Search for Python and Nigerians in Google search or from Upworks. You can see what gigs Naija python devs are doing.

I've been trying to create links for different pages Using react-router-dom, I imported BrowserRouter, Route and Switch but I kept getting an error that "Switch is not exported from 'react-router-dom'. Same switch that I used a couple of days back on a project and it worked o, I read react documentation and checked online including quora and reddit and observed that a lot of people were having same issue.

Since my react-router is version 6.0 I changed Switch to Routes and components to elements then removed exact, this time it threw an Invalid Hook call error, I followed the instructions on react docs and found out that I have more than one copy of react in the same app.

I don't know how to proceed from here and I have a deadline to meet. I've been stuck at this for over a day now with no solution in sight, I couldn't even sleep all night. I even created a new react app, yet the same issue.
I don't know if the problem is from my code.

UI/UX get paid good money too, and unlike them, they can make much more from Design agencies, Theme Developers and selling their own designs. My friend sells on ThemeForest and has done projects worth like 300k which is on the side, if you are a good designer u will make cash much quicker than a programmer.but Programmers are paid more sha but Designers can easily over-take with Side-hustles and sales.

UI/UX jare Code is suffer-head else you will find yourself staring at screen day and night, while your friends are having fun.

So, I did build a project with JavaScript but I don't really like JS. I am trying to let go of Python, but I just can't make it happen.

Now, I want to go into the freelance market preferably Upwork since there are devs on Nairaland with a lot of experience, so that they can serve as guides when I have difficulties.

So far I've been taking DS and Algo classes to improve on that area. My issue now is choosing where to delve into with my Python skill.

I feel Web Development is a bit saturated on Upwork. I have been looking into QA using Selenium, or making bots on Upwork. I'm currently avoiding full time jobs because I need to get my AWS certificate first, so that I can resume as a Solution Architect, DevOps or Cloud Engineer instead of a Backend Engineer.

Please gurus in the house what's your suggestion? How do I know what's trending on Upwork for Python, so that I can learn it. Also, if there places where I could get Python related gigs, I would appreciate if they are mentioned.

I think if you can write code, then you can take on QA Engineering since you won't be coding a product but automated testing and with Katalon Studio, that is a very good niche. Programming is saturated and you have to study a lot and keep learning to get gigs.
