If you be bank and give an individual loan for a specific project, won't you monitor the spending to ensure that it is in ligne with what they requested the loan for? Because if you no monitor and advise the individual periodically then he will use the loan waywardly and won't be able to reimburse the loan as agreed. So the IMF is monitoring the Nigerian economy so that them no go default on the loan they collected from the World Bank.

Thou should not judge... Just leave them to their Creator; just ensure you live an examplary life yourself.

Please can you come up with a building plan for a simple but decent and affordable 4 bedrooms bungalow plan?
The land area in 100 by 100. The building should start with a porch, an ante room with a small visitor's toilet then the main lounge and dining area with enough ventilation and sunlight. The kitchen can be accessed from the dining area and from a corridor leading to the rooms. Kitchen should come with a pantry/store, with an island/middle counter, and with a back porch and a small laundry space. All the rooms must be ensuite. It will be preferable for one of the main/windows of the masters bedroom to face the main entrance so that from the room i can see who is entrying the compound. Master's bedroom should also have an average walk-in closet.

Y'all talking about IT skills. I am not an IT engineer but I earn much more than some. Get HR Certifications and become an HR Business Partner. A good certification / Masters in International Law can also land you a lucrative role.
