "How much am i even making"? 😭😭

So it is practically impossible to get all your content from one place, i was looking for "The Leftover" Score by Max Richter on the Apple Music last night, that I'm been charged for like clockwork on the first of every month, and lo and behold, They didn't have the rights to it, so i had no choice than to pull up my Spotify mod. My friend in the UK, basically can't watch EPL on Saturday afternoons, because the tickets to the game are almost always sold out, and no cable tv shows the games at that time, so he's left with pirating the game and keep risking a jail term from streaming a Brentford vs Fulham game 😩😩.

People think piracy is easy, but it is actually not, These guys are risking thier lives and actual jail time to bring you these "goodies", thier only revenue stream is from the numerous ads on the site, they use in masking out the actual purpose of the site. I know i am always the "give you the straight gdrive" links guy here, but sometimes take the pains to go through these site with the ads to get the link. There was this guy back then that goes by the name of "Andrew Patrick" when i was in my sophomore year in UNI, man this brother successfully mimicked ITUNES, you could get all the ITUNES library songs, well arranged with art work, lyrics and all, all fro free on his site. Maaann, Apple sent several warnings to him, but he ignored, and it became a federal case, with Apple suing for 22M dolls, FBI had to put out a search warrant for this brother!, it turns out, he was just 19, living in the slums of Brazil, the last i heard was that, he basically had to move countries and get a whole new identity!.

Now while this piece is not a Piracy prop as i do try my best to avoid it as much as possible, but maaann we have to be realistic here.

Finally if Dr. XJ and Valhalla and other good folks of the PSA site, decides to stop this encoding thing one day, I'd be totally lost i tell ya, they are like the only people that will move me if they stop tbh.😩😩

Your opinion tho 👀 it wasn't the best horror movie I've ever watched but looking at the budget and its limits, I found it to be fun to watch. Not all horror movies have to be jump scares throwing at your face tho, have you watched the Thing or Hereditary?

You people keep bringing up budget. I don't think the problems that irked me in the flick could be solved by a bigger budget. I have seen better short horror films on YT, shot with a phone and a tripod. Besides, it's like you don't know how movie making work in Australia do you?. The government actually have a body called "Screen Australia", who are on the prod. of this, that actually fund and promote thier movies and shows, directly from the government coffers, so they could have had access to a bigger budget if they needed to.

Not all Horror flicks should have jump scares. Agreed, but at least have a good premise and excellent delivery so i won't miss the jump scares, you didn't give me.

I've been following the director's YouTube channel- Racka Racka brothers for years and knew what they could do. I know they would do better with a bigger budget tho

The cast was the most annoying thing about the flick. Except you haven't been really been following horror flicks for a while, because this looked nothing different than the thousands before it. I honestly expected different, at least make be tremble and have dread!, Instead they tried to make it ambiguous for no reason.

Most likely the first movie in months that i have had very high hopes for, going in , only to have it dashed so spectacularly. It was so bottom tier 😩😩.

A rare A24 L.

Now there is a reason why I don't care for the horror genre, been that there is a massive lack of creativity and ingenuity in the genre, as they are all just repeating the same 4 or 5 storylines and giving it different names. I saw this, with young film makers, that shouldn't be too influenced much by the past coupled with it being a A24 prod, i decided to give it a spin and i was left a tad disappointed.

If you have ever seen a horror movie with a bunch of people communicating with the dead or the spirit world via an Ouija board or a chain or anything, then you have probably seen this movie in it's entirety and you might as well skip it. They were so many ways they could have made it unique, but they just played it safe with the same old tired plot and it all just fell apart .

The cast were insufferable, i probably would have enjoy it better if the cast were adults. Small praise to the cinematography.

All in All, it is a classic "Great premise but terrible execution" situation. The obvious lack of substantial jump scares and dread for a supposed horror flick is unforgivable, at least the last Horror flick i saw, Smile (2022), delivered in that regard and even tried to be a little bit creative, It is ceilings above this.

A sub-par watch that i can't be bothered to recommend to anyone.

VOD is coming out December

It might actually get to December because Christopher Nolan is such a stubborn "cinema freak", him and Tom Cruise, i don't know who is worse, left to these lot, VOD releases for movies should be scrapped. They both favour a long cinema run and them Direct to Blu Ray copy.

The movie is still guaranteed IMAX screens for a while because CN actually use IMAX cameras and so the wait for the VOD will be rough 😔.

Shame i passed up the opportunity to see it on the first weekend, and i thought the wait for the VOD will be normal, till i read his contract with the Distribution Company 😔. My freetime with the showtime of it where i am, never did sync up, so it's a long wait 😩
