End of 1st quarter: Nigeria 22-11 Senegal |
I just finished watching the highlights of the Senegal v Mozambique game. Man, D’Tigress will effectively be the away team cos the Senegalese fans made lots of noise! I’m fact, it will be as though the game were taking place in Senegal. Also, due to the height of the Senegalese players, we will need the likes of Promise and E. Kalu to really make those mesmerizing drives to the paint. A quick-passing game is what is needed! |
D’Tigress are now 19-0 against African opposition, and 17-0 in Afrobasket play!! |
Queenslander:8pm Nigerian time |
Famocious:Thanks for the updates! |

Victoria Macaulay tensioning the internet!

Last time D’Tigress were up against Cote D’Ivoire, D’Tigress won 98-43 in the 2017 quarterfinals |
AkinDS:You are on point sir. That’s why the likes of Iniesta and Xavi will always be reverted by true football analysts because they are the very definition of football efficiency. They only attempt to dribble when it’s absolutely necessary; and their passes almost always come in the right weight and angle for the attacker |
There was a moment in the game when Uchenna Kanu had the chance to pass to Oshoala (I think) and put her through on goal, but Kanu chose instead to try to dribble a SA defender. Then the defender successfully robbed her of the ball ![]() I was so incensed as to how a supposed senior player lacked basic soccer intelligence |
marvin906:Especially Rita Chikwelu |
0-3 |
Kanu should have passed there!! |
D’Tigress are now 18-0 against African opposition in competitive matches, and 16-0 in Afrobasket play!! |
I thought the Senegalese were good 3-point shooters, but the Egyptian ladies are on a different stratosphere!! The Egyptians annihilated Guinea with excellent 3-point FGs |
Emaprince:But Chinwe still dey for Enugu… |
steady986:The team started slowly, but destroyed Mozambique in the second half! They channeled the spirit of the US teams at the Olympics |
D’Tigress are now 17-0 against African opposition in competitive matches; and 15-0 in Afrobasket play |
Pidginwhisper:Don’t know I was watching on live basketball dot com |
FT: Nigeria 67:50 |
End of 3rd quarter: Nigeria 53:42 Mozambique |
Half time. Nigeria 29:33 Mozambique D’Tigress missed a lot of fairly easy 2-point shots |
