My brother, sometimes it is easier and more flexible to relocate as a tenant whenever you feel like moving. For example, if the road becomes bad, the area becomes flooded, insecurity issues, bad neighbors etc.

Layoffs.
It is a worldwide epidemic. It has happened to millions of people within the last 18months. (Including me.)
I was laid off 8 months ago. But now, I thank God because I got a better, higher paying job 3 months ago.
And I have achieved much more than I could ever have if I was not laid off.
It was a blessing in disguise.

My people have no fear. If you lose your job that doesnt mean you lost your life.
Life goes on. There are better days ahead.

HOW TO CALCULATE COST OF LABOR FOR BLOCK SETTING

If the average cost of 9x9x18 block is 120 naira the cost of setting one block should be between 25 – 60 naira

Setting 3000 blocks for a bungalow this should be:

MIN 25 naira/block you have 25 x 3000 = 75000 naira;
MAX 60 naira/block you have 60 x 3000 = 18000 naira.

The above calculations will help to make better decision when negotiating.

HOW TO CALCULATE QUANTITY OF CEMENT NEEDED FOR BLOCK SETTING

- 2 bags of cement (50kg/bag) is good to mix 12 head pans of sand;
- The above mixture is good to set 100 blocks.

for 3000 blocks this what you need

2 bags of cement = 100 blocks
C bags of cement = 3000 blocks

C = (2 x 3000)/100 = 60 bags of cement only to set 3000 blocks.

How about calculating how many 6X9X18 blocks of standard strength can be molded from 1 bag of cement , and how many head pans is required?
Same question for 9X9X18 blocks of standard strength.

6. No Culture.
Unlike almost every other country in the world, Canada has no culture. Actually American culture is what dominates Canada. When was the last time you had some 'Canadian' food? There are no Canadian traditions and there is no national identity. What does it even mean to call yourself a 'Canadian'. . .nothing really. People living in Canada, still identify themselves with the country they 'originally' came from.

7. Cold Freezing Weather.
Yes, Canada has one of the worst weather conditions of any country in the world. Freezing cold temperatures, snow, ice, hail, winds, storms etc. From the Prairie provinces to the Maritimes, from the Territories to southern Ontario, the weather is so horrific and disgusting that many Canadians leave Canada simply because of this reason alone.

8. No Jobs.
Yes, coast to coast, there are no jobs. Immigrants are highly qualified (MD's, PhD's, Lawyers, Engineers etc.) but they are driving taxi cabs, delivering pizza's or working in factories. Even people with bachelors degrees from Canadian Universities cannot find jobs after graduation. This is the tragedy associated with immigration to Canada. I feel sorry for those immigrants who are stuck in Canada for the rest of their lives. It is indeed a very sad and hopeless future.

Apologies for not responding before now to some of the comments and suggestions here. These past few days have been some of my busiest; of course I have to work to earn income to do things like finance my dates, pay for internet subscription to have access to NL and all… I hope you understand.
Thanks to everyone for all the comments and suggestions so far received. Some have been useful, some insulting, and some useless. Most did not address the main concern – which is how to seamlessly exit the r/ship without leaving a hurt.

1. You did not ask NL how to toast her in that motor park ten months ago.
2. You did not ask NL how in your own words = " the first day of her visit ended in bed, and after several rounds of …, we slept; she ended up spending four days on that occasion.".
3. You did not ask NL how to do your background investigation and checks on her past.

NOW YOU WANT NL ADVICE YOU ON HOW TO DUMP HER?.

My advice is follow your heart as usual.
If you dump her, for sure you will hurt the poor girl. It will break her heart.
May she not swear for you or cause you. Cos her cause may be very damaging to your future.
It will take God to reverse such kind of causes.
