MrBrownJay1: what does the above irrelevant nonsense got to do with a mother wanting to see her children? so if the man wasnt impotent he would have the right to not let you see your kids or what?!?!?
Fani-Kayode has erectile dysfunction, had kids via artificial insemination – Ex-wife claims
Former beauty queen, Precious Chikwendu has told a Customary Court of the Federal Capital Territory (FCT), Abuja that Minister of Aviation, Femi Fani-Kayode has erectile dysfunction.
Chikwendu made this known in the application filed through her counsel, Mr Abiodun Olusanya, seeking permission to see her children.
In the suit marked FCT/CCK8/01/043/2021, Chikwendu told the court that Fani-Kayode has not had sex with her for six years and that she was forced to remain celibate during the marriage.
She also alleged that the four children she has with Fani-Kayode were conceived via artificial insemination.
Chinwendu claimed through her lawyer that: “at every attempt, the petitioner made to have sexual intercourse with the respondent, there was never erection of the respondent’s penis/manhood and penetration was frustrating.
“During such periods of frustration and sexual desire, the petitioner would be left with the choice of merely rubbing herself on the respondent, to have the slightest bit of relief.
“The petitioner then insisted parties should seek medical help for the respondent, and on visiting the family doctor, the respondent claimed he was diagnosed of having a cyst on his penis/manhood, which is not allowing the respondent to have erection and or perform sexually.
“He was supposedly placed on cyprotab and the doctor suggested that the respondent should go and decide when he wishes to remove/untangle the cyst.”
Chikwendu asked the court to declare that she was never married to Fani-Kayode because he did not pay her bride price nor performed customary or statutory marriage rites with her.
She mentioned that in the course of their cohabitation, she discovered that despite Fani-Kayode’s denial, his marriage to his third wife, Regina, subsisted.
Chikwendu (the petitioner) made the averments in her November 29, 2021 “Application for issuance of civil summons/plaint” against Fani-Kayode (the respondent) in suit FCT/CCK8/01/043/2021 filed by her counsel Mr Abiodun E. Olusanya.
She also sought an order granting her access to her kids during their calendar year and the respondent be continuously responsible for the academic, medical, clothing and welfare of the four children of the cohabitation.
She wants “An order ordering the respondent to release and return the Petitioner’s property which includes the petitioner’s certificates and documents, trophies from the United Nations pageantry, Red Range Rover car, registered under her foundation name and the foundation’s certificates and the petitioner’s picture.”
Chikwendu claimed that since August 2020 that she walked out of the house, she has been continuously denied access to her children and her children have been continuously deprived of motherly care and protection.
Fani-Kayode is yet to file a response to the application.
GeneralPula: He said as an analyst, he knows Kwankwaso to be selfish and always joins a particular group or party for his gains, not for the general public, and that he will not be of advantage to the APC. According to him, bringing Kwankwaso means betraying Northerners, which will not be in favour of Tinubu in future politics. See wahala o.. Kwankwaso for chill and not sabotage the interest of his fellow northerners.
i totally believe him. These political scavengers don't mean well for Nigeria, but looking out for their pockets. You may be thinking that guy is joking, but this is Nigeria. My questions: 1. When was NNPP formed? 2. When did Kwankwaso leave pdp?
Negroid001: I'm not religious, neither am i one deemed fit to preach about morals. Just completed payment for a neighbour's child tuition fee. Am i banging her? No!
Everytime business goes well for me, i try to boost the effort of any struggling worth it person around me. I do it as often as i can, no strings attached and it could fall on anyone. From helping with health bills to urgent requests and even ones i can't even dare to mention. A random woman on my street paid my tuition from basic 6 till i finished my whole education without even flinching. I can't pay her back, the least i can do is reciprocate the energy she gave to someone that needs it.
I purposely put this here for all those claiming redpill this and that. Make una try dey help people.
That woman who paid your fees, what have you done in appreciation now that you have means?
sunboy: I appreciate that. At the end of the way we all want a good Nigeria that we can all go back to irrespective of tribe or ideology. Just an fyi, I don’t even support all 3 front runner… Tinubu, Atiku and Obi but since Tinubu won it’s all good. Best we can do is support him at this point and hopefully make the best out of him. My preferred candidate did not even make it to first 5 lol
Honestly, I do not think Tinubu will make Nigeria any good, instead worse. If Obi was not at the polls, and Osinbajo was there, I'll stick my neck out for Osinbajo. If we keep turning blind eye to all these things happening in Nigeria, then the politicians will keep succeeding. They believe: 'Do whatever you can to be declared winner, thereafter, forget it'. that was exactly what played out in the Binani case. So by the time you go to court, they have a way of dragging the case to 3-4 years when the tenure is almost over so as to discourage you - check history. I believe they should be accelerating the hearing to end before swearing-in, I believe we should sort this out now, it's a virus, a political pandemic. When you leave the shores of Nigeria then you see what I mean. This Nigeria is not what we should bequeath to our descendants.
