989900:I disagree with the latter. Any constantly moving animal will always be of better quality. It may be lean but that is what is called prime beef, tastier and healthier, same goes for milk, less quantity but less fatty, similar to free range poultry aka local chicken. They are not big but will not load your veins with cholesterol, won't melt in your pot and won't require detergent to sanitize it. |
HonSuQMaDIQ: Hahahaha.....Honourable, so you're back. I thought you were recalled or voted out. |
Doyin2:Can you so the same analysis for Dangote's refinery under construction, how much it will cost and how many will be employed, then get back to me pls. Your analysis is painfully simplistic. PS let me help you: 14 billion dollars (4 trillion naira) and it won't engage more than 3 to 5,000 folks. So.....re-analyse....and tell Dangote to go social. |
This is normal. What happened earlier with the sealing of the premises and disruption of activities was silly and thoughtless. The take over could have happened at board level since they had a legit court order. No need for dramatics that has led to politicking. Companies are taken over for various reasons worldwide without the knowledge of the public. I have never met the Bruces' personally (my parents used to know their parents when they were running Domino stores in the 70's) but we have all used their products and enjoyed their services. This is the fact, not their faces. It doesn't matter who runs brand Bruce. It is AMCON that has lost to the disruption. |
kenturkish:It has become a popular expression so it is legit. The English language is filled with such. |
Abuse of divine purposes and instruments. How do you 'dedicate' a jeep and why. |
Football is such a funny game. See Portugal that has not won in regulation since the tournament began, barely scraping through to round 2 where it had just one meaningful chance all night, might just go all the way to the finals. Reminds me of USA 94. The Italians barely came out of their group but went all the way to the finals while some teams that won their groups or all their group matches got knocked out in round 2. Wierd. Footy ain't just fair. |
All the proposed and ongoing plants put together does not even break the 10,000 mw mark and it is foolhardy to expect all the plants to work all the time, mechanical things are just not like that. When will we get visionaries in charge, in government, in this sorry country. Just fed up. Whay can't the government authorize the feee trade in power in this country. Is it that hard. I am convinced that the installed capacity of private generator owners is more than double that of organised power companies and like my economic theory always goes: You cannot dictate what you donot control and you cannot control what you cannot provide. In the US private households sell excess capacity to the grid. Why can't we do same here when private capacity outstrips organised power's. The government had better propose legislation to create a power market and open up the industry beyond the present players who are doing next to nothing to increase capacity when the capacity already exists in private homes, business premises and industries. |
bayocanny: Na now you know. Time will demystify everyone. |
bigiyaro:There must be something wrong with you, sincerely. Just read again what you wrote. Does the worst security challenge in the history of Nigeria appear a comedy or joke to you. |
Please tell me what the hell is this. I mean, what kind of rubbish is this. I know times are hard but.....haba, if we cannot transport our soldiers safely and decently we better pack it in and outsource our security. So what will you give the task force in the delta, canoes or rubber this country sef.....we are truly a laughing stock. Just wait till they see this in Ghana or South Africa. |
Its what's in her head that matters. That's who we really are. |
See, na Arsenal signing oh. Granite shaker don shake im country comot. Fourth place loading for Switzerland. Make Arsenal sell am back oh. Transfer still dey oh. Mbok. |
Can self determination ever happen in Nigeria. Will the owners of the country ever allow it. A clear difference between a developed and undeveloped (or never to develop) country. One persecutes, kills and destroys its own while the other permits the expression of what God Almighty has given us, A FREE WILL, LIBERTY and the right to be happy. I'm just sorry for this country, worse and worse every passing year, every passing government because we hate the truth. If we don't restructure this country we are going down and no will can stop that. |
We know. |
Just thinking long and hard about what to say......alas, nothing.....just fed up. |
TomLepskie:Rather than have the fight against corruption institutionalised instead of being personalized, your solution is to have a one party state leading to a dictatorship. It appears you are not very bright and have failed to study your history. It never ends well my dear. If it must then listen to Clinton once again. It is strong institutions we need, not strong men. Why must the black man fail to use his head time and again. |
ybalogs:After 1 year plus where has it led you...us.... Nigeria. What is the cost/benefit ratio like and most importantly how has it been received to make it sustainable....institutionalized....because sadly its still going on. |
bejeiodus:Why. Because of dinner....of food....of chop and smile....when are we ever going to get it, that 'seperation' of powers is constitutional and that one trying to coerce the other is perfectly legit and healthy for our democracy. Buhari should continue hounding them and if they cannot fight back that is their business. They will go into extinction and we back to dictatorship. Dinner ko, a la carte ni.... The days of OBJ's poundy in the afternoon and death in the evening are long gone. Nigeria has advanced. |
Same ol same ol. Its like every house in Nigeria is designed by the same architect, windows, doors, roofs........everything. And army green finish in this hot humid country, kai. |
Hmmmm.....this country has serious problems..... |
Aren't you guys ever tired of this nonsense....cult worship.... Ngozi, Buhari, Jonathan, Fashola and the other idols ruling your lives. |
This epistle is tedious. May the better candidate win. My assumption is that once again its Hobson's choice from poor quality, but thank God for democracy. |
If this is what lions are, I can as well take three home and feed them with milk and noodles. |
goshen26:Start with only power first abeg. |
Good development. That Abule warreva is ell. |
otokx: You too....but do you have lights at Choba now.... |
Africa remains the dark continent, period. Ignorance is our bane. |
Why should you be paying your wife. Is she your emoloyee. You guys just don't know what marraige is all about. Abeg go and study. You are the reason girls REFUSE TO DEVELOP THEMSELVES BEYOND THE SKIN. Your wife is a shareholder in the enterprise called marraige. You don't pay a shareholder and an equal shareholder for that matter, she gets the dividends credited to her account when the books are balanced. Thus she is EQUALLY responsible for the financial performance of the family. You don't pay such people, you task them, then their reward comes with YOURS. Let us stop looking down on our women. They are equally capable and should be equally rewarded. |
Swagztv:He said performed 'to' which is up to. Italy has performed way beyond expectations. They can win it. They have started playing their traditional game. |
Wetin dey do DSTV. Blacked out one channel. Had to switch to extra view. |
