What is the man's offence? The woman may have died of natural causes. An autopsy should be carried out. |
Jeezuzpick:If the clinical trials are successful, the technique will reach Nigeria very soon, possibly within the next two to four years. Factors that will determine its use in Nigeria will include: - Cost of purchasing the device. - Cost of maintaining the device. - Power supply to the device. - Acceptability of the technique in our environment. - Training of doctors on how to use the device. The people who make money from the status quo, can also make money from new technology. |
babecode:How did she know his name? |
Ayoslimzy:You're right. They are a problem to foreigners in general, and to the United States in particular. The United States government pays EFCC to carry out these arrests. Another incentive for EFCC is that they get to keep whatever money and property they confiscate from them. |
The lady went for a date willingly. She stayed at the boyfriend's house for a few days. Eventually, she went back home. To confront her father, she came up with the story of being held against her will and sexual molestation. (Alternatively, the father may have initiated the story to avoid embarrassment.) The story does not add up. Why would twelve men hold up a single lady, yet only one "sexually molested" her? Anyway, it was the father who lodged a complaint with the police. |
If there is rivalry between Saudi Arabia and Iran, they should not use Nigeria as their battleground. |
The video does not show distribution of money to everybody. However, even if money was distributed, so what? We are not told where the money came from. Those who work at Amnesty International are not volunteers; they are paid salary. |
There's nothing wrong with admitting (for training) first and verifying the certificates later. This is what universities and polytechnics do. The Nigeria Police do not have control of the time it would take West African Examinations Council (WAEC) to verify all the certificates. It would cost less, as well as take less time, for 10,000 certificates to be verified than for 80,724 certificates to be verified. |

For identification, the op may open the dead snake's mouth (carefully). If there are fangs, the snake is venomous. If there are several teeth, but no fangs, the snake is non-venomous. |
niaralandtopuser:Has tramadol really been banned? I am yet to come across any official statement that the drug has been banned. |
naptu2:Okay. Thank you for the information. |
The mosquito nets may be "Not For Sale" as stated by USAID, but the mosquito nets may not be "Not For Sale" by law. If USAID does not want the mosquito nets to be sold, then providing the nets for free is not enough. They should also provide sufficient funds for transportation and distribution of the nets all over the country. For those who do not want to pay for the mosquito nets that are "for sale" in the market, they should go to the USAID office (wherever it is) and collect a few for themselves. |
The fall doesn't appear to be severe. The couple may watch the video later and laugh over it. |

She has filed a complaint. Does a statute of limitation apply for this type of complaint? - If yes, then there is no case. - If no, then the police may investigate. The complainant should prove: - That sexual intercourse with the accused took place at that time. - That she did not give consent. - That she was underage. (It is possible that she was 18 or 19 years at that point in time.) |
Death sentence for kidnapping is too harsh. A prison sentence of between four and fourteen years is appropriate. A death sentence gives no incentive for the kidnapper to keep the victim alive. |
Why are several of them bare-footed? |
What is a standalone subject? |
udomoh:This cannot be true. It is unlikely that he caused the death of 46 patients within a period of five months without anybody raising alarm. |
Edithfavourite:The sentences will run concurrently, so the option of fine for counts 1 and 2 only will not serve any purpose. |
Dotwhyz:EFCC targets them because the United States government has told them to do so. EFCC serves United States interests. |
