As a Nigerian who have lived in Kenya for a while I am undecided and am sure by now the NFF would have made it up to the visiting team. The fact is - when Nigerians do hear of Kenya, we all think its a village or some sort. Kenya is actually far more better than what we think or would have imagined. Now let's look forward to the match! #Football

I can't blame anybody really. off to swim.

have fun

I predict a nigerian win.That shouldn't come as a suprise.
It's like pitying kenya's rugby team against Nigeria's.

Each country knows it's strength and Nigeria's strength is football.
Football fan? not me,so let the best team win.

davades: So kenyans are even on NL....

Nope actually we have animals.I am proud to be one of them.I think am an alligator.See? doesn't change a thing.I am an accomplished fulfilled animal living a full life in a God blessed nation. And I love NL.
I cannot apologise for that and I don't expect you to apologise for being in Nigeria.

When a nigerian/Kenyan talks about Aids in another african nation I can only pity cz statistics exists.
When each mentions starvation I don't need to look far.
How about Colour? Give the world a break. That's silly.
So what brings these two nations together? A 3rd world Mentality.
grin shame
Sports / Re: Kenyans Respond To Nigeria's Treatment Of Harambee Stars Via Twitter by pendo89(f): 6:22pm On Mar 22, 2013
I am suprised that those kids on twitter know so much about Nigeria.
Kenyans from what I know are twitter bullies.I can't dispute that. They bullied the foreign media during election period to submission and Obama himself after he made a nasty remark on the same.He was forced to reiterate, so this nigeria/kenyan dissing is a shallow game of idlers.
But what I am seeing is patriotism at his best. Each willing to defend his country no matter the means and language. Not a bad thing.
The only sad fact is this.
We cannot stand up and fight for change/progress within our own 3rd world struggling countries but we can come together to fight a common enemy

Why the hulaballo yet EAfricans prefer Ghana to Nigeria because of a number of factors ranging from economy, corruption, infrastructure, electricity, security etc.
Nigerians don't like EA because it 'small' in size and economy,So where is the common ground? The two are like North and South pole.

Evil is the only stuff that brings Africans together. Africa will never reedem itself if a pitch black african can still call another black.Very useless mentality.

These are the stuff affecting our societies daily which we can't address but we have sharpened our tongues ready to lash out.

Kenyans started it for sure!it started with one person and everybody joined in.

It's become silly dissing based on what people pick from nollywood and media and kids are having a fun day
Sports / Re: Kenyans Respond To Nigeria's Treatment Of Harambee Stars Via Twitter by pendo89(f): 6:11am On Mar 22, 2013
grin grin I woke up and found a post on my fb page about this dissing.
A very naive person bumping into this thread or on twitter and by naive I mean anybody that doesnt have a clue about Kenya/Nigeria will only draw the following conclusions.

Kenya
They walk naked
They live in the bush
They have no electricity
Internet connection is a luxury
They are starving
They are so thin
They are black as charcoal
No roads
They don't drive but run
Terrorism is rife

Nigeria.
They are scammers/kidnappers
They are into occult and witchcraft
They are ritualists with traces of cannibalism
They eat any living thing
They are loud aggressive and ready to fight
Every home in nigeria has a generator
To woe a girl in nigeria one needs a generator
Ghosts roam the streets
People easily tranform into goats and snakes.
They are poverty stricken and hungry
No roads
Terrorism is the order of the day
Most nigerians are con preachers
They fill all jails in the world.

While this dissing is taking place, tourists and people that matter to the Kenyan economy are trooping and checking into luxury hotels and enjoying the good infrastructure and climate.
Same applies to Nigeria.Oil is flowing in the fields and the city is booming with business.

Now how can I make money out of the above ignorance?? Perhaps encourage an exchange tour to wipe out the ignorance or do a documentary.
I think media takes the blame cz of what they air because people's minds are corrupted.

But I like what smbody said said ' BOTH ARE THIRD WORLD! and so they are wasting time arguing over nothing.
Wait and see what happens when Kenya loses which I believe they will. Some will yell 'JUJU' in action.
ha! tiring

Yeah, that's my embarrassment too which is why I told them that we are one African people and shouldn't mock ourselves.
I saw a group of four persons in the mall last sunday, one looked familiar like a Nigerian I know. I said hi and when I realized that they are Ghanaians we all greeted with much warmth. If I open my door right now and meet a Kenyan, I will be glad to see my fellow African person and won't ever dream of belittling such in tweets and such. Africans have been through a lot, have come a long way and shouldn't be caught abusing themselves especially the part about body structure. Tasteless dissings there. They should stop.

