Chei, look at the one who is supposed to be canvassing for the use of video technology to minimize rigging!!! Nigerians, wake up, PDP has perfected plans to rig the election, and we must not give them the chance. such a pity |

25omega:i wish we know what development in science and technology really means!!!! kudos to the dude for wat hamas fighters and unschooled talibans know the right mixture of chemicals that will produce a rocket with a known range, and a university graduate did that in nigeria, and it made it into the newpapers. The school that came 3rd in 1996 JETS competition came with a rocket. To develop technologically doesn't mean starting from the scratch, it will always be a wasted effort. It is not the "inventor" 's fault, but the fault of his lecturers who have not idea on how to properly direct/harness the effort of their students (BTW, I finished from Minna too in 2004) .we will never grow if we celebrate "copy and paste" of a >100-yr-old tech |
dont get it re-inventing the wheel?? this is not an invention sir, not the way to develop technologically!! millions of hour-work have been invested into rocket science, there is no need to start it all over again, learn from wat has been done, criticise it, and build someting better based on thati still dont get y we celebrate mediocrity in this country |
@Beaf - I have always respected you and your line reasoning and argument. however, on this matter/thread, I feel you are just shouting instead of discussing, and want to force gej down pple's throat coz not many pple are viewing this issue from your perspective. not good!!!! repent now |
Ouch, babasoty: |
sacrifice a "pawn" to get the "queen", nice manoeuvre!!! i bet he was not suspended because of his comment but because of some in-house deals that went sour |
if this is true, then ELDEE has just earned my respect and loyalty |
does this warrant this attention/publicity? |
still wondering how she earned/acquired the "dame" title, lol , title-crazy illiterate |
our judiciary can't cope with the number. will advise inec to 1) prosecute some notable ones among those found 2) disenfranchise every other person known to have committed the same offence (and publish the new register(after the disenfranchisement) before election) |
I'm loving this!!! check ou this link http://reclaimnaija.net/ nigerians gotta make use of IT to stop rigging, will like to suggest to the site owners to provide the means through which 1) videos can be uploaded 2) election malpractice can be reported via facebook stand up for your right, nigerians |
D'banj speaking for "Nigerian youths" is the highest form of insult we have received recently!Does he know what it means to go through a Nigerian University for 4+x years&come out without a job?Does he understand what biznesses go thru in an economy without fundamentals?Does he understand what it means to wake u tired and hopeless everyday??Doesn't he understand dat d Nigerian youth has come to love entertainment just to "forget their sorrows"?D'banj shud pls tell Mr Goodluck (copied from a friend's status on fb) |
This moooron continued and allowed the Governor of Katsina to engage in a Presidential campaign minutes after the governors motorcade just killed Eight innocent citizens in a road accident. No remorse or sympathy is showed for lost life. Some who would be breadwinnersthey didnt even make any reference to them, or pay any form of respect to them during the campaign, as little as 10 secs of silence was not accorded to them, to him(gej), it is the case if some soon-to-be-replaced "instruments" lost to accident |
if he wins, i will start a countdown from 365*4 days of stagnation in nigeria, and will wish nigerians goodluck |
honestly, i m still wondering how jonathan reasons and i question his knowledge about growth and development. how is an airport in a state going to help many of the states in nigeria to develop?? which airlines will be flying the airports? whose interest will the airport serve (politicians or the state)? instead of airports, a promise a 5 - 10 km light rail(tram) system in every state capital will do. think he needs a fashola to advise him on his plans and policies. btw, this jonathan of a man is making me to think that there should be a law which states that anybody aspiring to be president must have stayed in one first world country for at least six months |
how many pple must it happen to b4 ogd knows that once you fall out of favour with obj (4 watever reasons), never ever try to reconcile, learn from atiku, ibb, sunday afolabi , and those that tried to reconcile them |
nnnnaaa, brosss sun_of_god, haba nowwww, how u go say death and sleep na the same thing, check am welll nw, "igi imu jina si ori", no b small distance buhari take gap jonathan oooo, haha, the only thing wey buhari lack (wey jonathan over-get, and dey make her misbehave) na confidence. one thing wey just dey b say, i no fit give buhari pass mark based on 15 seconds written speech, but for dis one wey i hear, she no carry last oooo |
a friend of mine, who is a fresh graduate and jobless, is in a dilemma!!! he got invited for nnpc test and ptdf test and both are to take place on the same date. he is now confused on which one to go for i advised him to go for the one where his chances are brighter, but 1) he does not know anybody in both organisations 2) chance of being selected in ptdf is 200 selected/6000 applicants, however, he does not have the same info for nnpc so, can you advise, please, |
one thing i know jona knows how to do well is giving orders that any secondary school student will give, given the same situation, for instance, --jonathan orders the probe of the fire incident at , --jonathan orders the construction of a road --jonathan orders the IG to fish out the criminals --jonathan orders the sale of , --jonathan orders , |
the office of the first lady is not in our law/constitution in the first place, meaning that, jonathan would do better by not imitating his predecessors and creating that office. she will do well by running a proper non-governmental organisation. can anybody remember the first/last time you heard the voice of david cameron, gordon brown, tony blair's wife ![]() by the way, i heard she is a graduate too?? a disgrace to our educational system! |
know this thread is meant to be a joke, but i dont see the joke in literally interpreting idiomatic expression which has an "obvious" meaning |
Sparkle777:agreed!! grammar no be my language, but referring to umbrella (a very commonly used term which does not really have indigenous language substitute) as umbrera, oblera, umblela, umblera, within the space of 10second tells me a lot about the IQ of the first lady |
got me thinkin abt wat other vp candidates are bringing to their ambitions table, fola adeola money and few sw votesnamadi sambo northern governor's votes, |
just remembered this thread while watching the "umblera" video, cant stop laughin |
actually, the biscuit is not meant to buy votes, but to remind nigerians that they have to vote for jonathan. i would think the biscuits will be sold at a heavily subsidized price, and who knows, maybe the biscuit was done by a jonathan enthusiast and jonathan does not know anything abt it , lol but no matter how one looks at it, the idea is as dumb and lame as jona himself nuhu ribadu all the way |
million thanks to goodluck for bring biscuits to nigeria |
Poor telecom infrastructure, for instance , no functioning national carrier |
i can only hope that what you mean by housemaid is not in anyway connected with modern day slavery which is popular in nigeria nowadays |
na wa ooo, the poster presented issues, but my dear nairalanders are discussing/arguing over religion and ethnicity - nt the way to think if we want to move forward. better to go back to the issues presented earlier |
pulling out at the last minute and feeding nigerians with crap?? do these guys (pdp/jonathan) think they can bullshit nigerians with these rubbish excuses |
