Former beauty queen, Precious Chikwendu has told a Customary Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja that Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has erectile dysfunction.

Chikwendu made this known in the application filed through her counsel, Mr Abiodun Olusanya, seeking permission to see her children.

In the suit marked FCT/CCK8/01/043/2021, Chikwendu told the court that Fani-Kayode has not had sex with her for six years and that she was forced to remain celibate during the marriage.

She also alleged that the four children she has with Fani-Kayode were conceived via artificial insemination.

Chinwendu claimed through her lawyer that: “at every attempt, the petitioner made to have sexual intercourse with the respondent, there was never erection of the respondent’s penis/manhood and penetration was frustrating.

“During such periods of frustration and sexual desire, the petitioner would be left with the choice of merely rubbing herself on the respondent, to have the slightest bit of relief.

“The petitioner then insisted parties should seek medical help for the respondent, and on visiting the family doctor, the respondent claimed he was diagnosed of having a cyst on his penis/manhood, which is not allowing the respondent to have erection and or perform sexually.

“He was supposedly placed on cyprotab and the doctor suggested that the respondent should go and decide when he wishes to remove/untangle the cyst.”

Chikwendu asked the court to declare that she was never married to Fani-Kayode because he did not pay her bride price nor performed customary or statutory marriage rites with her.

She mentioned that in the course of their cohabitation, she discovered that despite Fani-Kayode’s denial, his marriage to his third wife, Regina, subsisted.

Chikwendu (the petitioner) made the averments in her November 29, 2021 “Application for issuance of civil summons/plaint” against Fani-Kayode (the respondent) in suit FCT/CCK8/01/043/2021 filed by her counsel Mr Abiodun E. Olusanya.

She also sought an order granting her access to her kids during their calendar year and the respondent be continuously responsible for the academic, medical, clothing and welfare of the four children of the cohabitation.

She wants “An order ordering the respondent to release and return the Petitioner’s property which includes the petitioner’s certificates and documents, trophies from the United Nations pageantry, Red Range Rover car, registered under her foundation name and the foundation’s certificates and the petitioner’s picture.”

Chikwendu claimed that since August 2020 that she walked out of the house, she has been continuously denied access to her children and her children have been continuously deprived of motherly care and protection.

Fani-Kayode is yet to file a response to the application.

Everytime business goes well for me, i try to boost the effort of any struggling worth it person around me. I do it as often as i can, no strings attached and it could fall on anyone.
From helping with health bills to urgent requests and even ones i can't even dare to mention.
A random woman on my street paid my tuition from basic 6 till i finished my whole education without even flinching. I can't pay her back, the least i can do is reciprocate the energy she gave to someone that needs it.

Just an fyi, I don’t even support all 3 front runner… Tinubu, Atiku and Obi but since Tinubu won it’s all good. Best we can do is support him at this point and hopefully make the best out of him.

Tinubu Appoints Zainab, Daughter Of NDLEA Boss, Leaves Igbo Out Of His 13-Man Presidential Inauguration C’ttee? By Bolaji O. Akinyemi

The list has emerged of Eminent Nigerians saddled with the responsibility of planning a week long presidential inauguration event that will usher into power the Muslim/Muslim ticket of APC which was fiercely fought by Christians and Churches in Nigeria.

Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima are days away from their offices as the President and Vice-President of the country.

Tinubu, in a letter to the Secretary to the Government of Federation, Mr. Boss Mustapha, announced a former Senator representing Borno North and current National Deputy Chairman (North) of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr Abubakar Kyari as the Coordinator and Director of Finance and Budget of the Committee.

The Executive Director (Business Development) at the Nigeria Export-Import (NEXIM) Bank, Stella Okotete will serve as the head of Secretariat, Planning and Monitoring, while Mr Makinde Araoye, an ex-APC governorship aspirant from Ekiti State will serve as the Director of venue, parades and swearing-in for the week-long event.

The APC Presidential Campaign Spokesperson, Mr Bayo Onanuga will serve as Head of Media and Publicity, while the Cross Rivers State Commissioner for Health and current National Women Leader of the APC, Dr Betta Edu will coordinate the medical team for the inauguration committee.

A younger brother of late Nigeria’s President, Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, Col. Abdulazeez Yar’Adua will act as the head of Security and Ceremonial parade for the inauguration.

Zainab Buba Marwa, believed to be the daughter of Buba Marwa made the list, though, listed on most news as Mrs Zainab Buba Marwa. However, senior Zainab, the late Imo born wife of the NDLEA Boss died January 22. Marwa's daughter will coordinate the pre-inauguration dinner and gala night for the committee.

Other members of the committee are Samira Saddik (Children’s Day), Abuh Andrew Abuh (Accommodation), Dr. Danladi Bako (Inaugural Lecture), Hajiya Hadiza Mohammed Kabir (Transportation and Logistics), Donald Wokoma (Protocol and Invitation). Politics rewards participation; Bishop STV Adegbite the CAN Chairman in Lagos states obviously earned his appointment into the committee given his role during electioneering, he will oversee all that relates to the Inauguration Church Service and Imam Faud is in charge of Jumat Service on the Committee.

The absence of names from the south east is generating a public debate. This, some are allegedly attributing to the presence and influence of Bayo Onanuga on the Committee, owing to his public stance against the Igbos in Lagos and his role in the campaign of tribal bigotry engulfing the state of Lagos. It leaves much to be desired whether Tinubu's cabinet will accommodate the region if eventually sworn in.

Recall that the President-elect, Tinubu had initially forwarded the names of Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State and former Lagos State Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Wale Edun to Boss Mustapha to be included as his representatives in the Transition Committee.
Tinubu is expected to be inaugurated as president on May 29, 2023.

If you are foreigner working for a government as a consultant, you will get a diplomatic passport of that country if your job requires that you travel on their behalf. This is fact! You will be vetted even they offered you the job in the first place.
This is an objective view, no agreeing nor denying Tinubu’s second passport cos we don’t even have any concrete evidence of it yet.

If indeed he has a diplomatic passport and not an ordinary passport I don’t see any problems here. A foreigner who’s consulting for your country will get a diplomatic passport anytime he’s traveling to another country to do his consulting job.
