franchasng:did you catch Rochas Okorocha red handed Mr Igbo man? say it here |
Ambcharles:all these happen in all other states too, the problem is not peculiar to Imo state alone. I believe the problem is from Federal level. Meanwhile you built a University for yourself as governor, your wife built a multi-billion naira estate, your sister built a multi-million naira supermarket. What other proofs Mr investigator?have you asked yourself where is Okorocha getting all the money to do this for himself? Very true, it will be difficult for him to achieve all these if he had not been a governor, but the fact still remain that there are international organizations who grant loans to investors having established names or brands which okorocha must have harnessed for all these. He possibly couldn't take a dime from the state treasury without the approval of the national assembly, it's not possible. Anyway, the Imo people just have to know that they are being manipulated. Gov Emeka Ihedioha is now in power and will do anything to frustrate Okorocha going by what happened in 2018. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2018/08/imo-and-the-bubble-burst/ Every Allegations of Okorocha using public funds for himself are already circulated among the people and they are already believing it, therefore the op of this thread has come up with his own. That is what we call political manipulation of the electorates by politicians. Imo people should not allow themselves to be used. Whatever grudges Ihedioha is having against Okorocha he should exclude Imo people out of their matter and face Okorocha himself. I'm not supporting what okorocha did in the past by engineering the impeachment of his deputy and sacking traditional institutions which Ihedioha was against, but if Ihedioha is still holding that against okorocha then, he should not use the people to fight okorocha, he should use other means like the court which ofcourse he did in the past and the court failed to tender justice till this moment. Unfortunately, that is the kind of country we find ourselves, the judiciary is a mess |
Ambcharles:is that all? No evidence of misappropriation of public funds? |
valicious1:where are your evidence that okorocha used public funds to acquire all these? Did okorocha not having construction companies, schools and other businesses before he became governor? |
The leader of Indigenous People of Biafra, Nnamdi Kanu on Thursday claimed that his men have successfully trapped President Muhammadu Buhari in Japan. In a statement he personally signed, Kanu said that President Buhari, has been encircled and trapped by members of IPOB in his (Buhari) hideout in a Yokohama hotel. Kanu also vowed that his group knows where the President’s presidential jet is and will never allow him to leave Japan. The IPOB leader claimed that “even if they try to smuggle ‘Jubril-Buhari’ out by hiding him in a diplomatic bag, that they (IPOB) shall get hold of him. Kanu added, “How come all of their so-called Elites, Intellectuals, Professors, Academics, Opinion Leaders, Politicians, Royal Fathers, Pundits, Pastors, Native Doctors, are silent as their government keeps on dishing out lies upon lies, deceit upon deceit, fake picture after fake picture, fake video after fake video, but are busy worrying about IPOB confronting their dirty murderous politicians abroad? “Whether shame will allow them to admit to it or not, …. That is why they have this elaborate dance of shame going on in Japan with fake pictures. “We have now made sure that every government of the world is aware of this national disgrace and most heinous and despicable act being perpetrated by Fulani cabal. No amount of badly photoshopped pictures, fake videos lies and doctored images will save Jubri-Buhari. “Those that claim custody of societal morals and values have suddenly lost their tongue, paralysed by fear of the killer Fulani cabal in Aso Rock. In front of them is a national fraud of immense proportion being perpetrated by a bunch of criminals in high political office but out of fear and ingrained cowardice, they have chosen to keep quiet in the face of evil. This scale of deceit is not only historic but unprecedented, yet these people that claim to know it all are gravely silent. “We smell blood and are closing in for the kill. Jubril-Buhari is encircled and trapped by IPOB in his hideout in a Yokohama hotel. There is no escape for him. We know where his presidential jet is and will never allow him to leave Japan. Even if they try to smuggle him out by hiding him in a diplomatic bag, we shall get hold of him. “Those the government killed through their Army and Police as a result of Operation Python Dance, including those that fell at Nkpor, Onitsha, Enugu, Aba, Afaraukwu, Ngwa, Mbiama and Igweocha are crying from the grave. We must not let them down. “Check this video posted by the President of Liberia and tell me if you can find Jubril-Buhari in it. Every other head of state is there except the Sudanese impostor Nigerians adopted as their president. Common to demand live video of the event from Femi Adeshina, they can’t. Shame on them.” https://www.ripplesnigeria.com/nnamdi-kanu-claims-buhari-has-been-trapped-by-ipob-in-japan/ |
peggywebbs:from what i have seen about Nigerians, about 80% of Nigerian Christians are like this Georgetim2. They see wealth and money as the goodness of God not minding how the money or wealth is acquired whether they are acquired legitimately or not. They are like house wives who expects their husbands to bring money back home not minding how the man is getting the money. They see nothing wrong with not minding how the man is getting the money afterall it is the responsibility of the man to provide for the family. This is how corruption start. It starts from the home and is gradually spread to the society. And politicians, religious leaders and public officials who are products of the society are not different. |
Georgetlm2:very disgusting comment. Do you read the op at all? Incase you don't know, you are not different from a yahoo boy who goes to church to give testimony after defrauding people. Corrupt Nigerians!! |
We need this kinda sacks in Nigeria |
jacksonkennedy:atleast the boko haram boomings has reduced compared to how it was when the 2015 prediction came up, so the issue of Nigeria breaking up now is out of it. |

abels:look! I don't give a damn about him, all i want to see is justice |