Insurance policy. If you know what I mean. Nigeria will never be the same again. The law enforcement agents are supposed to be independent, not working with cuffed wrists.
Tinubu Appoints Zainab, Daughter Of NDLEA Boss, Leaves Igbo Out Of His 13-Man Presidential Inauguration C’ttee? By Bolaji O. Akinyemi
The list has emerged of Eminent Nigerians saddled with the responsibility of planning a week long presidential inauguration event that will usher into power the Muslim/Muslim ticket of APC which was fiercely fought by Christians and Churches in Nigeria.
Bola Ahmed Tinubu and Senator Kashim Shettima are days away from their offices as the President and Vice-President of the country.
Tinubu, in a letter to the Secretary to the Government of Federation, Mr. Boss Mustapha, announced a former Senator representing Borno North and current National Deputy Chairman (North) of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr Abubakar Kyari as the Coordinator and Director of Finance and Budget of the Committee.
The Executive Director (Business Development) at the Nigeria Export-Import (NEXIM) Bank, Stella Okotete will serve as the head of Secretariat, Planning and Monitoring, while Mr Makinde Araoye, an ex-APC governorship aspirant from Ekiti State will serve as the Director of venue, parades and swearing-in for the week-long event.
The APC Presidential Campaign Spokesperson, Mr Bayo Onanuga will serve as Head of Media and Publicity, while the Cross Rivers State Commissioner for Health and current National Women Leader of the APC, Dr Betta Edu will coordinate the medical team for the inauguration committee.
A younger brother of late Nigeria’s President, Umaru Musa Yar’Adua, Col. Abdulazeez Yar’Adua will act as the head of Security and Ceremonial parade for the inauguration.
Zainab Buba Marwa, believed to be the daughter of Buba Marwa made the list, though, listed on most news as Mrs Zainab Buba Marwa. However, senior Zainab, the late Imo born wife of the NDLEA Boss died January 22. Marwa's daughter will coordinate the pre-inauguration dinner and gala night for the committee.
Other members of the committee are Samira Saddik (Children’s Day), Abuh Andrew Abuh (Accommodation), Dr. Danladi Bako (Inaugural Lecture), Hajiya Hadiza Mohammed Kabir (Transportation and Logistics), Donald Wokoma (Protocol and Invitation). Politics rewards participation; Bishop STV Adegbite the CAN Chairman in Lagos states obviously earned his appointment into the committee given his role during electioneering, he will oversee all that relates to the Inauguration Church Service and Imam Faud is in charge of Jumat Service on the Committee.
The absence of names from the south east is generating a public debate. This, some are allegedly attributing to the presence and influence of Bayo Onanuga on the Committee, owing to his public stance against the Igbos in Lagos and his role in the campaign of tribal bigotry engulfing the state of Lagos. It leaves much to be desired whether Tinubu's cabinet will accommodate the region if eventually sworn in.
Recall that the President-elect, Tinubu had initially forwarded the names of Governor Atiku Bagudu of Kebbi State and former Lagos State Commissioner for Finance, Mr. Wale Edun to Boss Mustapha to be included as his representatives in the Transition Committee. Tinubu is expected to be inaugurated as president on May 29, 2023.
Nazgul: How about Nigerian citizens over there, wouldn't they facilitate their evacuation as well?
No., Nigeria didn't make any effort, they said it is impossible to evacuate 1717 Nigerians who have filled out evacuation form online, this is out of about 12,000 Nigerians living in that country. They said they can't enter the conflict zone. The Nigerian government is a 'shame'.
sonature1: What will a Nigerian be doing in Sudan? Nigeria and Sudan, which of them is better? People don't do due diligence before travelling to foreign countries.
Haven't you seen a yoruba man living and doing business in Abia state? Or an Igbo man living and doing business in ogun state. It depends on what you are pursuing. Never conclude until you interact with the individual. Then you will know that even in a poor community, there may be a millionaire who became rich from the paupers by rendering a service they need.
sunboy: I just say that I respect your civility, you’re the first Obi supporter who could have a discussion without cursing. You earn my respect sir!
Hahahahaha. One of the funniest posts I've seen. You know, I could say the same of you. Been expecting to receive an insult from you, or call me IPOB, or say one denigrating words or the other, but Mba.
But this is how it should be, irrespective of tribe, religion or political affiliations. All we need is a good Nigeria where the ordinary man will not be second class. may of of us have run away from the country to be second class citizens elsewhere because it seems better to them than being worse in their homeland. God bless you bro.
JoyousFurnitire: Lol. what are you on? some tribes within Naija don't even agree not to talk of SA's. You should understand her na it's pretty simple, you don't have to like 'like' everyone/tribe/race or date them
sunboy: Okay. If he got one just by working for government I don’t see any problem. And it will be a great luck to have Guinea govt to officially defend it too lol
Another matter is that he did not make that known in his INEC form. he may have reasons for that anyway, but that is one of the contentions.
sunboy: Okay. If he got one just by working for government I don’t see any problem. And it will be a great luck to have Guinea govt to officially defend it too lol
No, our Law enforcement and Judiciary. but worefa hapin, we dey here.
