APCNig:
Lagos-Ibadan Expressway
Lagos-Ibadan Railway
Kaduna-Abuja Railway
Ajaokuta-Itakpe-Warri Railway
Oyo-Ogbomoso Expressway
Apapa-Oshodi-Iyana-Oworo Expressway
2nd Niger Bridge
Port-Harcourt Airport remodelling
Nnamdi Azikiwe Airport Runway
Enugu International Airport renovation.

Those are few things that I have physically seen as being done (completed and ongoing) by this administration. Please list PDP's 16 years project.
All you listed are projects from PDP's "16 years".

U know, I was in love with the democrats before. I used to see them as the world's saviour and because I wasn't versed in USA politics, I hated everything republican. I even linked them to kkk .
Not until 2013 to 2014, I started seeing Obama and what he represented through the eye of a Nigerian in the way he alone systematically destroyed the little progress Nigeria made to please his brothers in Arab and by extension in Nigeria. It's because ex- Potus umbrella is shielding him, that man ought to live the rest of his life in prison.

"How is that...?"
1. First of, it is not my - It is our problem. Why? Cause first he calls Nigeria a shithole, not long after the Nigerian C in C visits, smiling and acting like he was not the one being referred to. No 2, Chump is only banning countries where he holds no business interest. The guy who recently carried out a terrorist attack on a military base was a Saudi Arabian, Chump did not ban Saudis... Like I said, he is just starting and he is a voice. Last week, white supremacist groups gathered in Virginia, despite all the outcry to register their presence in American society - to let us all know, they re going no where, their patron is in the White House. Chump spits on the blood of those who fought to build the country, through his rash and lack of control, he will drag the world into a third World war, force powerless countries to take sides, threatening a lily livered President like ours (with sanctions) to take sides and supply men to fight a war, we did not start. THEN IT WILL BE TOO MUCH OF A PROBLEM FOR ANY OF US TO DISOWN

"How do you threat Blacks here in Nigeria?"
I agree, Black on Black maltreatment, or should I say, Nigerian to Nigerian oppression is worse... majority of Nigerian (In Government or Not) are laying beds with spikes, shards of broken bottles and nails, sadly, these ignorant ones, know not that not only will the innocent suffer the pain of lying on it, but also their children's children. One cannot but feel pity for the children and the generations to come who will carry that name 'Nigerian'. Today, Nigerian is the most vilified, despised and disrespected specie of blacks Universe wide.

Are oil producing ethnic nations not treated like 3rd and 4th class citizens in Nigeria?
My Dear, after Northerners, the citizens of the Niger Delta are second in terms of individuals studying abroad on Scholarships worldwide. This has been my observation, while Jonathan was incumbent and perhaps reduced now, under GMB. My concern is, If all these graduates of Niger-Delta extract cannot and have not come back to better the lot of their home or demand better from the current Nigerian arrangement, then, if Nigeria were to disintegrate, the issue of 3rd or 4th class citizen is not the major problem of the Niger-Delta people

"If Blacks are mistreated ..."-
Indeed, Nigeria has failed and the only way now is for the country to split. YES! the current arrangement is not working. The British left Europe, cause it was no longer beneficial. What the Igbos, Hausas and others need to do, is to start relocating their resources back home to their villages of descent. Each group has the intellectual, economical etc manpower to replicate Lagos in their region. If the Politicians will not initiate the needful, the industrialists, intellectuals, bankers can initiate it for them. Let us not look at the cost of such seperation and continue to do ourselves great harm.

'Black unemployment ...." -
That is very untrue. Perhaps, in terms of underemployment, that is working in a warehouse, driving trucks etc. The number of blacks in American prisons are astronomically high and still growing. How many CEOs are black? How many black owned businesses make the Forbes 100

What else do you guys want? We dont want what we cannot give ourselves... that is Pride and Progress

"In case you don't know, it was Trump's plane that was used for Mandela's tour of America...":
Bruv, and did they tell you he offered it for free... Nope, HE WAS PAID! Consult your fact checker
To start with, people on scholarship is a very wrong way of measuring fair treatment!