Hope you are good dearie?

A nigerian made contact with me from this nl.He is in Kenya working on contract and he is such a nice guy.Told me there are many of them in Kenya.
I have ghanian friends as well and they are very warm. The only hostile people are the ones on twitter and nl like 190. grin

ok I am no respecter of persons.you can be from mogadishu and I will still love you cz tomorrow i might seek refuge in your country.

Is this match still on by the way? I think it should be called off grin grin grin grin . It's soo tasteless like rubberband.

Now b4 I go,I present the award winning nl 'attack' to no one but 190.you carried the day.

ogugua88: The truth is that what Harambee stars experienced is unacceptable. Our country reeks of crap and we tolerate that crap until foreigners tell us we smell. Then we get defensive. Na the way forward? Well done o.

We keep calling ourselves the giant of Africa. Can we start acting like it and look like a giant of Africa?

This is a sober argument. No insults just real facts. You are one of the future leaders of Nigeria.

“The Nigeria Football Federation was instructed by FIFA Security Officer assigned for the match Mr Beckles Patrick from Barbados that they have breached the hosting arrangements.
“After his intervention the team boarded the Charter flight for the one hour 5 minutes from Lagos and Calabar. The Nigeria football authorities were on hand to receive the team and usher them in to the five-star Channel View Hotel and offered a training ground,” a communiqué from FKF declared on Thursday.

The media is just fanning this out of proportion.

And to imagine that am not a football fan at all. grin grin infact sombody got angry with me for predicting a nigerian win cz truth be told, eagles are better. simple.
And i dont feel bad.

Honestly a lot of energy is being spent dissing each other instead of being creative and making money.Typical of us Africans.
Wasting so much time doing stuff that doesn't add value to our lives. What a shame yet neither is a first world country.Smh.
So what if Kenya has the best rugby team and Nigeria the best football team? What about you? Who are you? I mean who even knows that you exist? grin
The 'Dangotes' are too busy to waste time on such exchanges cz they are thinking of expanding their business to Kenya and Africa. So are the kenyan business men in partnership with nigerian co.
Many nigerians work in kenya and vv.I don't even see what the exchanges end up achieving at all.I hope no one takes it to heart cz it's silly.

Terrorism,419,yahoo yahoo,,hunger, poverty, music, power, internet, pathetic leaders, nollywood, witchcraft, ghosts, hunger are problems afflicting many African countries not only nigeria/kenya.
See,Most Kenyans believe that nigerians are 419,crooks and into deep witchcraft, blame nollywood and media.Nigerians on the other hand believe that Kenyans live in the bush, starve and walk naked. See how ignorant we all are? But the smart business guys know better and capitalise on each country's resources.
I now see why it is easy to colonise Africans and why divide and rule works in Africa. IGNORANCE is the worst disease afflicting Africans and we take pride in it by exhibiting it.
Like seriously, I wish it was SA versus either Nigeria or Kenya.Tomorrow each one wakes up to face their daily struggles, footballers do their stuff get paid and go home smiling while you are busy twittering nonsense.
I am wishing that people could convert those silly twitter exchanges for development.

ok have fun in whatever you do and be proud of it. smiley

ok this is a disgrace.

But hey angry cz I predicted a Nigerian win? phuuliz.
Just a reminder, Is this you who once said and I quote

that ni99a: HALLO I COME FROM KENYA BUT I LIKE SUPER EAGLES, WHAT IS THE SCORE? ANYONE KNOW, I HEAR NAIJA IS LEADING 3-0 IS IT TRUE. COME AND TEACH HARAMBEE STARS FOOTBALL PLEASE

Just relax. It's not life and death

What happened was that your team arrived after the only flight that goes to calabar had left and were then told that the next flight will be next day.
They then asked to use a nearby school to loosen up
I had your coach speak this morning as he confirmed that they are ok and ready to hit Calabar today.
I also listened to your players on sports track this morning saying they are ready to beat Eagles in Nigeria, just like Nigeria Players are saying that Harambe Stars are no match to them. These are some of the things that make sports interesting.
Some of the journalist sensationalise things and I have come to know that these are part of sports war fare which is expected though.
No qualms my brother, Nigeria and Kenya remains the best of friends and your Ambassador here in Nigeria attested to the fact the Kenya in South Africa supported Nigeria during the last AFCON

so guys forget the rage!

I am not even a football fan,I only give credit where it's due.
