A big firm that cannot employ the services is the important unit heads Like Accountant, Cashiers, Auditors, Purchasing/Procurement managers etc is still a mushroom firm.

Very simple. Lie down under the car directly below the radiator. Look up between your radiator and the front bumper. You'll see your bonnet catcher. Raise your hand and flip it or use short wood to flip it and it will disengage the bonnet from the hook. Then come out to finally open the bonnet.

My son is only 7 years and 4 months old, and I allow him and his 5 year old sister to do minor chores such as making their beds when they wake up, sweeping their rooms to some extent, taking their plates to the kitchen after eating, and brushing their teeth at night. I was initially have same issue with my wife until I decided to let it be. I noticed that, allowing them to out to the street sometimes makes them stronger and more street wiser. It make them socialized better and get to understand application and money transaction.

All you need to do is tell them not to start talking or following a stranger. If a stranger insist they follow him, they should run, shout and even beat and fight if necessary.

They should not be sent on street errands when it's dark.

Yes, I have permanent signatures. I'm in a kind of job where every damn transaction must pass through my office for final approval for payment. So, I do sign lots of documents per day.

I have two signatures. One is short which I normally use for daily signing off documents. The other is more complex which I use for very important official documents like certificates, promotion letters, appointment letters, contracts and things like that.

My signatures are consistent and I've never forgotten how to sign them. I've bn using them for decades. So they are part of me.
