I prefer a relationship where there is a goal and a time frame. This time frame wouldn't be so short that she changes guys like boxers. But neither will it be so long that she will spend all her young days on one man who hasn't married her.

For example, a couple negotiates: What do we want? Okay, we want to see if we are compatible for marriage. If by so and so time, it doesn't work, we can demote this relationship back to friendship stage so that the female here can look for other options before she is too old.

And concerning what you said about body counts, the fact that it doesn't work, does not mean that she should be going up and down jumping into relationships. A woman can wait and really make sure before moving into the next one. Relationship failed doesn't mean that it's an opportunity to get involved with multiple men.