Not many from the Niger Delta were on federal government scholarship. Those you claimed were on scholarship under Jonathan got that as ex combatants. Not because they are citizens and Nigeria deemed it fit for them to benefit from their God given resources.

Going by your statement, only Jonathan treated the Niger Delta fairly. If one takes your words to be true it means there is something inherently wrong with Nigeria and we don't have any moral right to point fingers at Trump or anyone else.
If in the last 60 years the Niger Delta was only able to be treated somewhat ' fairly' under Jonathan then you've inadvertently admitted her people are treated like 3rd or 4th class citizens in that enclave you call a country.

America is not Nigeria where people get on forbes list looting the Niger Delta's oil wealth. There are few Blacks on the forbes list due to historical , educational and mindset issues. There are no barriers preventing Blacks from getting on that list. It is not Nigeria where a politician can use police or customs to kill the business of his ethnic rival.

I don't know if you truly understand Nigeria or you are playing dumb!

I happen to be Ijaw from Rivers state, Ijaw oil producing communities lose more than 95 percent of their oil revenues to Nigeria and Rivers state. Under such circumstances how to you replicate " Lagos" in Rivers? What makes you even feel people want to have their own "Lagos" across Nigeria?

I hope you know, like Lagos, Rivers state has two ports but both were deliberately left to perform below their capacity due to ethnic reasons.

Just like Nigeria, Rivers state doesn't serve the interest of Ijaw communities in Rivers state. These are the things you guys fail to understand!

The reason being certain ethnic warlords have decided to make life unbearable for oil producing ethnic nations.

Do you think every airline would have made their aircraft available to ANC?

Why is 'racism ' in America your problem? How many times have spoken against ethnic bigotry in Nigeria?

In your comments you tactically tried to undermine ethnic bigotry for reasons best known to you, your country can't make any meaningful progress for as long as people like you live in denial.

But the question is what are they doing with all the funds?

It is unfortunate that the citizens they governed have been programmed to believe that for anything to be good in their lives, it must come from the FG, even if you cannot afford to buy a match stick for your kitchen, just cry to the FG!

Illiteracy is not a disease....... it is something worse!![/quote]Which Niger Delta states?

How would you call losing at least 87 percent of your income "making a hell of money"?

The Niger Delta states are being shortchanged by the rest of Nigeria. In fact Buhari should have increased VAT to 25 or 50 percent. Nigeria should rely on tax and let the Niger Delta states be.

Countries like Egypt, Morocco, South Africa and Ethopia all have an aviation strategy. Why has Nigeria refused to have one?

If the FG doesn't see it as a priority why prevent states or regions from developing their strategy and ecosystem?

What prevents Nigeria from merging Arik and Aero in a bid to form a national carrier?

What prevents us from increasing in bound flights at our airports?

How can international transits be increased?

What incentives can government give for the purchase of commercial jets?

If we have one of the world's largest private jet markets I believe that could be replicated in the commercial aircraft segment.

We have to act fast!

I believe these moves are not unconnected with the continental free trade agreement.

Sad thing is that there are thousands of these kinds of land dispute across Nigeria and no Nigerian government has developed a framework for resolving such disputes in the last 6 decades. The conflicts are further exacerbated by the elite and public perception that opportunities are limited in Nigeria.

There is a need to come up with solutions that will diffuse tensions like this. Economic growth cannot function under such circumstances.
Politics › Re: Falana: I Know An Ex-Governor Who Had A Killer Squad by PHijo(m): 3:49pm On Feb 04, 2020
iwaeda:
Human rights lawyer, Mr Femi Falana, SAN, said on Monday that he knew a former governor in one of the South-West states who had a killer squad that helped him to eliminate his political opponents.

Falana, who spoke at the University of Ibadan, said the former governor’s killer squad was headed by a police officer, who was the Chief Security Officer to the then-governor.