Samantha124: Continue supporting him... I just hope you know what you're doing..😂😂😂
The man is power hungry, angry, and desperate times calls for desperate measures.
You guys can't see what is right in front of you and mark my words when I say if ever the man gets the power that he needs, all African nationals are going to leave this country running and you guys will never want anything to do with SA ever again.
That's how you keep voting for bad leadership because you're easily bought and blinded.. All it takes is nice few words and you'll be voting for the person.
You're supporting the same man who was encouraging the July unrest back in 2021 and you think he'll care about you guys if he becomes president
I don't give a damn about your YouTube videos or Google screenshots, I'm a South African and I don't need you to tell me about what is happening in my country.
And I need you to do me a favor and take a screenshot of this conversation, so that when the time comes, you will know that I told you so.
I don't like him, just pointing you to what he said. I don't care what he does, if he sends Nigerians parking, they should look elsewhere. those in S.A know what they are looking for, not for every Nigerian.
O boy I just tire. Some people are really mentally deranged in this country. That explains the reason many love the people killing them. The guy he attacked I believe support the same person he supports, but he obviously lacked comprehension to even identify a comrade of his. This is a result of being filled with hate and spilling same at the slightest opportunity. just like that guy that retweeted a post praising Obi without even reviewing it, thinking it was a shade at Obi. People who checked the content told him and he quickly deleted it, after scoring an own goal.
sunboy: If you are foreigner working for a government as a consultant, you will get a diplomatic passport of that country if your job requires that you travel on their behalf. This is fact! You will be vetted even they offered you the job in the first place. This is an objective view, no agreeing nor denying Tinubu’s second passport cos we don’t even have any concrete evidence of it yet.
It's ok my brother. If Nigeria allows one to hold a diplomatic passport and become a president, good luck to Mr tinubu.
sunboy: Many African countries hire foreign consultants and yes to do their job you will expose some national secrets to them. So?
A a foreigner, you only need work permit to render your services in another country, unless where you are hired as a spy or a special agent, then passport. But diplomatic passport? you are no more just an ordinary citizen.
But the sad situation here is that in Nigeria. possessing any kind of passport of another country (other than that issued at birth), disqualifies you from becoming the president of Nigeria. In USA it is even stricter.
sunboy: If indeed he has a diplomatic passport and not an ordinary passport I don’t see any problems here. A foreigner who’s consulting for your country will get a diplomatic passport anytime he’s traveling to another country to do his consulting job.
Good luck on these goose chase even if he has one or not.
Having a diplomatic passport is more grievous than an ordinary passport. It means he knows some of that country's secrets more than the ordinary citizens.
Samantha124: Yes, you guys are not my type and nothing you say or do is gonna change that.
Just because one South African said something nice about you, it doesn't mean all South Africans feel the same way... He's just trying to boost your fragile egos so that he can use you guys to support him and then throw you under the bus once he's gotten what he wants.. isn't that what politics is all about?
This is how you guys keep voting for bad leadership just because of a simple meaningless praise and now you feel special.
This is the same man who ridicules white South Africans, but his kids go to only white South African schools, yet you guys are way too blind to see what this man is trying to achieve... By the time you realize it, it'll be too late..😂😂😂
I always pity you guys whenever I hear you praise Julius Malema.
Nobody is changing anything. People look for who looks for them. Save the pity for yourself bro.
So if the passport is diplomatic, then he is not a guinea citizen? Oga, once you have the international passport of a country, you are their citizen. Diplomatic passport simply means your govt has specially nominated you to represent it anywhere without being harrassed. For instance, if you move around abroad, foreigners seeing your diplomatic passport will give you way. Unless if there is a strong cause to, you will likely not be searched like the ordinary citizens are.
if you are in a diplomatic car in country B belonging to country A. The police of country B dares not stop you, unless when there is absolute reason to do that.
Some people traffic prohibited items using diplomatic passports of their country. I know a lot of people don't even know the import of the diplomatic passport secured by this man, it's not just for citizenship, it's for business. perhaps he didn't think it will come to the fore someday, or he has a way around it, even now. After all he has been having his way since the 90s.
oga, I just dey look you from one corner. wetin you talk? Are you sure the reason for getting up there is not to legalize bad thing and make Buhari a very capable and competent saint endowed with integrity?
Samantha124: You see? This is the reason why I don't like you guys. You have behavioral issues and you are so God damn arrogant that it pisses me off. Already you're starting to sound emotional.
Hahaha, You said you just don't like them, they are not your type,... What else can be attributed to that? I simply made deductions, simple. No emotions here, just being objective. Now you listed one (arrogance), but earlier on you said they are not just your type. you may see what one of you said about Nigerians.