Police custody does not necessarily mean he is being detained right? |
OLAADEGBU:thanks my bro |
ikorodureporta:no one has the prerogative right to determine whether a person is a Christian because he is baptised or not, as being a Christian or not, is a personal conviction. One can believe in Christ deep within him but he is not showing it to people in any form, that becomes a personal terms between the person and his God, at that point the person is a Christian. He declared himself Christian by believing and heaven will stand by him irrespective of what humans think about him whether they think he is baptised or not. Romans 10:8 But what saith it? The word is nigh thee, even in thy mouth, and in thy heart: that is, the word of faith, which we preach; The truth is, no one can speak words from his mouth affirmatively of what he is not convinced of |
OLAADEGBU:lie! There are no scriptures supporting that and it does not even apply in reality. Rather, scriptures affirmed that we are saved through our faith, and in reality Christianity is our faith. So, if I'm born into a Christian home I'm automatically a Christian except i change my mind to join other religions other than Christianity like Islam or Budhaism. To confim this, look at what Jesus himself said. John 3:14 And as Moses lifted up the serpent in the wilderness, even so must the Son of man be lifted up: John 3:15 That whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have eternal life. The son of man is the religion that houses a group of people called Christians who believed in him,That religion is Christianity. The son of man founded Christianity at his resurrection for this purpose, to save as many people as possible. Remember the story? A group of Israelites were saved from death in the wilderness simply because they looked up to the serpent, and others who refused to raise to up to the serpent died. you will have to consciously make that decision by yourself.the only decision to make is to look up to Jesus not to look up to my ability. Looking up to Jesus implies believing in Christ only. John 3:16. I was brought up and groomed by my Christian parents to believe that is the concept, an advantage. In that case, it will be very hard for me to be convinced to join other religions that is how salvation works. |
Only rapists run from the police when they are accused |
He is not even saying if we restructure our education, learn how to invent and export goods to generate extra revenue like other developed countries are doing, rather he is saying we should pray. A good way to brainwash Nigerians and market your philosophy |
RexTramadol1:where did you get all these lies from? Certainly not from the bible but from the imaginations Dr D. K. Olukoya. Questions you need to ask yourself before picking your bible to read : 1. At what point in the bible was Christianity as a religion founded? 2. Was there any Christian in the bible who was delivered from demon spirit? I'm very sure Olukoya as never sat down in his life one day to ask himself these questions before infusing his diabolical beliefs of existence of demons among Christians. Otherwise , demon casting or deliverance should not be found in any church. Remember, only Christians worshipped in churches, no Muslim is found worshiping in church Now, I have just said something that require deep thinking to understand. Before you quote me, think over it very deeply and understand where I'm coming from. |
denisbid:I have Jesus already. I don't need their financial help so I can't possibly go to church though I go once in a while just to enjoy the service with friends ![]() But they should reserve it for church members who need it, infact, that is what they should be doing with all the tithe money, helping people! |
Firstorderwizard:your relationship with God has nothing to do with church. John 3:16 says whosoever believes in him, not whosoever go to church. attending church on Sundays?first of all, you have to understand what your faith is. Your faith is believing in Christ for your salvation. Is that synonymous to church going? No! if yes, how can I rekindle my zeal for attending church on Sundays?if you truly want to attend church, make friends with people in church who they either benefit from you or you benefitting from them. You must have a target of a tangible thing you want to achieve in church. Whether you want to enjoy the relationship with the people or you may need some financial help which will require them seeing you coming to church all the time. |
So, what's the aim and objective of the church? |
INTU-RESTING ![]() But since the emergence of E. A Adebole and this likes in this country since the 70's till now there have been a steady moral decadence among the youths and politicians of the Christian extract from that moment till now? Many youths are now looking for means to make fast money such as stealing public funds, playing baba ijebu or 9ja bet , defrauding whitees through the internet and even kidnapping for ransom all because they were made to believe and were given the African traditional mind set that it is possible to become wealthy through responding "AMEN" to E. A Adeboye's prophesies of miraculous blessings in church without working for the money, a belief system that is not common among European youths who are more realistic, educated and doing great exploit in their societies without religion Nigerian problem is multi- dimensional jare!! ![]() |
I had a dreamyou had hallucination not a dream a man was brought before a council .. his crime was preaching Jesus .the man is beheaded for preaching Jesus, sinners who don't repent and could not preach Jesus are beheaded too unless they repent. Who is then safe? |
It will only work when both parties are not religious conservatives but liberal people. |
Many of the fraudsters indicted are rccg members. They like money eh! |
budaatum:someone who went to secondary without ssce certificate is not different from a secondary school leaver |
"A person shall be qualified for election to the Office of President if: (a) He is a citizen of Nigeria by birth; (b) He has attained the age of forty years; (c) He is a member of a political party and is sponsored by that political party; and (d) He has been educated up to at least SCHOOL CERTIFICATE LEVEL OR ITS EQUIVALENT (emphasis mine)." - Section 131 of the 1999 constitution |