He said one of those killed by the killer squad was “a World Bank expert,” but he did not name the former governor in question.

Falana said one of the arguments against the creation of state police was that governors would use them to hunt their political opponents.

He, however, maintained that state police remained the solution to Nigeria’s insecurity problem.

He suggested how state police should be structured to insulate them against abuse by state governors.

A statement on Monday said Falana delivered the maiden Memorial Public Lecture in honour of late Prof. Olumuyiwa Awe at the Trechard Hall, UI.

He said, “Many citizens are opposed to the creation of state police for the fear that it may be used to haunt political opponents of some state governors. I know a state governor in the South-West who once had a killer squad headed by his Chief Security Officer, a police officer.

“One of the unarmed citizens mowed down by the illegal squad was a World Bank expert. All efforts to prosecute the suspects, who were indicted in several killings of unarmed citizens by the squad, have been frustrated by the state government. The story is the same in a few other states in the country. To that extent the fear of the possible manipulation of state police is genuine.

“To avoid a situation whereby abuse of police powers is decentralised any security service established by state governments should be democratically controlled. The service will be founded by the state governments and superintended by an independent state police council of five members. The members of the council should be accredited representatives of the state government, labour, women, youths and the business community.

“The service will police the state and see to the enforcement of all the laws enacted by the House of Assembly. The success of the civilian Joint Task Force in the counter-insurgency operations in Borno State has proved that the best way to police a country is to recruit, train and equip young men and women to operate in their own communities.

“The colonial practice of posting police personnel to operate outside their states of regions was meant to suppress and intimidate colonial subjects by strangers. It is a practice which has become counter-productive in a post-colonial state. Every police officer should operate in their community, speak the local language and mix freely with the people.”

https://punchng.com/i-know-an-ex-gov-who-had-a-killer-squad-falana/amp/
We don't need state police, what we need is ethnic police or police in the local council areas and all local councils should be created along ethnic or religious lines.

How can you prove that 6 million people lost their jobs under APC?

I have trashed this countless times here. Unemployment is not the same as job loss. For instance, if we have records that in Q2 of 2015, about 2 million people became unemployed, does that mean that 2 million people lost their jobs? People become unemployed for many reasons other than job loss. Some leave their jobs for reasons best known to them. Some lose their jobs because of their own negligence (which then is not a fault of government or the economy).

Imagine, some lecturers have also lost their jobs because they could not control their sexual urges. Now, this number of ràndy lecturers might be captured in the unemployment pool. They have become unemployed, but does it mean they lost their jobs because of the poor economy?

This is unlike under PDP where government directly took people's jobs away from them without any compensation. It took an APC government to remember these poorly treated people.
Make we hia word!

The 6 million lost their jobs due to Buhari 's failure to act

What about your own mother tongue?
Let me educate you, in every language words are either borrowed or coined. English has borrowed words from the Norman language, German, French, Hindi and even several languages.

The absence of certain words in a language is no excuse to discard it.

Before there was no word from objects like car, railway, aeroplane etc in English language.

Until the country Nigeria was created, the word Nigeria was nonexistent.

Some languages have committees that formulate new words. Nothings stops any of our local languages from towing that path.

I am strongly against pidgin being spoken in school, or anything different from the language that is taught. Like it or not, Nigeria is a multicultural entity, and as such we need a unifying lingua franca to better understand one another. Hence English. It annoys me when I see people speaking the English poorly. middle class citizens mind you, not necessarily the poor. Pidgin or vernacular is a poor man's language, and the sooner we stop representing that in all our media the better. Improving our mother tongue is also commendable. nothing wrong in that. In a class room setting where English is the language that is being taught, any other language should not be tolerated.
People should speak their respective languages please, if Nigeria is meant to destroy our respective cultures it should be destroyed before it does that.

Anambra is Igbo and Igbo should be spoken. If I had my way, english would be introduced as a language of instruction from jss 1
